This doctor is the most disgusting doctor I've ever met in my life. To think that he is educated and this arrogant and rude is even more baffling! I wonder how he would be if he weren't educated. If you're looking for a cold, rude, unapproachable doctor go see him. He will never remember you and ask you the same questions during every visit. He will also be very short and quick with you and send you on your way. God forbid if you have any questions relating to other health issues he will say "not my problem, can't help you, not my territory," most of his positive reviews are from Middle Eastern people whom I assume are either family friends or relatives who summarize the same thing versus the complaints are legit and thoroughly explained. I couldn't be any happier! Dr. Ahdoot is a very straight forward doctor who knows very well what is going on and how to get it fixed! I had a long successful journey with Dr. Ahdoot started 2 years ago when I had problems getting pregnant due to my polycystic ovaries and thick endometriosis. Dr Ahdoot helped me through my pregnancy and made sure I am getting the right help when I had complications (hemorrhage). Not to mention, he is like a plastic surgeon when it comes to his c sections. Extremely rude and unprofessional man, I feel so sorry for all the women who had to deal with him. He doesn't know how to communicate and couldn't even tell me when to push or not push. This place is a joke. I called and try to made an appointment and gave all my insurance information to the receptionist and she told me they accept the insurance. She told me there is only 9:00AM available so I said ok. On the day of the appointment which is today, I drove almost 40 minutes in traffic with my baby only to find out that they in fact don't take my insurance. Guess what, the receptionist blamed it on me. I told you what insurance I have and my pcp even refer me to your office. You better get all the information right lady before you tell someone that you accept their insurance. I hope this office get a better receptionist. I had the most beautiful birth experience with Dr. Adhoot! I have been a patient of Dr.Adhoot's for about 15 years on and off. My first two children were delivered through another insurance company so regretfully Dr.Adhoot wasn't able to deliver them. However, I did call him a few times for a second opinion during both pregnancies because I trusted his medical opinion. My second birth was a traumatic precipitous labor, resulting in pelvic prolapse after my delivery. The doctors and Hospital staff unfortunately did not treat me efficiently which resulted in a traumatic birth, so I knew having my third baby needed to be with a doctor I trusted whole heartedly. That's when I decided to change my insurance plan immediately to see Dr. Adhoot. Dr. Adhoot assisted me with fertility issues and I became pregnant that very month. During my pregnancy I did have a few complications due to my age and it being my third child. Doctor Adhoot and his staff took care of me every step of the way. Appointments were easy to make, I never had to wait long for an appointment and I always felt supported and treated as if I was his only patient. My prescriptions were filled that day, he ordered extra ultra sounds for me and my baby and made sure I had the best medical care possible. His staff, Claudia and Evelyn were amazing! They did what ever it took to get me seen or change appointments and often watched my 18 month old when I was getting my exam because my babysitter canceled. They even made me laugh at my final visits towards end of my pregnancy when I was in terrible pain to help cheer me up. When it came time for delivery, Dr. Adhoot was not on call that night at Hoag. However he assured me he would be there no matter what to deliver my baby. He monitored me from home in the middle of the night, via the computer and kept in contact with my nurses to make sure I was being closely watched to get the best care possible. When he arrived he was calm and comforting and my birth was fabulous. It was actually the first birth I didn't tear and my recovery was easy. He did not interfere with the natural birthing process, yet guided my baby out easily and peacefully. I truly adore Dr. Adhoot and can't wait to see him at my 6 week check up. My husband and I feel so grateful to have had Dr. Adhoot as our doctor during my pregnancy and through delivery! Thanks to Dr. Adhoot, we are the lucky parents to our beautiful baby boy that was recently delivered via Csection in October. I had an incredible experience, completely stress free. The hospital he recommended was amazing and I just felt beyond comfortable knowing that he was my doctor. He is the type of doctor you just don't feel the need to question...you know that he knows his stuff, he is immensely intelligent. I knew I was in good hands and that is an incredible feeling to have going into labor. I ended up needing a csection which again, I was absolutely comfortable having, knowing Dr. Adhoot was the one performing it. On top of delivering a healthy baby boy for us, I can barely see the incision, it was done so well! As for office appointments...I was always able to get an appointment and I often called to make last minute, even same day appointments and was always seen. In 3 years, Dr. Adhoot has never been late to one of my appointments which I have always really appreciated as I often went during work hours. Claudia and Evelyn up front are amazing and so sweet! This is my first pregnancy, so keep in mind I went in not knowing what to expect for my first appointment. Dr was very dry, everything felt rushed and frankly he just seems burnt out and uninterested. I was the only patient yet he was was in a hurry. I thankfully found another Dr and will not be returning for my second appointment. His bedside manner is not up par, he didn't give me a warning when doing the transvaginal ultrasound, did not ask if I was comfortable, nor did he point out or discuss the heart beat. Thee worse experience of my life literally. 