She was mad at me, and made sure I knew by throwing the drink loudly in the trash can. I get it everyone has a bad day. My order shouldn't have warrant for that behavior. It was an honest mistake on my part as I should have asked from the beginning but the kiosk didn't inform me properly. I hope this is a good reminder for the business that people/customers could have been having a bad day, sick, have cancer, someone that knew just passed away and they came to your place looking for a little treat. At least as I was waiting for my new drink was that she was much nicer to other customers. But here's a tip if you want to keep your business running. But kind. It's clear that the other reviews also share the same experience of rudeness. Because it was my first time. It will also be my last. There are so many other boba teas out there.
