Brought my recently lowered gli and I'm glad I chose this spot. It's 5 minutes from my house and the guy went above and beyond my expectations. I knew my camber was off a bit and honestly I was able to live with it but he shifted the frame a bit to compensate for the negative camber that came from the lowering. Price is more than fair for the amount of knowledge he has and he does appointments which makes it easy to plan ahead. Called in for an appointment to have a tire replaced because my tire's side wall got eaten up by the suspension. We made an appointment early in the morning around 9. It's a good thing I ended up calling before heading out because it turns out my tire delivery was going to be delayed at 3pm instead. But inconvenience aside, my experience here was easy going. The guy David was really chill dude. Was able to accommodate my tire replacement needs especially since I was running a pretty good stretch on my tires. He got into detail to check and set all my tires to the correct air pressure. As well as fulfilled my request to torque down my wheels to the specs I were comfortable with. Their company name is Monrovia ALIGNMENT yet they were unable to align my Honda Accord after spending almost a rack on four brand new tires. They didn't have any clue on any other shops that would be able to align either. Their customer service was terrible. The boss is very rude with no customer service experience. He claims he's busy yet there were no cars other than mine. Definitely not coming back. Also spreading the word to others not to spend your hard earned money here. I brought my car in to do an alignment and raise my back end. They told me I needed to do that and roll my fenders. I had an appointment early in the am to get it back same day and they took a WHOLE WEEK and it didn't even come out correctly. They spent the week to do a terrible job. My back end is lopsided. My car isnt aligned right my car still goes to the right. My fender isn't completely rolled. Now my tire is getting chunks taken out. I was pleasantly surprised about this place. I saw the good reviews online but when I arrived I was skeptical based on outside appearances. when I called to see if they had an opening they were able to get me in right away and asked me a couple questions about my suspension to see if I had modified it or not. I dropped off my vehicle and later on picked it up me and the technician spoke and he noticed some things that I had done to explain some of the ride quality in alignment readings he saw but he did very good in doing my alignment which now the vehicle drives like a new car.
