A very late night craving for sushi led me to Moshi Moshi and I was not disappointed. The yellowtail jalepeño roll and the tempura cali were basic but hit the spot. I was greedy and ordered the ramen. A MASSIVE bowl with a lot of noodles. It was tasty but not full of flavor as I would have preferred. Still hit the spot. Our server was so kind!! A very charming gentleman continued to make sure that everything was taken care of and brought out quickly.

Organic chicken ramen - salty, but I was feeling sick so was good to find a place where I could get chicken soup on vacation.

Food: organic chicken ramen. This was salty but I was feeling under the weather just as my vacation was starting and this helped. There was a LOT of chicken breasts on top of it. Service: they need to train their workers to be a little more polished. She was accidentally dropping the check and chopsticks on the ground and asking weird questions like did we want our meals at the same time and if we wanted our receipt. Ambiance: inside was all dark and neon red. Felt like a club.

Came here for a quick bite as it was near hotel. Loved the different varieties of the menu. Service was friendly and efficient. We sat in a cute booth where you needed to remove your shoes. Very cute little place.

Great lunch special! We sat in the traditional seats where we had to take our shoes off and sit cross cross. I thought the ambiance was charming and a great pit stop to see friends in Miami Beach.

Terrible experience, the staff was crazy unhappy, unwelcoming, and clearly couldn't care less. I even asked the manager why everyone seemed unhappy, his response: 'we are just busy' while the location was half empty! The food was awful, heavy sauces masked everything and the portions were tiny. Note how the eggplant is almost the same size as the standard soy sauce takeaway bag and yes there was only one piece! Never again!

I came here pretty hungry and thought it would nice to get something soupy. They have plenty of seats inside and have outdoor seats too. Inside is dim and have some table booths where you have to take off your shoes. Those tables would look cute if you take photos there. We ordered 2 ramen, miso and tonkatsu. We also got a moshi moshi roll. The food is just okay. Even though I was hungry, I didn't think the food was that good. Nothing really stood out to me. I honestly thought the ramen was low quality. My noodles were stuck together and the soup base tasted something I could make at home. Service was good, they checked up on us and refilled our water. Overall, the place was okay.

Food (2/5): The food was a bit subpar here. The sushi was bland and the ratio of rice and fish felt off in addition to the fish in general not being the most fresh. The ramen also didn't taste the most well put together. The broth was too salty and the meat was not tender. Also the egg was oddly cold and the noodles were mushy. Unfortunate because would've been awesome to have a great Japanese restaurant in this area. Service (5/5): No issues with the service, they were friendly, helpful and checked up multiple times. They let us sit where we wanted after asking bc the restaurant was pretty empty. Ambiance (4/5): I could tell they tried to make a nice, trendy looking interior. Only issue was that some of the structure of the building made it tougher to make this look that nice. But overall still a decent job

Stopped here after a long night in Brickell in one of the few remaining spots in Miami and South Beach that still remain open until 5am. The staff were warm and welcoming and patient? and promptly informed us about the 18% included gratituity and 2% South Beach tax and that any additional tip would be optional. Food was mid lol but shoyu ramen was salty and light enough to cap the night off. Don't get the hand rolls but the nigiri is alright if you're in the mood for it. Grungy dive bar vibes :)

This is a must spot in south beach! I always go for a quick bite. The sushi is the bomb here, service super quick. The ambiance is quiet, romantic. They have kind if booths that you sit down without your shoes, its a whole experience. The food is amazing, a lot of variety to choose from. Always recommended!!

Back again, this was my last meal in Miami before heading back home. The unagi sushi was really yummy, decent size and tasty. For the rolls, we had the dragon roll and red dragon roll which were both very solid.

The space is actually really cute. I love that it's located right next to this Cuban restaurant... Because I love dancing while I eat and sitting outside listening to Cuban music is the highlight of any day in Miami. The sushi is really good, nothing too fancy. I didn't get anything raw because we ordered takeout since we were hurrying for a jet ski excursion... so that's all we had. The vegetable tempura roll is a really appealing and tasty option for sushi lovers who don't love meat. The flavor combo was on point. I had the Dragon roll and it was everything I expected. I was pleased with the service, everyone was super attentive when I was coming to pick up my order. I'll definitely come back next time

The service, food, and ambience were all amazing!! We went for lunch and got the bento box's (both options) were 10/10. Can not recommend this place enough. Our server Rony was extremely nice too.

I love this place. I always go anytime after 11pm. Great sushi, decent prices. I'm a big fan of the lychee roll and the pork buns they always hit. Servers are so kind and the tip is included so there's not awkward exchanges at the end. The place is a vibe especially with the booth seating makes it feel much more intimate and private. Another good bets are the chicken fried rice, spicy tuna roll, chocolate lava cake, and dragon roll.

