0 stars - I somehow was calling Hilton points rewards to see about booking in this area and my husband and I were going to go together. All the prices the girl gave me were through the roof - 175+ a night and we would be attending for around a month. On the phone she advised me she had a room here. I was informed it had the same rating as the Hilton - OMG what a lie! I assume I dialed some company that was advertising on the same page by mistake, bad on me! I paid for a week in advance - no refunds. They would like to charge a normal person 99 for our second room that we received. 2nd room you ask? That's because the 1st room was worse with a yellow bathroom and the green bathroom room was our upgrade! I cried! I went out the next day and purchased cleaners .. you will see one picture with a white mr. clean sponge .. that shows one swipe in the tub I wouldn't even shower till I cleaned the room. No jokes! I spend the first day 6 hours scrubbing the room devastated that I had made such a grave error. My biggest mistake was not checking my yelp before I gave my credit card information over the phone! So in the past I see they had bed bugs when I finally contacted the health board found out all rooms had been condemned but they have since re opened and do have matress protectors on the bed. Anyways pictures speak 100 words - do not go! They also rent their rooms apparently to people that are freshly released from jail at discounted rates.. what a nightmare!

Stayed here for two nights. Booked online the night before. Wasn't even greeted with a "hello" when coming in, instead was asked "Reservation?" like I'm ordering fast food. Good accommodations start with first impressions, and that wasn't very accommodating. We were given a room in the far side of the hotel. The room was clean but smelled like someone was smoking in it (we booked a non-smoking). The bathroom had a partially broken window. Figured no one would want to trek through the jungle of weeds behind the hotel anyway. Fortunately, it was summer so the open window actually became a plus. The air conditioner worked fine, except it made the carpet wet in front of it. There was also a bug that crawled from under the microwave and ran behind refrigerator, but I never saw it again after. The comforter on the bed had holes in it, so we didn't use it. Overall, it's a great motel because of it's location. It's only 30 minutes from Boston and 5 minutes from Shopper's World and Natick Mall. The room was CLEAN. They offered a free breakfast in the lobby. The free WiFi had poor reception and would go on and off frequently, but it wasn't a big deal. My biggest concern would be the bugs - a mosquito in the bathroom from the open window, a bug on the fridge, and possible bed bugs from the holes in the comforter. Bottom Line: I wouldn't stay here again, however, I would stay in Framingham/Natick again.

I will never stay here again. I was just passing through and was not about to keep driving. Room smelled like it has been used in while. Ceiling light did not work. TV did not work. Room showed signs of being broken into. The beds there sucked. Did not even get a good night's sleep. I did not even use the blanket and pillows on the bed. I used my personal stuff from my truck. Word of advise keep driving find another place!

BED BUGS!!!! Numerous reviews for bed bugs, I still have the health department report from the investigator confirming presence of bed bugs after I reported. Managers are never ever on site and they don't do anything to attempt to right the situation. Also have a long list of 17 other complaints. 1. TV didn't work, displayed nothing but static 2. AC/Heating unit didn't work room wouldn't get warm or cool down 3. Room is labeled a non-smoking room, yet smells like smoke and old mildew smell 4. Blinds in the bathroom were broken 5. Toilet wasn't flushed, had yellow tinted water upon arrival 6. Towels looked stained 7. Sink water wouldn't get cold and shower water wouldn't stay hot for longer than 5 minutes 8. Bright red stain on carpet floor next to bed 9. Lamp shades dirty, stained, and black spots on it 10. Lamps didn't even work 11. White DNA stains on top comforter 12. BED BUGS 13. Every night you see drug deals going on in the parking lot 14. Shower wasn't clean upon Arrival 15. Got the run around at front desk, wouldnt give information on manager or who to speak with or contact 16. Claimed "bed bugs show up because of heat" - wasn't hot outside, it was freezing and raining all weekend 17. When I mentioned about reporting hotel front desk clerk said "we are currently trying to treat for them", when I replied "oh so you do know about them?", front desk clerk said "No" 18. Sheets had a yellow stained tints to them

bed bugs. The place was dusty-dated but that is not an issue generally for me. Nobody at the front desk at 4am when I woke up ichy and found bed bugs. Left in the middle of the night. Nightmare.

