I have ordered pizza here in the past and really liked it.Ordered again yesterday and was very disappointed, not at all the same.

Update to my last review, the owner Frank reached out to me and offered us a free large pie. Didnt hesitate, pizza of brotherly love! Crust was perfect tonight and pizza was hot and fresh. Always at least 40 mins behind delivery time they give you. Customer service sub par at best. Spend your money elsewhere.

ok, as you can tell from my other reviews, I'm picky about pizza. I give 5 stars, but the 'za is a little pricey, and I can't give fractional ratings, so 4.5 out of 5, just because of the price. This is by far, the best pizza I have had in the area, if not all of Florida. Ordered 3 'zas, and each one was fabulous. I love the sauce, and the crust is fabulous as well. I almost want to try their cannolis. The sizes are unique...10, 14, 20, and 28 inch. Small is $6.49, large - $10.49, Monster - $17.49 (feeds 4-6), and Maximum - $39.49 (pick-up only, feeds 6-8)...gluten Free, small, thin crust is $2 more. Toppings range, $.25, .50, 1.00 and $2.00. You can also substitute cheddar or provolone for the mozzarella. They also offer flavor swirls to be drizzled on your 'za: Olive oil, Ranch, Honey Mustard, BBQ, Sriracha, Jala-mango and Teriyaki. The 20" Works pizza, weighs 8 pounds. They give magnets when you buy pizza (bought 3 large and only got 1 magnet, but ok), and when you get 10 magnets, you get a free 20" pie. Very disappointed by the quality of the meal tonight. We used to eat a lot of Monster since the old location was right around the corner. Pizza was cold and bland. Plus the delivery charge that the driver doesn't get so we have to tip on top of that? That's our last time at Monster. read more

Been a fan of Monster Pizza since they were on Doyle Rd. My family was craving pizza today so using my rewards points from the multiple times I have ordered there I placed a order for my free pizza and other items for delivery via their IOS app. I received a call at 4:15pm stating my 5pm delivery would not be coming because they are now affiliated with Door Dash. Prior to this order I placed two other orders last week for delivery with no problem. I paid the delivery fee as well as a tip for the drivers. This is sad news... because I was told by The manager that Door Dash deliveries will only be done within a 7 mile radius. I'm sorry to tell you if you don't live within that radius it is either pick up or find another pizza place. What upset me the most was when I aired my frustration the only response I received from the manager was, "would you like your tip back and do you know where we are located?" There was no "I'm sorry" or "what can I do to rectify the situation?" The manager basically showed me that they do not care about their customers. Why would I give you a tip for you to do your job and make my pizza when I have to drive and pick it up now.... If you tried to make the situation better I wouldn't have needed to ask for any money back. All would have been good, but there was no importance to making the situation right. You clearly didn't care enough about your employees to keep your delivery people. When I arrived to pick up the food I paid for, the manager didn't even come to speak with me and the employee made it a point to tell me, "we took the tip off the check." almost as if they were trying to make me look like a bad person for doing so. Can only assume this was a cost saving measure... which now you will lose money from loyal customers who are not close enough to you. So sad!! I only gave this review at two because the pizza is actually very good, but sometimes customer service is way more important than the taste of food in my opinion read more

We just moved here and this was our aeco5pizza place we ordered from. It was great food and timely delivery.

This place has great pizza and garlic knots. It's even better now that they moved to Deltona Boulevard from Doyle Road so it's closer. Definitely worth giving a try if you're in the mood for a good pizza. They also give you a magnet with every purchase and if you get 10 you get a free 20 inch pizza, it's a great deal in the end. read more

We decided to try this place out because we always saw them deliver to our neighbors across the street. And let me be honest, a lot better than these big name pizza chains. Always hot, fresh, and delicious! We've had their Beastly Meat Feast, Wing-It, their wings and garlic knots, yet to be disappointed! Before monster pizza moved locations i would give 5 however since move the quality is not the same...wings smaller...and on 1 pickup visit they sent out pizza out for delivery 3 times while we waited in the car. I do not know why the quality and service has declined, but we have now chosen another pizza place which we never thought we would do. read more

In the mail was a flyer for a free pizza. I'm glad they did that. I've been looking for a good pizza place around here for a long time. They use fresh ingredients they cut every day. And just the right amount of olive oil drops out when you fold it in half. My wife says I can stop looking for a good pizza place now. read more

In the hours after this storm impacted so many of our lives, you all opened your doors and were working hard, making meals for those of us who did not have the ability to do so for ourselves. Customer Service in your establishment is of the highest quality of any restaurant I've personally frequented. The exceptional quality of your food is in a class of its own. The courtesy that is extended to each and every customer is amazing. It's a breath of fresh air to have someone answer a phone for delivery and be able to actually "hear" them smiling. I believe you treat your employees well and its reflective in their highly professional demeanor. We ordered a large combination pizza and the Parmesan hot wings.... they were in their new container, which by the way, is nothing short of BRILLIANT! Now, wing lovers can put as little or as much sauce as they prefer, resulting in the perfect, personalized, wing experience! Your genuine commitment to your customers does not go unnoticed. I am a "forever" customer, of course, but I highly urge those of you have never tried their food, to do so as soon as possible. They just opened up their new location on Deltona Boulevard, which is central to just about everywhere. The staff and management are kind, have manners, and seem to be educated in a plethora of culinary and customer service areas. I am an extremely busy person, so it is not always easy for me to take the time to write reviews. Basic pizza. Garlic rolls don't seem to have physical garlic pieces (maybe powdered or in their bottled sauce) and the butter sauce seems to come from some commercial-sized container. For me, it was like bowling alley/food court pizza. Neat concept of choosing sauces/cheese/style but I'm more of a fresh and homemade kind of person like the winter park pizza places. So very upset on the experience my family and I just had at this place of business. My family of 4 spent over $80 for less than mediocre pizza, dry wings that were not tossed in any flavor and a salad that was forgotten and the driver had to rush back. They also forgot salad dressings. They did not have all of the correct toppings on our pizza. I felt the quality was terrible but most importantly, the service we received was beyond disrespectful. We were just very disappointed being that this pizzeria was so close to our home. Sadly, we will not be returning. read more

They had a promotion and the manager approached me the customer impolitely and accusing me of scamming Monster Pizza. I was accused before proven guilty. They just moved from their old location to this one, but that hasn't changed how awesome the food and services is! Yesterday I ordered a white spinach pizza which was absolute perfection! The crust was thin and crispy and the toppings were amazing. This is the best pizza around! I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more
