So I show up, park in line, and a (very nice and polite) employee tells me that the person who does SMOG is off Monday and so they can't help me. I asked why the website doesnt list times or they don't set appointments and was told "we do not do anything with the website," and as he wasn't going to do anything for me, and I was clearly upset and he didn't want to actually handle a customer service situation, he decided to say have a nice day and walk away while I was in mid sentence and going to ask for a manager. My advice, it is no longer a reliable place to take your car. Go anywhere else pretty much! I know if I can find another CarMaxx certified station quickly, I will NEVER use this place again.

I also brought my own oil and oil filter, if you go to those franchise places they don't accept that and they overcharge you.
