On my most recent visit, one bartender was noticeably rude to me on more than one occasion during the same visit, so it didn't feel like a misunderstanding or an isolated moment. Later, I asked who the manager was because I had a question about the air bnb and was directed to another girl who appeared inconvenienced and offered no greeting or assistance. Even a simple "Can I help you with something?" would have gone a long way. I assumed the less-than-warm service might have been due to the crowds and busy environment, but after experiencing the same thing again on our next visit, it feels more like a personal issue than a one-off bad day. It's unfortunate because the property is beautiful, the beer is good, and this brewery has so much going for it. We bragged about this place to our friends and then felt embarrassed after we got the eye-roll treatment. With so many great breweries to choose from, friendly customer service matters.
