I'm now out $119 plus tax only after I found a coupon in their own website to discount it $20. Why didn't they start with we are having a special on this service or not offer at full price? Then when I picked up the car, they told me the check engine light is now on and I should have this checked out?! Hello?! I'm I not at the service center?! But of course they can't check that out because I would need to schedule an appointment for them to do a diagnostic at an additional fee before they could determine what the service will be. No more will I go or trust my Rav 4 to Lithia Toyota service center.