1st trimester visit did a ultrasound saw sac and cysts in ovaries and the rest was very short rushed and out the door, ok no problem. The 2nd visit the Dr asked me 3 TIMES if my period started really nonchalant with literally no care or any passion for his pregnant patient. Of course it didnt very strong heartbeat beautiful 7 week baby. I had to ask for my due date and slow the dr down to ask a few questions was very rushed. He didnt even follow up with the cysts I asked and he said he didnt look not to worry. I left did the blood work and lab order including urine I asked if I had a UTI that I knew I had and the dr told me it was normal but I asked the front desk what the urine was and they said elevated Luke's and white blood cells I said I have UTI they said the dr said to go see ur primary care doctor WOW!!! And then I had to go to the er about a week later very bad pain stemming from the uti and blood the babys heart stopped and the dr now is telling me to go in the yellow pages to find another dr bcuz I'm asking to many questions due to him not treating me for the uti I am now being treated for that turned into a kidney infection and asking for a follow up for a baby that is still in me with no heart beat I use to work for a urgent care for many years and we would never not treat a patient u took lab from or that your seeing as a patient who is PREGNANT. I had a consultation for a tubal ligation (tubes tied) with Dr Ahdoot. One week prior I had my IUD taken out after 3 years of torture. I understand that Dr have to recommend a less permanent means of birth control first but he argued with me for 15 min about getting an IUD. I kept telling him I had an IUD for 3 years i just had it taken out a week before. I've had nothing but trouble since having it put in. 2 of my daughters I got pregnant with while on different pills so those are a no. I'm 30 I've got 3 beautiful daughters and I'm done with kids. He had the nerve to tell me "well you and your husband might not last. You might want another kid with the next guy"...... First off very unprofessional. He performed an emergency surgery on me and when the entire emergency room at HOAG was in a panic and calling for me to be sent to the operating room (without telling me what was going on), Dr. Ahdoot came in and professionally explained what was happening. What a wonderful experience I had with Dr. Ahdoot! My husband and I had some trouble getting pregnant and he always told me not to worry and recommend what we should do to get pregnant 3 months later we were pregnant with our baby boy we were so happy! Dr. Ahdoot always made me feel comfortable and was very patient and listened to any concerns I had. I wanted to get c section because I was more comfortable with that because I have spine issues but Dr. Ahdoot assured me I would be just fine with vaginal delivery so I trusted him and went the vaginal way and I'm so thankful I did!! Dr.Ahdoot is amazing and trustworthy. I was referred to Dr.Ahdoot because the previous obgyn retired. Once I was introduced to him, he found that I had precancerous cells and the condition was right before having cervix cancer. I had a surgery. And the surgery was success and I had no pain and any complications after surgery. I got pregnant after surgery and mine was a high risk pregnancy because of ITP which is low blood platelet condition. Blood platelets works for coagulating bleeding. Even though I have this condition, but I could have safe delivery thanks to Dr. Ahdoot. Also, the office staff is very nice and professional. During pregnancy, when I had some questions, we could call to ask anytime. If I had some emergency situation, they were flexible in rescheduling appointments. Office is very kind, warm, and clean environment. During pregnancy, I had several screening tests. If there were some problems or concern from the tests, Dr. Ahdoot called me promptly and gave the solution immediately. When my delivery day arrived, he came to hospital soon even though it was around midnight. I'm glad to be able to choose Dr. Ahdoot. We are so grateful for everything he has done for us. read more

If you want a healthy delivery I wouldn't recommend ANYONE ELSE other than Dr. Ahdoot. Don't know what would have happened without Dr. Ahdoot. I had a reaction to epidural placed and my blood pressure dropped to very low levels. At least 20 nurses came in the room panicking and I remembered Dr. Ahdoot stood very calmly and didn't say a word and knew exactly what to do. Thanks to Dr. Ahdoot, I felt better right away. I was really scared in the hospital when I had quite a scare and I felt reassured knowing no matter what he knew everything would be okay. A couple hours later, he came in and based on my vitals could tell that I was ready for labor. Within half an hour of pushing and little pain my baby was in my arms healthy. Writing this review is so hard because I can't put into words of how amazing of a doctor he really is. Based on other reviews I want to state dr. Ahdoot is not rude nor unwelcoming he is a very educated doctor and doesn't freak out from any normal pregnancy questions asked. I saw his passion and love as an OB when he was holding the baby's head while I was pushing and got her out quickly. He cares for the BABY in your womb the most. He will do anything to make sure the baby is okay and that's what every women wants while pregnant. I will have to say some of the negative reviews on him could be a misunderstanding of his demeanor. He is very calm in pregnancy visits because he knows most questions aren't a big deal or they aren't related to pregnancy. Great experience, I wish all the doctors work the way dr. Morris Ahdoot does. From the first visit, my wife and I were blown away. He actually sits down and has a conversation with you from an hour without interruption about everything that is going on with, feel very cared for every visit. Last time we went to his office to ask about