Mike from Moore Replacements did us a great favor by fixing a glass sliding door and replacing the screen door that went with it at a lot cheaper price than we were expecting. The best decision I ever made! I live on the 14th floor of a high rise and needed a better way for my dog to be able to go out on the patio without leaving the door open. I needed to block out the traffic noise and keep my condo at a comfortable temperature. My door is almost 10 feet of glass so a standard doggie door insert was not the answer. I called Mike Moore and he responded right away. He replaced my glass panel with another quality glass panel that had a built in doggie door! It was perfect! And very reasonable! At Mikes suggestion I saved the original glass panel. Sure enough, I sold the condo 4 years later and the new owners wanted the panel replaced. I first called Mike back in August and told him I wanted a quote on 5 windows and a sliding glass door with a doggy door. He graciously explained that he couldn't in all fairness quote me at that time because of his backlog. I understood as I'm in a business that is also swamped with work. Moore Replacements came out to our house to look at a sliding door on the second story. In heavy rains, this has leaked into the garage. They diagnosed the problem and have fixed several of these in our development. We also had them replace the rollers in a downstairs slider that sees heavy use. When the crew arrived, they patiently explained what they were doing & why, and showed me where the leaks were. They were careful and cleaned up well. The downstairs slider was nearly impossible to open. I had tried cleaning & lubing per youtube videos, without success. The replacement rollers & a thorough cleaning did the trick. Now that door moves better than we can remember it ever moving. We found Moore thru another resident in our development who has the same house & had the same problem.