    Chair in my room

I will start by saying that this is a horrific, vile, disgusting miserable place to stay. Everything in the two rooms I booked was broken down and filthy. It is so disgusting that I took pictures to send to the health department. The refrigerator was full of ice and rattled. Fortunately, the air conditioner rattled louder once I turned it on so that I couldn't hear the refrigerator any more. The staff is unprofessional and their veracity should be taken with more than grain of salt. They advertise internet connectivity but it would have been much easier to get a connection to three of the nearby hotels than to get a connection to their router. I couldn't maintain a connection for more than a few seconds. The furniture is old and dirty. The TV had a big splotch of something on the screen. It had to be at least 30 years old. The CARPET is filthy everywhere. Stains everywhere you look. The hallway leading to the second floor had broken down appliances turned backwards. The ice machine was broken and smelled so it hadn't been on for some time. I refused to sit in the desk chair because of the filth and body fluids dried into the fabric. The curtain in my room looked like it had been slept in. ...and just when you think it can't get worse, THERE IS THE SMELL.. A cross between body odor, an ash tray, mold and mouse dropping stewed to perfection with a hint of spray deodorant that doesn't have a prayer of working. ...and THAT was the SECOND room that I got because I complained about my first room!!!! Vile! Avoid at ALL COSTS!!!!! It doesn't matter where in Framingham you go besides this place. You can't do worse! I will be calling the health department and filing a complaint!

I just had the great misfortune of staying at this hotel. In the middle of winter, there was neither heat nor adequate hot water in the room. Management did nothing to help other than claim that the water was so hot "you can't even put your hand in it" when in fact it was lukewarm at best. Our request to be moved to another room so we might have some heat and the chance to take showers before we checked-out were ignored. Terrible hotel + terrible customer service = stay away at all costs.

There was an indoor pool open 10am to 10pm - it looked like there was a lifeguard there too. I never used the pool but it was pretty small and basically like a fishbowl in that it was "on display" with clear views from the bar and hotel lobby. Pool table was fun, a giant connect 4, some other table games were available, and there were cute alcoves that I worked in and caught up with a friend in. Wifi was fast and never cut out. The room was clean, spacious and quite minimalist which aligns with the Aloft branding. Room is cleaned only upon request which I actually like a lot. Across my time there, I put out my trash in the hallway once during the day and it got emptied. I went to the front desk to get refills of shower gel and towels. The shampoo kept coming off the wall but that's ok. Bed was comfy, the thermostat actually worked, and the refrigerator also could be cooled to under 40 degrees with the quick-cool function. There is a coffee maker but I didn't try it out. They had coffee and tea in the mornings. I visited BJ's brewhouse once that is adjacent to the hotel. It was fine. I also walked to Legal Seafoods, and you can walk to Burtons. Natick Mall and Shoppers World are around the corner. As a pet friendly hotel, I did hear some dog barking. I don't mind but something to be aware of as it can wake you up. I can attest that their fire alarm is sufficiently loud as it went off one morning and we evacuated.

