Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I ordered the red chile enchiladas, and the sauce tasted more like an overly salty, spicy barbecue sauce than traditional red chile. I took two bites and couldn't continue. The beans seemed canned rather than homemade, and the rice was dry. My fiancée ordered the burger and had a similar experience. After only a couple of bites, he pushed his plate away. The patty was dry and heavily over-seasoned with pepper. The service timing was also disappointing. I waited more than 40 minutes just for a cup of coffee and nearly an hour for our food to arrive. For a meal that cost around $42, the quality and wait time did not meet expectations. The only positive was that the employees were friendly and courteous throughout our visit.
