Brought my 2004 Toyota Camry here after a traffic accident where my front driver side bumper was damaged. If I could give Kevin & his team at the Monorvia Collision Center more than 5 starts I would. I bought a Camry about 3 months ago and managed to damage it pretty badly against a parking railing. I won't even tell you what was the estimate on it that I received from a local shop but it was outrageous. But then, almost by chance, I found out about Kevin's shop and drove over to see him in person with the car. Kevin not only gave me a much lower estimate, but also promised a lifetime guarantee for his repair. I picked up my car today and I could not have been more happy. Wow! I brought my car in to be fixed after a head on collison. My hood was lifted up and bent in and my allignment was screwd up and a few other damages to the car. They said that it would take atleast a week to get fixed. One week exactly and my car was finished!! I couldnt tell anything had been done to it and the color was exact! 1 Star might be to generous. Had my car towed here recently and needed to tow it to an authorized service center for my insurance. Monrovia collision held my car several days until my insurance company came up with cash, why would you need cash can you say avoid taxes. Also when I first dropped off my car the advisor argued with my on how the damage occurred. He claimed some of the damage wasn't from my accident. Even started to write down what he thought happened and not what actually happened, who argues with customers? I would choose another center for your repair. read more