I really liked the saline pool so you don't have the overwhelming chlorine smell especially since it's an indoor pool. It was heated and the water was very clear. You need to inform the Front Desk staff if you want to use it because this hotel's policy requires a lifeguard to be on duty when you use the pool. It was no problem because by the time we went to our room to change and went back to the pool, the lifeguard was there or got there a few minutes after we arrived. Overall, the room is very nice and the toiletries provided were pleasantly scented. The bathroom had interesting wallpaper in the bathroom. I liked the WiFi speaker so I could play my own music. We had a ceiling light and stove light out and the maintenance and engineering tech was very fast, pleasant, and easy to work with (sorry I didn't catch his name) and got it fixed right off. The kitchen worked out well. We cooked a few things and was glad to have a full fridge and freezer. Everything worked well and was stocked nicely. The temperature controls and unit worked well. They have a nice gym, walking path, doggies station, breakfast area, common seating areas and outdoor space. The only thing that was a bit disheartening were a few of the guests didn't always pick up after their pooches. Thankfully there were plenty of waste baggies so I did my fair share of clean up. I am really thankful to have pet friendly places to stay and wish other people did their part. We did have a run in with a guest who couldn't manage their two dogs so word of caution to be alert around other pups. The breakfast was decent with a variety of options such as oat milk, vegan foods, hot oatmeal, bagels, waffles, french toast, eggs, sausage and vegan sausage. Lots of condiments like PB, cranberry, nuts, seeds, juices and more. The staff did a great job cleaning up and keeping the food and coffee stations filled. One family with their young tots made a full blown disaster and I thanked the ladies who came up after to pick up and scrub it down. We had a king size bed with 4 pillows and extra bedding in the drawers. It was very comfortable as I've always slept well on Marriott mattresses. The room had plenty of storage to unpack, an ironing board, and updated outlets for charging. The rooms were cleaned every other day but I did ask them to come more often to vacuum up after the pup. I appreciated them very much. The view to the outside over route 9 towards the Natick mall was nice. It wasn't too loud and I enjoyed being able to see the grounds. The tree leaves were turning color and the ground people did a great job mowing, trimming and keeping the place looking nice. I look forward to our next stay and highly recommend this location. We met some long term stay guest who were also quite nice. Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and welcoming.

The hot/cold water in the bath/shower was backwards (had to push it to cold to get warm water) and leaked out of the handle while it was on. The heater made a loud rattling noise when it was on - but it was too cold to sleep with if off. This coupled with a loud gurgling noise consistently coming from the refrigerator (which is located right next to the head of the bed - really??) - it was very difficult to sleep which definitely impacted my performance at my meetings the next day. This applies to the room itself, the vanity, the closet, and the bathroom. Some things were a little plain and in various shades of brown, but I am one who looks for a place to stay, not a magnificent work of architectural and interior design. If there is one thing I can personally ding them ever-so-slightly on, it's the bedding. I am the cousin of the The Princess and the Pea, and the conditions for this faux royalty to sleep tight have to be just right (wait, does that make me Goldilocks?). I would have preferred a slightly softer mattress, less firm pillow, and sheets pulled taut with military-grade exactitude. Of course, that's just me and my preferences, YMMV. Where it comes to their staff, everyone I've encountered has been pleasant and kind. While I am not someone who cares for amenities beyond daily housekeeping, I've found they were pretty limited. There is a coffee station, a mini-mart, and that's pretty much it (IIRC). Final verdict: Other than bedding that could be slightly better for this old grouch, the stay was perfectly fine. It took care of everything I seek when I crash for the night. That said, there was also nothing remarkable or above and beyond about the experience. With that, a rock-solid three, not because of issues, but the lack of anything remotely noteworthy.

I do wonder how Marriott marketing tries to differentiate this suite brand from their Residence Inns which I prefer...? This location is very tricky to get to since it is on a road that is basically a 60mph street with no turn/exit lanes. If coming from the west good luck accessing the place. Also leaving the parking lot onto this highway is a danger especially with Boston drivers! At check-in the one clerk was totally consumed with a customer dealing with some non-check -in issue. Finally after waiting 10 minutes she decided to divert her attention and check me in. When I asked about a room upgrade as an elite member she mumbled something about them being booked up but it was clear from the parking lot that this place was pretty empty. This was the fourth Marriott property we stayed at on this trip and the least friendly front desk. The room was fine especially since it is a newer property though we did report an issue with the shower door automatically opening while showering causing a mini flood. Also the bathroom was tiny. The free breakfast was by far the skimpiest we have encountered at any Marriott property that provides a breakfast. It was surprising how limited the choices were. Also this breakfsst was shared with the Fairfield Inn which is in the same building (the Sheraton also in the same building does not offer free breakfast but I am not sure what stops there guests from eating here.) Overall a pretty mediocre experience.