Without specialization, it seems like their dishes are just ok. Steam Wagyu Beef Bao: A lot of hype and this was kinda disappointing. It tasted like a regular meatball inside a Chinese bun. Nothing really to make it seem special like the wagyu name implied. Pork Belly Ramen: This is pretty solid for food court ramen. It's no Ippudo, but the broth is very rich and pork. I liked the mix of corn and cabbage as veggies. The pork belly didn't seem slow cooked or tender. It was more like grilled. It was a bakery for many, many years, even after I left Miami Beach, when I'd come visit, I made sure to get a pastelito de carne with an orange juice and then one day; the bakery was gone and Pane e Vino was here in its place. As illogical as it may be, I held resentment towards Pane e Vino because of this. I'd grumble and scowl when I'd walk by until one day I saw a man making fresh pasta at the window. Yes, this piqued my interest. I then looked at the menu, and I saw a lot of wonderful variety, but mostly that their pasta is made fresh so it occurred to me that in this instance perhaps one legendary establishment can become another one in this place, and I decided I needed to give this restaurant a chance. I have some friends who join me often when I go to Miami Beach and so we ordered a bunch of dishes to share. I'm really glad we had our waitress Pilar steer us in the right direction. I love truffle anything and she highly recommended the truffle arancini. I'm soooo glad we got it, and that was probably one of my favorite things to eat ever. I have never had such creamy polenta in my life. the truffle and cheese in this was enough to almost bring me to tears. This is how great food is done. Even the salad and the simple dressing was amazing, really fresh and delicious. We tried three different pasta dishes, but my favorite without a doubt was the lamb ragu. This dish was everything. The lamb was so tender and flavorful. You know that lamb will sometimes have a gamey flavor? Not this dish. My second favorite pasta dish was the truffle ravioli. It's not like a truffle infused oil or salt they used, its actual shaved truffle, so delicious. The bread, the good quality olive oil, everything was fantastic. Even though my beloved bakery belongs to the past; in its place is now another magnificent establishment that I will look forward to visiting whenever I'm in Miami Beach.

And since experiencing his Disney Springs restaurant Morimoto Asia, I had been looking forward for him to come to Miami. This was a couple of years back during the cooler season in Miami. RESTAURANT: I just know that this location is going to be beautiful. Chef Morimoto restaurants are worldwide and so I was not disappointed to see how beautiful this restaurant was and how perfectly complemented the vibe of the Wynwood scene. The restaurant doors open to the street, which was perfect during our winter visit. Inside is an open floor plan with a variety of seating options from the izakaya style table, banquet dining against the wall, to the huge bar. There are even covered seating outside that reminded me of New York. Decor is both minimal but with burst of colors with his signature wall art and backlit panels against the wall. And ofcourse, it won't be an authentic Japanese restaurant without the a display of hyper-realistic food models which can be found as soon as you enter the restaurant to entice your taste buds. Everything just looked sleaked and clean and love the pop of green from the huge fig trees. SERVICE: Service was amazing. From the moment we entered, we were greeted and seated right away for our reservation. Our server answered all of our questions and suggested some fruity cocktails. And lo and behold, owner Chef Morimoto himself presented us with our food and torched it right infront of us! He was so polite and humble and wonderful. We watched him moved from one side of the restaurant to the other with the endurance of a guy in his 20s and he's like 60 something! He did not stop. It was such a treat to have him in our table and how he indulged us when we chanted "Iron Chef! Iron Chef!". It was an amazing experience. FOOD: The menu have the right amount of options, from finger food to ramen, sushi and not to mention the drinks. For starters, pork belly and soft shell crab bao and bbq ribs. Deliciousness! The buns warm and pillowy. The pork, so tender. But that soft shell crab...that made me want to slap someone it was so good. Flavorful, no fishiness whatsoever, crunch on the outside and just happiness on the inside. I will eat a million of these. Then my friend ordered some Yakitori fresh from the grill: chicken, pork belly, shrimp, wagyu. They were simple, fresh and so fingerlicking good. Then the ramen; tonkotsu and gyukotsu. On this cold evening, it was exactly what we needed. These two huge bowls we passed around our table of six. The broth were divine! The pork belly was so delicate that it melts in your mouth. The beef falling off the bones were so tender and delicious. Sushi rolls: spider roll and the surf and turf. The spider roll with that soft shell crab was bomb. But the that A5 wagyu surf and turf was the star of the show. It comes out as raw slices on a roll and Chef Morimoto came out and torched it himself next to our table! I don't know if it tasted spectacular because it's wagyu or because the chef himself had torched it but this was my favorite! Overall, this was the most memorable dining experience I've had in a long time. I am sure that fangirling over the Iron Chef was the main reason but it seems that everything just fell into place for us that evening. Parking was literally next door in the garage, super easy no drama. Service was next level, maybe because the boss was there but we were not going to complain. And the food, impeccable! Pricepoint is just reasonable considering the quality, quantity and the location. It is definitely worth the trip coming here and I can't wait to visit again soon to see if everything will be the same without the Chef Morimoto around. I have a feeling it will be just as wonderful.

Dan Dan noodles had so much flavor, chili beef dumplings were thick and juicy, and the pork and shrimp dumplings were cooked perfectly. However when my fiance asked for a check all we got was one of the handheld devices with the total. I thought it was strange when the server said tipping was optional after the tap, and the options were 1%, 3%, and 5%. Since the food and service were great, I wanted to tip 15%, so I changed it to a custom value and did my own math. However when I got my printed receipt, there was a 20% service fee, plus my custom tip of 15%. Being from LA, when restaurants have the mandatory service fee, they usually tell you at the host stand or after you just sat down. I felt like this place was shady although it is in their fine print on their menu. What the server could have done is said "service fee is already included," after the tap, not "tipping is optional." I did like the service, but the 35% tip was not well deserved. I didn't feel like they went above and beyond and like I said, there's a special type of mannerism that I feel was a huge miss about the service fee, which could of been handled more professionally.

Then I moved on to the Tonkotsu Ramen swimming in a 48hr pork bone broth. Wow! I could've just smothered my entire face in that bowl but that wouldn't be a good idea...lol.  The buns were $11 and the ramen was $16 plus I added a Japanese soda so the bill came to $32. I am big fan of okonomiyaki, a Japanese pancake from the Kansai region. In its first iteration, Gaijin's okonomiyaki was a disaster in Midtown. This iteration improves it somewhat, but it is still very odd. Too large, too dense, lacking in flavor and with no cabbage, this is miles away from the original Japanese dish. That and the fact they call it a 'japanese pizza' which only adds insult to injury. Service is slow and somewhat confusing. In summary, good ideas, poor execution.
