Selina took great care of my baby during her nail grind and grooming. She always comes out smelling delicious and she takes care of all the trimming we ask her to do around her back legs. Great service.

I normally don't do reviews but I'm at a bit of a loss here. I've been coming here for grooming for a while now-never had any problems-I was in today to check in my dog for a routine appointment in the grooming area, and while I was getting checked in I was hit fully by a door. At first I thought it was an accident and went to see if I was standing in the wrong area-I wasn't-turning around I see an employee named Rebecca walk right past me. No acknowledgement, no apology, not even a sideways glance. Rebecca walks into the grooming area and just leaves me and the employee checking me and my dog in. I don't think she even acknowledged the employee either. In defense of pet smart the grooming employee looked appalled at what happened and saw that I was in a lot of pain, apologizing on behalf of the woman that hit me. I later found out from another employee as I was checking out at the counter that this woman is a manager? It makes me really sad to hear this because I haven't had any issues, but this woman was incredibly rude, and unprofessional. I haven't ever seen her before so I'd assume she's new, hoping she's temporary and they get another manager soon. Until then if you see a Rebecca walking around I'd recommend avoiding her and talking to the associates, since they're much nicer usually. I'm also going to include photos of bruises on my arm and leg that I'm 99.9% certain I got from the door hitting me.

Never really had an issue with this store, other than employees not acknowledging you on the floor, I think today was the first time my son and I were acknowledged. They have great sales at times, but my son enjoys bringing his dog in to treat him with new items.

This store has always been my go to place for my kids needs. The staff is kind and go the extra mile not just for me but I'm sure for all the customers including the pets. Thank you to Andrew for bringing out my curbside order . Being disabled this service rocks . I do go inside to shop because I enjoy this store but having a back injury I'm limited .

Where is the management? These bathrooms are filthy starting at 8 am when the store isn't even open yet! Clearly night shift doesn't clean when closing and day shift doesn't clean either. If too busy of a shopping center, close the bathrooms to public. No toilet paper or paper towels to dry hands either. Staff says they always look like this, which means the manager needs to be replaced.

This is for Grooming... Selina took outstanding care with our pup today for his first visit at the groomers. Bath, blow dry, brushed teeth and trimmed nails. Sidney smells so good! The app and online made setting up the appointment a breeze and what shots were required was very clear and super helpful. Check in was quick, everyone there was upbeat, professional and kind. I felt confident leaving him in their care. Two hours later, paid via the app, and picked up a very happy, content pup whose coat gleamed in the sun all the way home. We will be back for monthly services since it was such a great experience!

this is for grooming: i took my dog here a few days ago, they had time for a walk in bath and nail trim so i dropped her off and it took about an hour. today, i came across all these scabs, blisters, redness, dry spots, and bleeding all down my dogs lower spine. i can't say for sure if the groomer CAUSED this but either did or chose to say nothing to be about the well being of my dog; i tried to scratch her butt and she kept wincing in pain so it must've been obvious to someone trying to wash her. you can see from the photos below (all separate areas) how much pain she must be in; extremely disappointed and i will be bringing her back here to have the groomers explain.

Gabriela is the only groomer I will take my Cairn Terrier to at the Petsmart in The District at Tustin. She is amazing with my very nervous terrier who will only let her trim his face. If I go near him with scissors or clippers he freaks out lol. I book with her way in advance on the Petsmart app (she is very popular) and have never been disappointed. She is an awesome groomer!

Great experience! We have an 8-year-old rescue Golden…read moreRetriever who developed some habits we wanted to correct and weren't able to do on our own with traditional training. A couple of these weren't terribly serious, but we felt we weren't "in charge" anymore, that our dog wasn't getting the message from whatever we were doing, and that if we didn't do something different, it could really get out of control. Brad really helped us with this, where traditional "training" wasn't working. We have two or three things we're working on with our girl, but here is the most dramatic change we had with one issue. She is very food motivated, and would beg from us at the table whenever we sat down to eat, and would be underfoot in the kitchen during prep. She got overly excited and would not settle and lie down. Brad explained we weren't communicating well with her on a dog level, so to get that communication kicked in to gear, he actually started our session not with this problem, but with making sure she would not dash out the front door when it was opened. This was to establish that we were in charge and what was expected of her. What he showed us how to do worked like you wouldn't believe. It was like a light bulb went off for our girl. What we did affected everything after that. It wasn't about dashing out the door, it wasn't about begging for food, it was about knowing what was acceptable in our pack and to look to us for direction. That night, at dinner, she went to her "spot" with a simple direction and was relaxed during our entire meal. She can now be directed to her spot and will stay quietly any time we need her to. Best of all, she seems truly relieved that she doesn't have to be in charge and that WE are. She is much more relaxed around so many other things. It gave us so much more confidence! I didn't think that what Brad taught us would work. It's quite counterintuitive. But trust me, it worked like magic. This is not dog training - it's communication with your dog. Brad answers all your questions, doesn't waste your time, shows you clearly and directly what will work. We're so thankful we found him!

