I used Moss Busters this week for a total roof and gutter cleaning. i received a handful of quotes and they were by far the most reasonable. The technician who came was very friendly and thanks to the low water pressure in Happy Valley, he couldn't quite finish in one day and had to return to wrap it up. I felt bad but he was great about it. He suggested a couple little repairs to prolong our roof life and I am having them take care of it next week. The roof looks great and will give them a call to come do prevention treatment in a couple of years. They have a 2 year no-moss guarantee which is nice. We bought our home in November and all winter the gutters were overflowing. It's a high roof with a steep pitch and I just couldn't get a dent in the debris. I decided to have the roof and gutters cleaned but not have moss removed since there isn't much and I need a new roof soon. Moss busters called me back with a reasonable quote super fast and could come within a week. They even called me a few days later and said they had a time a day earlier which I took. Brennon and Andy came out (they called when on the way too). They were very nice and professional. It was one of those summer days where it was almost 100 and they had done several jobs before me but still had energy and a positive attitude. We walked around the house and explained what needed to be done. They got to work and boy did they clean well! There was a ring of debris around my house! My wife even voiced concern and wondered if they clean that too or just leave it. Sure enough like the true professionals they are they cleaned up the yard too where they made messes. My yard looked better than when they started. They emailed me a bill and I paid through the website link. I wish I could have paid with a credit card but that didn't seem to be an option. I had to use my checking account info. I understand credit cards charge a percentage and that's not good for business but it is much easier and I like that better. Overall they were great! read more

We've used Moss Busters for at least 8 years maybe more but I wouldn't use anyone else! They have excellent customer service, call ahead and let you know when they will be arriving and technicians are always polite, honest and clean up when finished. I usually have them treat the roof and clean the gutters but this year they pointed out that there was areas around a skylight that needed to be sealed so they took care of that as well. They never try to pressure you into something you don't want, they just tell you what they found and let you decide what you want to do. read more

My previous home had a large back patio made out of pavers, a brick front path and porch, and a long, long driveway. Along with the very steep roof (Old English Tudor with high peaks), everything was covered in slimey moss every year, plus debree from my ornamental cherry tree (beautiful but messy) - it required professional cleaning each spring. After years of hiring different companies with various levels of satisfaction, I called Moss Busters. Vitaliy (owner) came out the next day to give me a quote for the moss removal and cleaning out my gutters. He was very thorough, communicated clearly, and provided a written quote. The price was competitive and I hired them for the job. There was one person who came to do the work. He showed up on time and cleaned everything to perfection. My patio looked brand new! Even all of the grout lines were clean! The clean roof made such a difference on the curb appeal. And my front brick porch and path had never looked that good in the 17 years I lived there! He put all of my patio furniture back so no extra work for me. After a rain, I noticed an area of the gutter that was dripping heavily. I called Vitaliy who sent the worker back the next day. Turns out some new leaf debree had blocked the corner. He cleaned it out and double checked by hosing water through the gutter. No charge. The "survey" hosting site is run by well known spammers who harvest and sell e-mail addresses to other spammers. I know this because I used a unique address when requesting a quote from Moss Busters. So be advised that simply requesting a quote will cause your mailbox to constantly fill with spam. Personally, I would NEVER do business with an outfit that had so little respect for me. I would give 10 stars if that was an option! This was my 2nd time using Moss Busters for moss removal on roofs and also had them power wash all the cement areas (patio, driveway, sidewalks). They arrived on time, we went over what I wanted them to do, and they went right to work. A few things on the roof were noted and explained to me, and I approved them fixing those while they were here. They were so thorough and meticulous on everything they did. They also did a couple small things with the power washer that I hadn't anticipated but am so glad they did. Everything looks so clean and fresh. Kudos to Alex and Andy - outstanding work guys! Moss Busters came out to clean my roof and gutters on a new home I recently purchased. They cleaned the roof and gutters and added the moss prevention. They did some basic repairs (nails, etc.) to the gutters. They cleaned up well afterwards. They let me know my roof should be fine for another 10 years or so but I need need to replace my downspouts in a year or two. The only issue was I had never had this done before. (I am from CA where it never rains and I had no trees in my yard!) The technicians left without explaining anything to me or my husband. I emailed the company about this as I didn't know what they had done or the final cost. I got a call the next day! The person apologized and let me know he shared at their weekly meeting to always check in with the homeowner before leaving to go over everything. I did get the final bill emailed to me. The cost was a bit over estimate (by $300). I would have liked to have a breakdown of what that extra cost was. I know the technicians mentioned fixing a "few things" on the roof. The extra cost is reasonable but just having more visibility into what the charge was for would have been nice. Thank you for taking care of my roof. It is nice to know I have 2-3 years of a healthy roof. read more

The two in MB103 on Oct. 27,2022 are trash. They have been spraying the moss all over our neighbors 2nd floor balcony in a completely different complex. They threw the gutter trash just out and on to my dogs and I when I let them out. This, after showing up unannounced and walking around our bedroom windows.
