Pat will make your ride safe and ready to roll without any excuses. Be patient, these folks are in great demand and you may have to wait a bit longer than you'd like but your baby will be dialed in upon completion. You want the best? Go to South County Cycles and forget the rest. Peace of mind is a valuable thing and knowing your bike is in perfect riding condition makes each mile better. This guy is extremely rude and doesn't want to hear any opinion other than his own. I'm a petroleum engineer so oil is kind of my thing and for me to ask such a basic question and be asked to pick up the scooter after I dropped it off without working on it is why you can read so many poor reviews from so many people. How this guy stays in business is beyond me.
