My experience with the customer service here was excellent, and I was not even a proper customer! The police arranged for my van to be towed here when it was left undrivable and likely totaled after an accident. Not only co-owner Marcelo, but everyone else I dealt with there was super nice. Marcelo himself went way above and beyond all expectations to help me out. He was willing to meet me at the tow yard at my convenience, even outside of their normal business hours, to go over the condition of the van with me (so I didn't have to blindly trust the other driver's insurance carrier on this). When I arrived, he spent over an hour not only checking out the damage , but helping me move a whole batch of things I had been carrying in the van--tools and other maintenance items and supplies, map books and maps, purchases, and items to donate--you name it--into my neighbor's borrowed car. He even grabbed and offered my red-cross donor magnet off the back of the car for me. He let me take my time getting pictures of the outside and interior, and reminded me to grab the EZ-Pass transponder I had forgotten, hidden behind the rear-view mirror. He showed attention to detail both in going over the car with me to assess the damage and in helping me remember what to take from it. Add this to his generosity of spirit, and I can't imagine anything less than an equally excellent experience for anyone actually getting body work done here. I highly recommend them. read more

I recently purchased a BMW M2 Comp and unfortunately the dealer service center damaged my vehicle. They attempted to resolve this by sending the car to their in-house body shop. Long story short, the BMW body shop was not able to resolve this even after bringing my car back in for a second visit. Enough was enough so I decided to bring my car to another shop. I had some small paint work previously done at Airpark, so I was familiar with their excellent work. I let them know of the issues I wanted resolved and received a quote within minutes. Those things were fixed to perfection in just 3 days (my car was at the BMW shop for an entire month). In addition, they noticed other imperfections and were able to resolve those as well. In summary, Airpark is the place to go if you want an honest, high quality body shop. My experience with the BMW body shop has caused me nothing but stress and worry - when I dropped the car off at Airpark those feelings were completely alleviated and I knew my car would be back in tip-top condition. P.S. - For anyone in a situation where you need body work done - make sure you are given the opportunity to choose which shop to get your work done, and that you choose a trustworthy, skilled shop such as Airpark. Don't get pressured into using your insurance's preferred shop or a dealer's in-house body shop like I was. I've now learned my lesson the hard way. read more

In fairness, this is my second review for Airpark. The first time was for the Auto body, which i continue to use and always provides me with exceptional service very reasonably priced. This time I feel the need to write a review for the Auto Towing service. In the span of about 24 hours, my car went from great to completely broken down due to a seized engine. Stuck, barely able to safely get off the highway and pretty frazzled (is a polite way to put it), Airpark came to the rescue, very quickly and efficiently. They offered their help and advice which gave a lot of options and made me understand exactly what I had to do and where to go from there. Luckily my engine problems were due to a recall on my particular car, and Hyundai will be taking care of everything for me. During a crazy time for me, Airpark dropped my car at the dealership with lots of communication and very little effort on my end. Its not just about the logistics of easily getting my car from A to B. Its also and mostly about the manner that its done and the way they expertly make it clear and simple all of the things I am not aware of in a situation where I am uncomfortable and fairly lost. I have 2017 Honda Accord touring that was rear ended pretty badly that left my car unable to drive. Parts of the suspension needed to be replaced, exhaust and bumper also needed to be replaced, and a few other things cosmetically. My tire was also flat due to something unrelated to the accident and they replaced for free without a second thought. I spoke with there service manager named Alex and he was truly helpful with my situation. He helped coordinate with my insurance to get an estimate for the repairs, and also kept me updated on the progress of my vehicles repair. Towards the end when my vehicle was about ready and the last bit of work was being finished, one of the mechanics noticed that my car was due for service. So they serviced my vehicle free of charge on top of the tire which they also replaced for free. When I finally got my baby back, she looked brand new. It didn't look like it was in an accident at all and I had no issues since getting my car back. Now I recently Hit one of our friendly neighborhood deer and it left my grille and hood damaged. As sad as I am about the damage, Im taking my car to this shop cause I know she'll be taken care of! read more

I was in Frederick one day inside a store and when I came out to my car, to my surprise, someone had keyed my 2007 Cadillac CTS. I was very upset and didn't know what to do. So I contacted my insurance and they told me to get an estimate done for the repairs. I did research on a good body shop in my area and Airpark Auto Body came highly recommended by many people. I brought the car over to them and I spoke to Alex there. Great guy, he was very helpful and wrote me an estimate to have my car completely painted. I took that estimate to my insurance and they approved it right away and gave me a check for the repairs. I took the check straight to airpark auto body and left my car to be repaired. They gave me a ride to enterprise to pick up my rental. A week later my car was ready to be picked up. The car looked brand new! I couldn't believe the great job they did with the paint. The paint was super soft to the touch and was like a mirror when you looked into it. These guys are great and they do everything! Towing, mechanic work, body work and they detailed my car inside and out for free after being painted. They have earned a customer for life! read more

