I found Moore replacements through yelp. I had called all the highest rated places and not only were they incredibly nice, thorough and honest on the phone. Based on what I explained to them they gave me a quote over the phone but I really appreciate them also providing an alternate quote just in case their over the phone assessment of my door was incorrect (because I really had no clue how to explain my sliding glass door problem). They had me email over some photos and we scheduled a time to have them come measure. Everything was incredibly thorough and organized! I needed to have two sliding glass doors get a tune-up as well as having two sliding door screens made and one bedroom window screen replaced. Let me tell you, the turn around time for the screens was so incredibly quick and they gave my sliding doors the most amazing tune-up to the point that I though it was a whole new door (it was soooo old and barely moved). I saw an ad for custom doggie doors at RSM Pet Supply and called Mike. He was really responsive and answered my call as well as the millions of emails I sent him. He said the measuring and estimate would take 10 minutes and the installation would take 20 minutes and he was RIGHT ON, to the minute. He came by on Tuesday morning and then back again on that Friday and installed the door. He took extra care putting it in for aesthetic reasons and added some trim where he thought it would look nicer. He even put some stuff on the other track for the main door to make it slide better. Amazing! My sliding glass door is over fifty years old, and due to the professionals at Moore Replacements it works like it is new. My first experience with them was in 2005 when my door needed an overhaul. Ten years later it is still working perfectly. For 3 months I had window replacement companies come to my home to give me estimates on vinyl windows. I must have met with five different companies on various Saturdays that bid on the job. Yet something in the back of my mind kept me from signing on the dotted line. Then one day I thought about just replacing the glass, since in 25 years there has never been a leak...The problem was that the glass itself had damaged with age and was cloudy all the time.
