Don't go here!!! Especially if you are going through your insurance!! It took months, at least 3, to repair simple damage to my car. When I first took it for an estimate they said 1 week 2 max for it to be ready. Then said 2 months to receive parts.. But then they keep upping the price and going back and forth with my insurance to get more money from them which took additional weeks for my car to be repaired. One example, they tried to charge my insurance an extra $300 for my car to be towed 1 mile to get a calibration done. When first of all my car was driving fine, only a small dent on my side. Second, they are also a towing company that owns their own tow trucks.. Now listen, I don't care at all about saving my insurance company money cause y'all know how much we pay them. What I do care about is them keeping my car for weeks while they go back and forth trying to squeeze them for every penny... I do understand the insurance company to refuse to pay the tow though... Another example, they said I needed a new rim ( cause it was scratched) and they are waiting for the dealer to send it.. I asked if they can just buff it out so I don't have to wait. And I don't care about little scratches on my rim.. But they told my they already charged the insurance for the new rim.. so i said fine I'll just get the new one but I will like to keep my old one anyway... they said ok.. when I finally went to pick up my car and asked where the old rim was they said they were able to just buff out the scratches... smh... I was so done with them at this point I was like whatever. That's not even all folks, when I finally picked up my car in January after dropping it off in October, the guy said "you are lucky the customer before you had his car here for 6 months and insurance didn't pay for everything he still had to pay thousands plus his deductible they really did him wrong"... I was just thinking no y'all did him wrong.. then I said "I wish I still had Geico cause then I can just drop my car off to one of their designated shops, given a rental in the same location and pick it up a week or 2 later".., he said "yeah well those shops don't do quality work like we do"... ok so my car was detailed and spotless but the rear door didn't line up with the frame so I'm like this doesn't look like quality work it's not even.. he's like let me have them fix it really quick.. I'm like really after all this time .. 30 mins later was better then it was but still not perfect and definitely not quality.. at this point I'm just going take it and be done cause I def didn't want to wait another month for it to be perfect.. I just said it's fine I need to go .. then he told me don't forget to give us a review on yelp that's how we get all our customers..smh... that's how I found this place in the first place.. but I'm like don't worry I will!!! I found myself in the unfortunate position of being rear-ended on 11/01/2023. Though my fight with the at-fault party's insurance has been frustrating, at no point did I ever feel let down by the team at Airpark. In short order they were able to provide me an estimate & realistic picture of what to expect going forward. They provided support with everything from the slow insurance process, procuring a rental vehicle, seeing to it that my personal effects were stored away safely until I could retrieve them, etc. I cannot say enough how helpful Brian, Marcello, & the rest of the team at Airpark have been. They have gone above & beyond (even taking time outside of business hours to address my concerns. Although the circumstances of my coming to know about Airpark were unfortunate, I can honestly say that I am glad that we crossed paths. My insurance made me take my car here for repairs after an accident. After weeks of waiting for my car to be repaired, they returned it without my floormats and also broke my glove compartment. They just threw the contents of my glove compartment in the trunk like nothing happened. When asked to fix glove compartment, they took no responsibility and said "someone must have broken into your car." Like thieves are going to neatly place the items in the glove compartment in the trunk!? Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. read more

