This was my go-to place for about 8 years, but not anymore. Last couple of times I've been there the mani/pedi has been mediocre at best....others times I could have done it better myself. What kept me coming back was mostly the younger girl that does eyebrows here who used to be really good...however she's messed me up a couple times recently. I just kept coming back because I understand things happen. What made me finally give up on this place was her making rude comments about the way I talk last time I was there, she barked at me that I sounded "SO WHITE" to her. Even the lady next to me was offended. Sorry I don't sound the way she thought I LOOK like I should sound...and who the f**k asked her anyway? I should have stopped coming here 2 years ago when all my friends and family that used to come stopped as well for same reasons...bad service, rude employees, crappy eyebrow jobs. I'll pay the extra 15-20 and go to a place that Is cleaner and a bit more professional. read more

I decided to give this nail salon a try for the first time yesterday since I was in the area. The reviews were pretty good and they were reasonably priced. I had tried to come here several months ago but the aura when I walked in was terrible. They asked what I wanted, I responded and she told me no they can't take me. It was really rude and I admit, that experience made it difficult to retry. Rose changed my mind about that! I just needed a fill. She helped me pick out the perfect shade and when I tell you she shaped them to perfection, it looked like a new set. I will say she's the only one who I will allow there to do my acrylics. It's very unfortunate that a business that was once booming has deteriorated. I was a loyal paying customer for 15 plus years. Now that it has slowed down, I have waited longer to be seen even with an actual appointment. The workers walk in late and it seems to be ok. Customers are not treated with respect and can easily be dismissed. Quality has deteriorated, and Tee is very rude, always has been! My final appointment was scheduled for 11am, I had my wax at 11:30am, waited another half an hour for the technician, so it took 2 hours for a pedicure. You aren't even allowed to blink or dare speak up of the dreadful services, you will easily get axed!!! They not only have lost 1 once loyal customer but 2, my daughter will definitely not be returning!!! read more

If I could rate this establishment zero stars I would! I am truly disgusted by the service here. If you want your money's worth, go across the street to Paris Nails. If all I wanted was to wash and soak my hands and feet in water, I could of done that at home for FREE! You do not get what you pay for here. I came in for a mani and pedi and Nancy rushed through my mani and pedi and finished in about half hour for both services. My toes were so sloppy. She didn't even push my cuticle and to top it off my toes nails were not even cleaned underneath (both feet and hands). I spoke to who I believed was the manager and honestly, didn't care. They started speaking and mumbling in there language (RUDE), but still sent me back to the same person when I asked for someone else. I only came here because the wait was too long at Paris Nails, but next time I will wait instead. I will never throw my money away at this place and I recommend you don't either. Advice to the owner, ask you employees during down time to at least clean up there work space. It's filthy in there! read more

The lady's are always so friendly and welcoming. The only reason why I am not giving them a full five stars is because every time I make an appointment, I always have to wait for at least another 30 min for them to attend me. The staff are nice and friendly, but I came here for an eyebrow wax and that was the biggest mistake ever. She waxed too much off of the end of my eyebrow and three months later, it has still not grown back. My eyebrows are completely uneven and now I have to use pencil. First, there's a better way of telling a potential customer that you're busy at this time. Give me a time frame and allow me the option to wait or leave. I had my nails done here for my birthday! I walked in on August 31.2019 My birthday was September the first. My first impression was the jazzy young lady that greeted me was very nice and welcoming. I didn't have an appointment which wasn't a problem, I waited about 10 minutes. A older lady did my manicure and pedicure. She did a wonderful job. I learned later that they were all family members.two sisters a brother and daughter. I think the Jazzy little lady up front may have been a granddaughter. I found them by using the GPS feature on my phone and the site I found them on had a bunch of good reviews. AND you can't beat $20 (before tip) for a pedi/mani!
