Today was probably the third or fourth time I have been in the sandwich shop. Pretty good sandwiches. Today sandwiches were pretty good but the service was HORRIBLE. They were relatively busy and my sister placed her order, paid and then I placed mine. AFTER I ordered they said it would be 30 minutes. Are they baking the bread or what. 30 minutes for a sandwich. Had I been told this before I would not have stayed. Doesn't take that long in a sit down restaurant. We waited and waited and it seemed the staff there were 4, didn't know what the other was doing. Then after probably 20 minutes my sister Got her sandwich and I figured mine should be next. She stopped eating her food because it was taking that long. At least another 10 minutes and it was just a meatball sandwich. The customers behind us were even more upset with the wait. I don't know what was going on beyond they got a big order but I'm pretty sure they lost at least r customers today. There was plenty of places in Yucaipa that serve just as good meatball sub without waiting 30+ minutes. Do better read more

Wow I ate there today and the food was great. The service was quick and they made sure everything came out exactly as ordered. I love the horror theme of the place. Overall, this will be my new go to sandwich shop. read more

First time at the sub shop and I will say it was delicious... I got the Frankenstein and let them surprise me and I am picky when it comes to sandwiches but they nailed it.. it was very delicious the turkey the roast beef the ham down to the bread the service was great very patient and answer any questions you have.. very helpful. The classic horror decore and music was cool . If you are in the Yucaipa area definitely try it out I will definitely be back soon.. read more

Ok, so here it goes. BEST SUB EVER!!!!!! really that's all you need to know, but I'll emphasize. Honestly this place is really good. The bread is best sub roll ever. The bread to meat ratio is perfect. I had a Frankenstein ( they make it how ever they want) so I trusted them to make my sandwich, and it's was really good, one small problem which the Frankenstein, what if I want it again? The bowtie pasta was really good too, and I hate pasta salad. The guys there, you guys are cool, and professional ( Mexicali ) and the sub maker. Will definitely be back. 1 small thing...... The Karloff was legitimately the BEST version of an Italian sub I've ever had! It was the perfect ratio of meat, cheese and toppings. My husband and I couldn't believe how fresh and delicious it was. This is our new sandwich shop for sure! I forgot to snap a pic because it was so dang good. Next time I will though lol The wagon wheel pesto pasta salad was soooo freakin good too. Not one for leaving bad reviews. However, this place needs an adjustment. While the theme is badass and unique, the food is very meh. It took them 45 minutes, no exaggeration, to make two 6 inch subs. When it did arrive, the order was wrong. Honestly Subway might be a better choice just for conveniency sake. I'm all for striving for perfection but this place needs to get a rhythm first. read more

Probably the best sandwiches I've every had. Really fresh ingredients and it's definitely worth a couple bucks extra to pay; instead of going to the name places like Subway and USA sandwiches. They have monster decor everywhere and kids would love it as well as myself. Besides being really fresh, you seem to get a little more ingredients. One 6" will fill me up for the whole day. Drove 45 minutes each way to try this place. Paid $50 for two sandwiches and a pasta salad (including tip) only to get home and realize that they never gave me my pasta salad. The sandwiches were very good but I'm disappointed in the service. They were quick to charge me for the salad but never put it in my bag. read more

Regular customer disappointed. Everyone is usually so amazing and friendly, but today hired a new girl that is rude, and only cares about her time to leave, I called at 3:35, getting off work, to pick up a sandwich within 10 minutes, and all that mattered to her was that doors are closing at 4 and she won't take my order. Really hope this doesn't happen affect any future orders. Might not waste the drive anymore for attitude when I can get that anywhere. read more

I like supporting local businesses instead of franchises. I also like "getting my mone'y's worth". The sandwich was good. A little too much Mayo/mustard for me. The biggest problem is the cost. The large is $17. We got the BLT. For that price I would expect the best bacon I've ever eaten and a whole bunch of it...that wasn't the case. Compared to my favorite all time stand alone sub shop $11-12 for a 12in. For that reason alone...I won't be returning. $40-50/lunch for two....I don't think so. Sorry guys. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but this place is one of the places I really wanted to write a review on. The service is absolutely incredible, which makes me want to come back each time. I'm a regular at this establishment and every time I come in I am always welcomed by the staff, and they always have a smile on their face as well as a positive attitude. The food is also really delicious, I hope everyone gets a chance to meet the staff and eat here at some point.
