If I hadn't looked at my bank statement, I would have never known! The first time it happened, the bank recommended that they replace my debit card which took several days. After speaking with a representative who really couldn't do much, a supervisor finally rectified the situation though my money was not credited back to my account for 5 days. It has now happened again!!! I spoke to a representative who said the charges would be reversed but it would take 3 -5 business days. I asked to speak with a supervisor whom he said would call me back in 5 minutes...never happened! I called again this morning and finally spoke with a supervisor who basically blamed it on my bank (even though she said she wasn't trying to do that). Even though she was apologetic, I found her to be very patronizing. I don't have my money back yet...we will see how long it takes this time. This has never happened with any other store, so I believe it is an issue with Vineyard Vines. Not sure I want to shop here again...not worth the aggravation!
