    Cauliflower wings

Im not sure what the negative reviews are all about. Their bowls are great, portion are large, ingredients fresh, and theyre open late when most of your options are unhealthy food. I got the fried chicken salad, and it was great. A lot better than sweetgreens, on par with mad greens. Delivery was fast, and their lavender-colored bags are a cute touch. I tried the cauliflower wings too and was pleasantly surprised. First time having them but not the last. The coating on the wings i think makes them top notch. It's so light but doesnt fall off the when you take a bit. I believe they use chickpea flour per their site. Great call because they were awesome. The vegan salad dressing was good too. The sauce for the cauliflower wings was incredible, i got the special sauce too and enjoyed it. I think the special sauce would be better on a sandwich or with chicken wings though

The food is tasty, but just seeing this was a little disappointing. Please take your time when preparing food.

    Sweet chicken kimchi bowl

Loved their sweet chicken kimchi bowl! Ordered it on Uber eats and it was packaged great and was super warm when I got it. The flavors were totally there and the kimchi was nice and spicy. Would totally recommend getting this.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered delivery, there were metal staples in the food. Spit out four of them after chomping down on them. No idea if any were eaten yet. Time will tell. Awful and dangerous.

I'm not very picky, but this place was just awful I got the fried cauliflower, which arrived NOT FRIED there was just batter and flour all over them The cauliflower was also OLD and the rice was hard I was so excited to get my moon bowl but I'm severely dissatisfied :( I spent a pretty penny on some old freezer food

Had the Korean fried chicken bowl with sweet potatoes noodles. Really tasty! Came with a light orangish sauce and a lemon wedge on the side. I felt ingredients were fresh and not oily. I will be back; I work nearby. It's hard to find a healthier type restaurant in this area. Be aware it's just a pick up window and only outdoor bench seating.

The experience here is exactly what I want from Korean BBQ: lively, satisfying, and easy to settle into for a while. The cheese corn is an absolute must and easily one of the best sides on the table. The steamed egg was fluffy and comforting, and the meats were the real highlight. The pork belly was rich and well cut, the bulgogi was flavorful, and the short ribs were tender and cooked beautifully. Add a few bottles of soju and suddenly you've lost track of time in the best way. This is the kind of place you go with friends, order generously, and just enjoy the night. I'll absolutely be back, and honestly, I'm always down to join if someone invites me.

Everything was…read moresuper pricy and parking seemed a little tricky.. thankfully we visited on a late Sunday afternoon. Food for the most part was tasty and the service was decent enough. Everything is a la carte. On Sundays they were doing buy one get one draft beers and that is about the only thing that is considered a deal $9 for 2 draft beers. We weren't sure if the banchan refill were free as the menu indicated extra sides are more $$. So we didn't get anymore banchan than the ones they brought over. The pajeon was limpy and lack of caramelization... I did not try the corn cheese but I was told it was very sweet... We ordered the combo deals that's a tofu soup with a grilled meat of your choice for about $30-38 a person, depending on the meat of your choice. The meat is tasty, the bulgogi is a little bit on the sweet side... and the tofu soup... it's probably the most saddest, mediocre Korean tofu soup I've ever had, and essentially $20 a pop - definitely not worth it. The broth flavor was good, the soup literally had tofu and the meat of your choice... no veggies, no kimchi, no egg... The employees were nice but they didn't come check in on how the meal was until towards the end... we had asked for more napkins when we sat down and the napkins never showed up. Mandatory 20% tips added to a party of 5+. At least they called out that the price was with tips added. I really hope to like this place more... but looks like I'd need to trek back to Aurora for quality and better pricing.

