The dumplings were so good too in the chili oil. I'm not a dan dan noodles girl so that was my least favorite dish. I tried a little bit of it and there is definitely a kick - I don't think you can adjust the spice level so beware. The staff does warn you when you order that dish. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish!