Great experience. I selected Airpark Auto Body based on the number of positive reviews here to replace my damaged bumper. Alex, the service manager, was easy to talk to and explained the repair process clearly. Still, when he mentioned that my car would basically look brand new after the repair, I had to take take it with a grain of salt. To my surprise, my repaired car looked even better than before the accident. Not only did they fix my bumper, they also washed, waxed and cleaned my car - outside and in. There is no other body shop that compares to the quality of service and the integrity that Airpark provides. Everyone was very knowledgeable, accommodating, honest, and informative - especially Alex! I could not have asked for a better experience. When I took my BMW to the dealership, they were vague and wanted us to do a bunch of repairs that may or may not actually fix the problem. That would amount to thousands of dollars to pay for their "guessing" of what the issue was. When I took the car home, it was completely unresponsive in my garage. I called Airpark and they said they could have someone within 30 minutes, but I think it was much quicker than that. Upon arrival, I spoke with Danny, who is very helpful and kind! He directed me to Alex, and we briefly discussed the process. We left Airpark and throughout the entire process (which took quite a few days), Alex kept us informed and updated, and always let us know before he made a repair so we could make the decision on our own. I felt respected as a client and paid a very fair price for the repairs done. I would 100% recommend them to any person looking for a completely stress-free experience with any kind of work on any kind of car. My 2008 Yukon received a 18 inch gash from the county snow plow. County took a long time to pay but the owner of Airpark(Nelson) took the appraisal and got parts ordered so when the insurance paid we would not be waiting on parts. The damage was more extensive a little more $ than the appraisal and Nelson worked with the insurance to get the difference paid. Very nice job and felt he does honest work. He sent us pictures of the progress as the repair was made. He came recommend by our friends who also met a snow plow this winter. read more

Took my '07 Jeep Wrangler here to get the radiator checked. From my initial phone inquiry to picking up my vehicle, service was the BEST I have had in years. Talked to Leo to come in Friday morning, went to the wrong location but Alex took me no problem. I was in and out in an hour. Left my car overnight while the radiator got replaced. Came here after having some minor damage and needing to get towed out of a ditch by Airpark towing. Everyone was great. Alex, who greeted me was very honest when I asked if a repair was necessary. He clipped a few lose pieces of plastic under the bumper and said that what was all that was needed, said the rest was just aesthetics and didn't need to be done. Didn't charge me anything for the service. 100% recommend. Hope to never need again but if I do I'll definitely be back. As a bonus they were great with my kids who were along and had a bunch of cars and toys they could play with. read more

Alex has been a life saver for me during these last couple days of chaos! I was in an accident on Sunday and my car was towed by the police back to their lot in Gaithersburg. I spoke to Danny to confirm that my vehicle was safe and indeed at their location. I was so worried about where to bring my vehicle to get fixed and he advised me that they now have an auto body shop. I've used them for towing and auto repair but did not realize they could help me in this situation too. I'm completely blown away by the service and professionalism at Airpark Auto Body. I had some scratches on my truck and an auto detailer couldn't get them out. I stopped into Airpark Auto Body to get a quote and make an appointment to have the problem fixed and Marcello took care of me right then and there. He buffed out the scratches in about 10 min and didn't charge a cent. No one looks forward to needing an auto body shop, but the next time I do I know where I'm going. In fact, I downloaded and signed up for yelp just to say that this place is awesome. The team provided me with a fast and friendly service. Most of all, there was this one guy 'Marcello', was the absolute best, he made sure I was taken care of and that I was 100% satisfied at all times. He provided me with updates every step of the way and even gave me a few helpful advice, I almost felt like apart of the airpark family. I use mechanics extremely rarely, having grown up fixing cars myself. When I have used mechanics, I have found that more often than not I am subject to an attempted rip off. "You need this, you need that, this is broken, that is broken". I know cars, I know what's broken and what isn't. In this case, my car had a catastrophic failure that I could not fix using my own tools. I brought it someplace close to my job, and was quoted at $2600, and if they were to be believed, there was another $2000 or $3000 worth of work needed immediately. All this on a car worth maybe $5000. I sent the estimate to Alex at Airpark who immediately agreed that it was nonsense. He sent a tow and brought my car in. It was diagnosed as soon as possible and was estimated at less than 40% of what it was quoted at elsewhere. He communicated with me constantly and had the car fixed the morning the parts arrived. The job was done cleanly and correctly. In fact, they were able to salvage one part and actually saved me money off the quote. He did point out some other things that were indeed broken, which I knew about (and interestingly, the other place had mostly missed) but there was absolutely no pressure. They were very friendly, showing me their soccer collection, as I was wearing a jersey that day. They are a family business and really act like a family, and treat you like a part of it.
