The staff are always working hard to make sure it stays clean. They recently updated with some awesome new equipment and the Lift Lab is fantastic. Chris the manager and Cindy who I always see in the morning are always super helpful and friendly and I have had great interactions with everyone. If I could say one thing that would be negative is that I had recently renewed my membership for one year, however my wife was transferred to CA for work and so I had to cancel. They charged me a cancellation fee which I would understand if I didn't really have a good reason, however this is a situation I can't really control. I feel like there should be discretion for certain situations. There is not a Chuze location where I am moving, otherwise I could just continue there.

My name is Jeffrey S. Bowerman, and I have been a dedicated member of your gym, frequently working out with my wife, Debbie Bowerman. The incident leading to this ban occurred in February 2026 and involved a staff member named Cindy. At the time, I was dealing with significant personal and health challenges, including a broken foot and multiple hospitalizations, as well as serious illnesses affecting my brothers. During an interaction regarding the recovery and tanning beds, there was a misunderstanding about my membership level and the use of the mobile app. While I admit I became frustrated, I immediately apologized to Cindy and explained the personal stress I was under. Unfortunately, when I asked to speak with Chris, he upheld the decision to revoke my membership across all locations without, to my knowledge, reviewing any video footage of the interaction. My wife and I valued our time at Chuze Fitness, as it was a vital part of our routine and wellbeing. Being restricted to the local recreation center has been a poor substitute for the facilities and community at your gym. They open the gym right on time and greet everyone with a smile, which makes those early workouts way more enjoyable. They're always willing to help or answer questions, and their positive energy really sets the tone for a great start to the day. One small thing--some of the equipment could be fixed a little faster when it's out of order. It's not a huge deal, but quicker maintenance would make the experience even better. Still, the staff and overall vibe here are top-notch! Four stars just because of staff! Otherwise probably a 2-3 gym due to equipment being out of order.

It is the most infuriating thing to hear "I don't know" to every little question that you have. PLEASE train your people better or hire individuals that actually care to learn how to do their jobs.

In addition there are a lot of other perks that complement the WODs, with my favorite that there is a physical therapist located in the building and you can simply text her to book an appointment (and you can do it around your workout timing so no excuses for not getting the treatment you might need!). And this place is very kid friendly for the weekend workouts and my 3 kids love coming while I get a great workout.

There are different rooms to do aerobics, mat work, cardio, weights, golf simulation, racquetball, and crossfit. The gym is huge and can host a plethora of team sports simultaneously. No matter what time I go to the gym, it is hardly ever busy. I really enjoy "The Pit" where I can do some crossfit workouts and then I mosey upstairs to the cardio area to row. The front desk staff is always so patient with me. Because I am new to the gym, I ask where things are, etc and everyone I have ever asked a question to has been so helpful and have never made me feel like I'm bothering them. Yesterday, I inquired about the spin bikes since they have recumbent bikes and different bikes in the cardio room and was told they are in the west gym. I was able to make up my own workout on the spin bike for 40 mins thanks to all my years of going to spin studios. With the extensive variation of equipment, you'll definitely get the workout you're wanting and because it's never busy, you'll always have access to equipment immediately.