headache sometimes my wife had and due to my wife's family history he recommended check up her breast for cancer. If you are planning a surgical delivery, Dr Ahdoot will probably be fine for you. (See other reviews) But he is very intervention happy and does not have a bedside manner that natural laboring moms need. His office staff is wonderfully caring. They knew my name and were great with my older kids waiting in the waiting room during my very quick appointments. I liked the speed of my appointments (in and out within 15 minutes), but I now know that speed also means a lack of attention. Unfortunately, the good doctors in Orange County have long wait times...but be ok with that because it means they are doing their jobs! My third child was induced and delivered by Dr Ahdoot and because he didn't (ever) consult my chart (regularly asked ME how far along I was), my birthing wishes were not taken care of. Dr Ahdoot said two things (and only two things) to me in delivery: Why don't you have an epidural? and You'll be numb for weeks because I've given you so much Lidocane (while he is sewing a tear that shouldn't have happened.) I had asked for delayed cord clamping instead of cord banking, but the cord was cut seconds after my boy was delivered. I was draped in plastic and Dr Ahdoot was ready for surgery - only I wasn't having surgery. It was awkward. Again, I'm sure he's a great surgeon, but that's not what I needed. My mom and husband have been present for all three births and they were ready to punch the doctor as he left with a hasty "Congrats" as he hurried out the door. Sorry to bother you doctor. I wish more Yelpers would review doctors. Good doctors are so hard to find! I feel like some doctors are great in-office but terrible with follow-up. Some seem to be too rushed or skip over too many details you feel that is important. Some have awful front office staff...Since Dr. Ahdoot showed up on my insurance's list of providers, I decided to give it a go. We'll see how the billing goes....I was just here the other day.... The practice is in a nice, clean (a must!!), pretty modern, new-looking location right on Laguna Canyon and Irvine Center Dr. It's in the "Sand Canyon Urgent Care" building which might be confusing at first, but just follow the address/building number. Dr. Ahdoot's website is really convenient, all the forms are online so you can fill it out before your visit. That saved me a few minutes, yay. Once you're in the office, you're greeted by a friendly receptionist/nurses. They're helpful and make you feel comfortable with the whole experience....which is never all that pleasing anyway. Dr. Ahdoot took his time in going over my chart, any concerns I had, any recommendations, etc. I never felt rushed or ignored. The wait in the room was a bit long but by now, I've learned to expect at least a 5-10 minute wait in the room. I haven't had a follow-up with Dr. Ahdoot yet so we'll see how that goes and I will update accordingly. But so far, based on the physical office, service, and my overall confidence in Dr. Ahdoot, I'd say it's pretty darn good! I have been with Dr. Ahdoolt over 3 years now. Dr. Ahdoot is a very caring and responsible Doctor with a sense of humor. He never rushes his patients and always ask what else question I have. He is kind and thoughtful. When I was pregnant, he ensured I did all the test and ultrasound in a timely manner. His Staff Claudia is always friendly and helpful. He is very personal yet very professional. He remembers me like I am his friend and can recognize my voice over the phone. Yet, at the same time, he is very serious about his patient. When I was pregnant, due to my age and high risk factor, he recommended me to the best ultrasound place and even send me to the hospital for monitoring when my blood pressure getting higher at the late stage and always look after my best interest. When I was in the hospital, he even called me during the night to check on me. Baby boy was delivered by him safely with minimum cut on my belly. This is my wife's experience at Dr. Ahdoot's office: "I showed up at 9:30 A.M. for my appointment. After waiting for an hour I was told that he had to go to the hospital for an emergency. They offered same day appointment at 1:30 P.M. I got there at 1:25 P.M. and waited for another 30 minutes before doctor showed up. I explained my problem and within 10 minutes I was out with a lab order. When I went to the lab for my test, I noticed that only one of the tests were actually ordered. Again sitting there for half an hour, they were able to get a doctor order and I got my tests done. Apparently he had forgotten to write it!!! 3 days later I had a call from the office that my urine test was normal(no call from the doctor to see how I was doing..) And, to top it off: about a month later I had a bill from him for $375!!! and under services rendered he had put 45 minutes consultation!!! Here's the thing: I know that our medical system is corrupt but I have never been charged for $375 for 10 minutes of visit with no exams being done at the office (let's not forget 1.5 hrs of wait time) . I could justify this bill if I had at least a pap exam or something more complicated than a simple UTI " The two starts belong to office staff who were so apologetic the whole time I was there and tried their best to help me out. read more

Unethical. This man is completely unethical. I went to visit him in 2011 and he sent me to do some testing. They charged me $200+ for the test which I wasn't aware of but I paid that off. Starting 2014 of this year, I get a bill for that charge (every month) asking me to pay the $200+ again. When I call the billing department they have notified me that I'm not the only person with this issue and multiple people have called but protocol isn't to help the patients. He wants to charge patients from 2011 when we know we have paid them off and secondly, we haven't received a single notice from 2012-present about an incomplete payment??!?