My brand new truck (1800 miles) got rear ended by a non-attentive driver. I haven't used a body shop in many years so had no reference on what to do. I went on Yelp to get some idea of what was around me. It was a Saturday. Called a couple of shops. Airpark was the only one to answer, and Marcelo's professional customer service attitude sold me right away. He arranged to have someone pickup the truck...even the tow truck driver was professional and communicative....letting me know his ETA a couple of times before his arrival. I live about 40 minutes from the shop, so it was a big leap of faith, but reviews were spot on...and I see why. Being it was a brand new truck, parts were not the easy acquire, but Marcelo and Alex kept me posted with text messages and phone calls. The truck was beat up pretty badly by the accident. A few days later, my Tacoma was looking like it came out of the show room...like it had done so less than a month ago. Fantastic job, and what a relief. I never write reviews but having recieved the best customer service, I want other people to experience the same. Like I previously mentioned, their customer service is exceptional, and they make you feel at home. I have been bringing my car to them for a while now and they never let me down. Russo is very professional and always knows what he was talking about. Marcelo and Mario were beyond helpful and are super nice. What I like best is that when I go for an oil change or any other maintenance on my vehicle, they don't try to sell me more or start talking about other repairs I need unless it truely is needed (example: my brakes were almost completely out and they suggested I get new ones). They even took me to the back to show me. I really like the fact that it's a one stop shop. They do Tow's, auto body repair and much more. The prices for the repairs are very reasonable. Repost....I've been going to Airpark since 05. Phenomenal customer service and very honest. They are very thorough with details, communication, and turn around time. Towing service is fast, friendly, and efficient, body shop same and I am excited that they have their own paint booth!!!, and mechanic shop is always on point. Being and ex car racer, I am very picky in who I take it too. Typically I take it to the dealerships especially if I know someone who works there, but I always go see Marcello and Leo and Air park first for questions before I decide on anything! **The body shop is huge and the staff there does quality work in the allotted time. They always keep the communication alive with customers. I have had 3 cars go to the body shop and have had nothing but great, honest, and efficient service. I recently went to go get an oil change at my dealership and they gave me a whole list of maintenance work that needed to get done on my car at an exorbitant price. I decided to shop around to find a better deal (plus I'd rather give my money to a local mom & pop shop for support) and I came across Airpark Auto Body. These guys are top notch and they work efficiently. I was given great service at an incredible rate; it was half of what the dealership priced me at. I cannot believe this auto body company "gets" it! It's all about showing up when you say you are going to show up and doing the job RIGHT the first time! I have written only a few reviews, but I had to write this one. To begin, last month was one of the most stressful experiences in a long time. During a bad storm, while visiting in DC, my car was damaged by fallen tree debris. A family member had recommended for me to call Airpark towing to pick up the cars and bring them to their auto body shop. Marcello helped me work with my insurance company and explained all of the different options. The work was done so we did not lose a single hour of our visit, and the car looks and drives great! The best experience at an auto repair shop ever! I don't even know where to start, I first learne of Airpark Towing and Auto repair when my car suddlely stopped working last winter. They came towed my car and fixed it for a reasonable price. Fast forward to today. My car started leaking oil, I was in a panic because I was driving for weeks and I didn't know the oil was leaking. I needed major repair so I thought. When I came to Airpark Towing and Repair (on a Sunday do you how hard it is to find a full service shop open on Sunday? ) the owner Marcello gave me a minimal price possible to fix my car.not only that they fixed my plates lights for free and and gave me more oil for my car for free so I can get home safely. Recently had my car repaired after someone reversed into it while it was parked on the street. This place was super quick to get me an estimate and explained to me exactly what needed to be repaired and why. They worked with me to find the most convenient time for me to drop it off. Alex was very professional and easy to communicate with at any given time. I went to pick up my car with every intention of going to get it cleaned on the inside and outside on the way home, but that had already been done! My car was shining and looked better than new. Alex at Airpark Auto Body is the guy to help you get your damaged vehicle repaired, especially if you have to deal with someone else's insurance company. He is a "pitbull" and knows the insurance repair rule book inside and out and got the best repairs for my vehicle. My back bumper was repaired and repainted (triple coat) and my SUV was spotlessly detailed as a bonus. As far as communication, I texted with Alex and he normally replied within a few minutes about the status of my vehicle. The longest it ever took to get a reply was 30 minutes. I was in town visiting my family and borrowed my parents' car to visit some friends. Unfortunately, on my way to visit a friend, something started smelling like smoke and I was scared to continue driving the car and pulled over. I looked up tow companies and auto shops and doing Airpark Towing and Auto Body. They were very helpful over the phone and the tow truck arrived within 30 minutes.