I met with several trainers before Brad & had little to no success in the areas we needed most, I was exhausted. Now for the first time ever, I can leave him home alone without the overwhelming anxiety and guilt that used to come with it. Our walks are actually enjoyable again, and I feel confident bringing him around friends and into new environments. What I appreciate most is that the training gave me the tools and confidence to understand and communicate with my dog better. I have my freedom back, and Cash is happier and more relaxed because of it. If you're struggling with separation anxiety, behavioral issues, or just want a better relationship with your dog, I can't recommend Brad enough. The impact has been life-changing.

We brought our 2-year-old rescue chihuahua mix, Harry, to Sal in hopes that he could help us address these more significant trauma-related issues. Harry was a tough nut to crack, but after the one-week board and train, we were blown away by the positive changes we saw. Sal and his team made incredible breakthroughs with Harry. He was able to be held and touched by the trainers, stopped guarding, and became noticeably calmer and happier overall. The post-board and train "tune-ups" were also extremely effective, allowing us to troubleshoot concerns during our 1:1 follow-up sessions with Sal. Harry has continued to return to Sal for day boarding, touch-ups, and additional socialization with other dogs, which he loves. He is always excited to see Sal and the training staff, which tells us the experience was truly positive for him. Now that we've completed the initial training and several boarding sessions, Harry is doing great. We can have people enter our home, he can go to the vet, get his teeth cleaned with no anesthesia, and receive care without needing to be muzzled or heavily medicated, and he is much more compliant overall. A bonus is that we can now confidently leave Harry for a day or vacation boarding, knowing he is in the best care and continuing his training while we're away. We can't recommend Sal and his team enough for their incredible work, professionalism, and responsiveness with Harry.

We reached out to Sal because we needed help getting Russer to focus and listen to us in public.. we can now take him to the beach, walks, and just about anywhere without worrying about him lunging at another dog or barking. Russer is also very obsessed with his 'uncle Sal.' Working with Vladae will!…read more We've been working with Vladae for about four months with our now six-and-a-half-month-old Golden Retriever, Coach, and it has been one of the best investments we've made. What sets Vladae apart is that he doesn't just train dogs, he teaches owners how to build a lifelong relationship with them. Every lesson leaves us with practical tools, clear direction, and the confidence to continue the training every single day. Because of that, the progress doesn't stop when the session ends. Vladae has an incredible ability to understand dogs. Watching him read a dog's behavior, body language, and mindset is genuinely fascinating. He knows exactly how to communicate with each dog in a way they understand, and it's clear this comes from years of experience and a deep understanding of canine psychology. He's also one of the most invested professionals we've ever worked with. Throughout the week, he encourages us to send videos, provides thoughtful feedback almost immediately, and is always available to answer questions or jump on a call if we need guidance. You never feel like you're figuring things out on your own. He truly cares about both the dogs and the people raising them, and he always follows through. Every recommendation Vladae has made, whether it's training tools, techniques, or daily routines, has become an essential part of Coach's development. We trusted the process from day one, and the results truly speak for themselves. (See the videos! Coach is only 6.5 months old in them.) Our puppy is happy, confident, well-mannered, and genuinely loves learning. We receive compliments on his behavior everywhere we go, and we owe so much of that to the foundation Vladae helped us build. We also had the opportunity to work with Erica, who trains alongside Vladae, and she was absolutely wonderful. One session with Erica is included in the program, and it was incredibly helpful. It's clear she shares the same passion, knowledge, and dedication that make this training program so special. Vladae brings unmatched energy, professionalism, and passion to every session. He genuinely wants every dog and every owner to succeed, and that level of commitment is incredibly rare to find. If you're looking for a trainer who truly understands dogs and is committed to setting both you and your dog up for long-term success, I can't recommend Vladae highly enough. Coach has become an incredible puppy, and we're excited to continue into adult school because of the foundation he's helped us build. We're so grateful we found him!

We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

He went through bathroom trash bins, jumped on tables and chairs, and would eat food off the table. He barked and whined immediately when left alone in his crate or in the backyard.