At least for lunch combo, the thoughtful assortment of main dish and side dishes as well as soup of the day are very satisfactory. Their food is little bit more on a savory side compared to other Korean restaurants who use too many spices. Before I met Baekga, i was pretty disappointed in local franchises of Korean eateries in Colorado, but Baekga not only they have very calm and toned down atmosphere for pleasant meals, it is the venue I would actually bring my visitors to. The location is little far for me to explore their dinner menus but I would love to when I am nearby next time. Champagne kimchi was inspiring. I never had any kind of Kimchi taste like this. I really praise for the creativity. It would be a good pair with a variety of food such as charcuterie board, katsu, sausage dish, barbecue, and simple with wine! I personally liked Dakgangjeong, Beef radish soup (soup of the day), and champagne kimchi from my visit. Frankly, this venue maybe a polarizing Korean restaurant especially for Korean natives, but I personally think this venue deserves more recognition compared to other local Korean franchise in Denver/Aurora who just serve the food items but not the sincerity and/or creativity.

I'm glad we came and discovered another restaurant we can add to our list. It's def a more modern Korean restaurant from the interior alone. But food was delicious. I was interested in a lot of items on the menu u so it was hard to choose from. The dakgalbi lunch special was an actual full on lunch with sides and soup. The galbi tang was pretty good. The meat is some of the best I've had in CO. It was very tender and fell off the bone very easily. The La galbi was so good and flavorful. When it's mixed with the onions and veggies and rice, everything tastes really good combined. I would skip on the pancakes because they were a little burnt. We saw a different one come out and it was also burnt. Otherwise, eat around because it's quite flavorful.

That's a pretty strong endorsement. Also the interior of the restaurant was fairly modern and clean. For anyone unfamiliar with it, soondae (순대) is a traditional Korean blood sausage made by stuffing pork or beef intestines with a mixture of blood, glass noodles, rice or starch, and seasonings. It's one of Korea's most popular street foods and is typically enjoyed with salt or a dipping sauce. One thing to know before you go: this restaurant specializes in soup-based dishes. Every entrée revolves around soup, including the bulgogi. I had never seen bulgogi served in a broth before, so it was a pleasant surprise for both my boyfriend and me. Most of the soups also included clear glass noodles and came in a wide variety of combinations, so there were plenty of options to choose from. One detail I really appreciated was their takeout packaging. If you have leftovers, they use a professional heat-sealing machine that applies a thin plastic seal over the container before the lid goes on. It's a thoughtful touch that keeps the soup leak-proof and makes transporting leftovers much easier. If you're craving authentic Korean comfort food--especially soondae soup--this place is definitely worth a visit.

However, I was very pleasantly surprised at the ambiance, the food, the drinks, and the warmth of the owner! We walked in Thursday night at 11pm. It was one of the only Asian restaurants in the area still open after our flight landed. As expected, the customers were sparse save for 2-3 tables of diners. The interior was immediately green flags - l loved the decor and wood tones. It felt like I was in Korea! The menu is your typical pocha fare - soups, Korean pancakes, army stew, KBBQ meats. We ordered the jalapeño soy chicken wings, volcano pork, and the kimchi fried rice. My favorite was the chicken wings, really crunchy with good flavor and the wings were decently sized. The volcano pork came over a fire burner and cooked at our table. It was definitely pretty spicy but paired really well with the kimchi fried rice, which I thought could be spicier. The pork quality was ok but I really liked the flavors and the bean sprouts in the pot. I particularly love that K Pocha has zero sugar soju on the menu no sugar = no hangovers!) I always drink the brand with the fox on it and squeeze a bit of lemon into the shot. We were served by the owner and the service was efficient. He didn't seem to speak the best English so we had to have one of our friends translate when we asked questions, but he was really nice and welcoming. K Pocha seems to be pretty new, so I will hopefully be back soon to support his business! I definitely want to try the army stew and the tofu soups.

I definitely enjoyed my tofu stew, the tofu was so silky I almost bought some to take home (but couldn't because it needed refrigeration and we weren't heading home right away on that hot day) I also absolutely adored the potato pancake, something I've never had and thought the flavor and texture is so much better than the seafood pancake usually eaten at K-bbq. Gotta love the starch!! Friends ordered grilled meats and I snuck a tiny bit to taste (since I can't handle their level of spiciness! ) they were delicious. The grilled meats and potato pancake go surprisingly well with the purple rice which might have ended up being my most favorite side dish! The grilled fish was ok. I've had better. But all the little appetizing dishes accustomed to Korean cuisine were fantastic! Will definitely come back!
