They've never let me down. Their spanakopita is also worth mentioning. Made the traditional Greek way, it's one of those hidden gems on the menu that doesn't get enough attention. This visit, though, I decided to color outside the lines. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak omelette. The eggs were cooked just right. The peppers and cheese worked well together, but I thought the filling needed a little more seasoning. It wasn't bad by any stretch... just a bit bland for something inspired by a Philly cheesesteak. We also started with the onion rings, and those were excellent. Crispy on the outside, tender onions inside, and exactly what an onion ring should be. My wife went with the chocolate chip pancakes. Calling them "large" doesn't do them justice. These things arrived looking like they had their own ZIP code. They were fluffy, loaded with chocolate chips, and the kind of breakfast that makes you question whether lunch is even necessary. But the real star of the meal wasn't on the menu. It was our server, Olivia. Let's be honest. Waiting tables at a diner may not be anybody's dream job, but you never would've known it from the way she took care of us. She was friendly, helpful, attentive, and seemed to be everywhere she needed to be before we even realized we needed something. I'd come back just for her service. Five stars for Olivia. Four stars for Lester's. Sometimes a restaurant isn't about chasing perfection. It's about being exactly what you need it to be, exactly when you need it. The avocado was smashed like avocado toast. The bread was broken and torn when cut, and the presentation was lousy. As a benchmark, the BLT at Dyan's in Coral Springs blows it away. Unfortunately we weren't able to try the food here today because there was an odor in the restaurant that I couldn't describe. Suddenly it was bothersome for us to comfortably breathe, and lost our appetites. There are plenty of parking spaces. Maybe some people will resent me for sharing what I said. For the most part I am not picky so I will try different food and restaurants but for some reason, 1 minute inside this restaurant was 1 minute too long. Please give this place a try and let me know what I missed out on because the photos of the food they serve look delicious!

This is a place that my husband and I keep going back to. It's been always for lunch and we never left disappointed or with an empty stomach. We've tried quite a few items of their menu ( different wraps, hot sandwich, burgers) and were satisfied every single time. Their fries are delicious as well. The staff is very friendly and efficient, which means a lot especially at lunch time when a lot of people are trying to make it back to work on time. Saturday August 23rd,2025 I went there with my daughter, because she wanted to go. I told her I haven't been there since 2000. I've heard a complaint about how the employees treat us Melinan beings. We experienced what I heard and we walked out. It wasn't busy, customers that came in after we ordered got their food before us. Waited over 40mins before I said fuc it let's go. We arrived early for our hotel before our cruise and the room was not ready. We decided to find someplace nearby to go eat breakfast. The diner itself was very unique And the Decour inside was very retro. We were greeted as we enter the door and take Our booth. Our waitress Amy was very friendly and offered suggestions with the menu. The menu was quite extensive and I tried the corn beef hash while my wife did the hungry man breakfast. This is my first restaurant review and unfortunately I cannot write a positive one. The food is ok-ish but the attitude of the staff was totally unpleasant. I felt ignored and I heard other customers feeling the same. This could be a nice diner but it's managed in an unprofessional manner . There was a guy with short hair and blue eyes who seemed to be manager who cared more about his cell phone conversations than attending to customers needs. No wonder the waiters are careless. When it comes to Diners, I am a pretty picky person. I like my diners to be old school. I want to be able to smell the grill as soon as I enter the place. I want my servers to be friendly, and at the same time have some personality. I want a traditional diner setting. And I want perfect diner style (and flavor) food. Stopped in for brunch during a visit to South Florida. The atmosphere, food and service were all disappointing. For starters, the floors were grimy with black streaks. Our waitress was not attentive at all. My pancakes were not cooked. I literally saw batter as I cut into them. How a diner messes up pancakes is beyond me.
