Her attitude came across as rude and unwelcoming, and I got a strange feeling about the way my dog was being handled. My dog was there for almost 5 hours for a bath and grooming package, which felt excessive, especially considering the service would normally be expected to take considerably less time even when the salon is busy. I don't mind leaving my dog for a while when necessary, but nearly five hours for this service left me feeling very uneasy and wondering whether my dog was okay and being properly cared for. I also felt uncomfortable because it seemed like Rianne may have been discussing me with the other employees while I was there. I obviously can't say for certain what was being said, but the overall situation made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The biggest issue for me is that when I leave my dog with a grooming salon, I need to feel confident that she is being treated with patience and care. Unfortunately, I did not leave this experience with that confidence. I'm sharing this because I think other pet owners should be aware of my experience, particularly when deciding whether they feel comfortable leaving their dog with this salon. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and looks into how customers and their pets are being treated.
