    Just had my new living room window installed by Moore's and very very happy with it. The old one was dated and single pane. This new window is stylish and updated and slides smoothly now. Thanks Mike and crew for my new window!

    Windows - before and after

    The single-pane french doors and windows in our home had seen better days, plus the city was offering a small rebate for energy efficiency upgrades, so we decided to start looking for contractors to replace two windows and two french doors. Mike's bid was one of the most competitive, yet he sourced his windows from a company with a very strong warranty (that we will hopefully never need to utilize). More important than the bid, I liked the idea of supporting a small local business, and my impression was that Mike was an honest person who wasn't trying to rip his clients, or potential clients, off. In fact, when we spoke to him about replacing our French Doors, he explained why he thought sliders made more sense. When we told Mike we wanted windows with grids, he explained to us why he thought the grids would not look good, and he suggested we stick with something else that cost less. He could have easily gone along with installing French Doors, or windows with grids, which would have cost us more money. However, based on our discussions with him, my impression was that he'd rather have satisfied clients, rather than make a little bit more money. Mike also personally came to provide an estimate, and he and Gustavo came a second time to measure the windows and doors. On the day of the installation, a crew of 5 or 6 guys arrived on time, and they were able to remove and replace our doors and windows in less than five hours. With all that said, the entire process was not flawless. There were 2 or 3 occasions when I had to follow up with Mike regarding the estimate/invoice, and to discuss the project itself. Due to the rains and Santa Ana winds, he also had to delay the installation of our doors and windows, which was somewhat time-sensitive due to the nature of the city's rebate program. However, Mike always took responsibility for any roadbumps along the way. I value that sort of integrity. In summary, I am extremely fortunate to have found Mike of Moore Replacements. While they were just installed, our family loves the new windows and doors. Thank you so much to Mike, Gustavo, and the rest of the boys from Moore Replacements.

    If you're looking for window or door glass replacements then look no further than Moore Replacements... Simply the Best! I'm a new homeowner in Laguna Niguel and the house was built in 1990 and needed new glass for the French doors but I also hated the stained glass insert in the front door. When I was in the purchase negotiation I thought in my head that I needed to replace the front door and replace the French doors in the back and was figuring I could do that in a couple years when I had the $5k-$8,000. On a whim, I called Mike with Moore Replacements and he came over and told me I could just replace the glass and I was beyond thrilled. His price was super Fair and the communication was excellent throughout the whole process as he answered my texts in a super timely manner. Gustavo and Brian were the installers and let me just stay that these guys are like the most detail oriented installers I've ever witnessed. Gustavo is like MacGyver and can make anything work and turned my ugly doors into a showcase without having to spend buckets of cash! Do yourself a favor and don't bother calling everyone and their brother if you need replacement glass because you'll waste a lot of time and what you really need to do is just take my advice and give Mike at Moore Replacements a call and get it done! 5 stars isn't enough!!

    These guys are the best, they installed 2 mirrored closet doors the next day at a competitive price. Definitely use them again!!

I made an appointment, and they completely stood me up. Later, they claimed they tried to call me or left a voicemail to change the appointment, which is not true. They never called or left any message. I have documentation as evidence, but I chose not to continue the conversation because Max kept defending himself and arguing instead of trying to resolve the issue. They also had my mailing address incorrect. I spoke with Max the day before my appointment to correct it, yet there were still multiple errors. Overall, the business seems very unorganized. The receptionist told me Max was in the office, so I was surprised when Max later claimed my appointment was with a different representative. This inconsistency felt very unprofessional and questionable. I took time out of my day for this appointment, and it is extremely rude and unprofessional that they never showed up. I do not recommend doing business with this company. There are many other businesses that provide much better customer service.

The sales associate, Art, confirmed via text that the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific) said it would: 13.1875", in fact. That was fine by me. But when I asked for that specification to be confirmed in the contract, in writing, Art refused. Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for a personal warranty on the product. I simply wanted confirmation that the installed window, as ordered and managed by Paul's Windows, would meet the functional requirement I had clearly communicated. Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Ultimately, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was hiring a company to manage a job and deliver a specific result. If something went wrong, say, the manufacturer provided a window that didn't meet the spec, it would be on the contractor to resolve it, not on me to go chase down the supplier.     Really affordable pricing to replace 4 of my windows! Art provided a quote for one window and then…read morecame out with an installer to measure 4 windows and provide another quote. After signing the contract the windows were ordered and arrived in about 3 weeks. The installation team worked quickly and Art was there to see it complete. Retrofitted the windows to fit in my existing frames to avoid having to work on the wall. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.
