They seated us on the 4th floor, next to a large open window, where we had an excellent view of the street below. My wife and I decided to split the waffle sliders: Omelet Style Eggs, Cheddar Cheese, and Bacon sandwiched between 2 pieces of Belgian Waffles. There were 2 'sliders' - which were huge! Everything was cooked to perfection. And the combination of flavors were unbelievable. We both thought they were delicious. I can't wait to try making this at home! The decor was great. Service: Our server looked like he might've just started, honestly, he couldn't have been more than 12 (lol). You could tell he was new and nervous, but very polite and trying hard. When I ordered the breakfast croissant, he quickly said they were out, and another server jumped in to help clarify part of my friend's order. Despite the small hiccups, everything was handled kindly, and he was genuinely nice. Food & Drinks: I went with the Breakfast Burrito, and it was good -- nothing to write home about, but solid. The scrambled eggs were super fluffy, which stood out, and the salsa had good flavor. My friend ordered the Cowboy Eggs (two eggs over crispy tortillas with refried beans, cheese, and avocado). He felt the same -- decent, but standard. He also mentioned his coffee wasn't hot -- more "end-of-day warm," lol -- which fit the late-afternoon timing. On the drive back, he said something didn't sit quite right afterward, which was unusual for him.
