I called to make an appointment, and they said there was no need, just walk in. I asked if they were busy, no, so I rode there straight away. They tell me the wait will be a couple of hours. Isn't that why I wanted to make an appointment? Their solution is to go to "any gas station." I had kind of been hoping to have qualified motorcycle technicians look at my bike. Absolutely pathetic. My bike needs a new clutch, I would like the valves adjusted, and I am hoping to upgrade to a 1000cc before next riding season. I am going to be taking my business to Coleman Powersports from now on. They have much nicer facilities, and their staff has their act together enough to schedule an appointment. Manassas Honda, you wasted my time when you had every opportunity not to. Called for a quote on a 2016 Honda CRF450R. After talking to the sales rep, told him I was ready to buy if the price was right. Told him I was coming in from out of town and asked him what price I could get since I am paying CASH. He said he only worked deals with repeat customers. What a JACK***, I hung up on him and gave my business to a competitor dealership that same day! Good ridings, never giving Manassas future business or recommendations. Awesome experience buying a bike here, after getting a really raw deal from a previous dealership closer to home..I called these guys and see if they could save me some money. Ended up getting almost 1500.00 off the price that the other dealer offered and they didnt keep me waiting around. Chris from sales was awesome and the finance department was great too. We met the owner and she was really nice, great to see a family run business. The parts department was awesome as well, picked up a new helmet and some gear and they helped get me fitted and into the right stuff. I just set up an appointment to have an alarm put in my bike (yeah, i could do it myself but I never have time for tinkering) and my time is valuable. Worse dealership around, the parts department is completely unprofessional and incompetent. I asked on the phone i needed a small generic part. they said they have plenty in stock. I drive all the way over since they were the only ones that confirmed from a list of dealerships i called...only to be told after rechecking, they don't have it. The manager comes out and tells me i must have understood, but the parts guys knew they screwed up. Funny how the guy when approached face to face was eager to run back to get the part, only to cover up his mess trying to blame the customer. Shady business indeed. Any business who screws up like that and won't even make an effort to correct things is not a good business at all. I was in the market for a new/used cruiser motorcycle and wanted to trade in my sports bike. I explored several local dealerships for bikes/options. This little dealership in Manassas ALWAYS gave me their bottom price up front for their inventory. No haggling, no gimmicks. I decided to buy a Kawasaki Vulcan Cruiser from another dealership and they put up a big fuss over any discounts on the sticker price (its winter time people! no one is really out there riding). I called Manassas Honda Kawasaki and asked for their price for the same model. Without haggling or pulling any punches they gave me their bottom line price over the phone, which was over $3,000 off the sticker price!! They even threw in a warranty and security system for an amazing discount and offered me nearly a $1,000 more for my trade in. Needless to say I went to Manassas Honda. When I told the other dealership what Manassas Honda was offering, they quickly changed their tune and said they can match that offer. No thanks....I prefer honesty over sales gimmicks. Also, Manassas Honda's sales staff are very knowledgeable and passionate about motorcycles, which makes a difference. I have brought my Ninja 250 here for maintenance and to get lowered before, and the service has been great. They have been honest, and have been very customer-oriented. The owner has been very friendly too, and I've always enjoyed talking to him. Also, there's a female employee there who, when I first started riding, took the time to alleviate my fears of being a short female rider--which was so kind of her. Extremely horrible service in regards to the service department. There sales team and accessories part has not been an issue, but there service department is terrible. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for service or repairs to look else where. There are very misleading in what they will provide. I made an appointment which they are several weeks behind, which due to the season is understandable. I called and inquired if they could check to see if my speakers were blown of if there was a wiring issue (which is what I believed to be the case) they told me that it would be no problem. I went ahead and bought a speaker and amp set just in case that it would be the problem that way they could fix this quickly so I could have a quicker turnaround. After the got my bike and started to work on it they said that the new amp that I bought was faulty. I questioned this decision and gave them the info that I didn't think that was the problem and to please check further. I bought another amp and after a week of sitting at the shop, because I was not priority on there list. I had to call them because they did give me any updates. Once I inquire on my bike they told me that the head unit was the problem and that I needed a new stereo. The frustrating part was that my bike was sitting for over a week and I paid for labor to fix an issue that was not a problem. I asked that they put my bike together so that I could take it elsewhere and they stated that it would take a couple of days to put my bike back in working order. If they would have inspected my bike and found the problem to begin with I would not be unhappy. I felt like I am paying for service that was not truly provided. I will not be going back there in the future. Customers beware of using them. read more

I usually take the time and perform all maintenance myself, but being super busy lately I thought I would give MHK a shot. Greg makes the experience worth every penny. I saw a used bike on their website and called Sean H. to gather more information and to find out about if they take trades. Later that day I stopped by to see the bike and told him I would think about it and maybe stop by Saturday depending on if my decision to buy. Saturday came and I decided to see what they would offer me for my bike and rode it in. They came back and offered me less than the KBB trade in value, but close enough that I felt happy. We began filling out the paperwork and I agreed to write a check for the remaining balance. Then I waiting around for two hours as they ate chicken, took smoke breaks and trips to 7-11. I began to get impatient because it should not take hours when I am writing a check. Finally I get called into the finance office and we do the paperwork, I sign over my title, sign all of their forms and write them the check. The lady leaves to go run my check and Sean calls me. He tells me there are serious problems with my bike and it will require a lot of money to get it in a sell-able state. So the best they can do is knock (I think) $500 of the asking price of the bike I want to buy and I take the bike I want to trade in home or they give me (basically) half of what they were originally going to give me for a trade in and I pay full price for the bike I want to buy. At this point I become pissed and said just give me my bike back, don't run my check, I want to go home. I am not even sure that was legal for them to do that. I signed all of the paperwork, I wrote them the check and they cashed it. They signed the paper agreeing to buy my bike and I signed the paper agreeing to buy theirs, but they would not let me leave on the bike I just bought. They later said they could stop the bank transaction and I guess they did.. so that is worthy of the 1 star I gave them... So I was there for four hours because that is how long it takes them to sell you a bike.. Amazing they can undo the whole thing in less than 3 minutes. A bike dealership that screws over bikers.. These guys mounted my front (DIRECTIONAL) tire backwards. Not noticing this, I slimed it and rode it. Their mistake caused a wreck and damage to my bike. I only asked them to replace the tube, install the tire correctly and balance it (all of which I had already paid for.) The service manager gave me attitude about my request. Avoid this company at all costs. If you value your safety. I forgot to mention that they installed adhesive balance weights directly to my nice powder coated rims (rather than spoke weights) Unbelievable! read more

My bike was originally running the tender that I use to keep in chartered throughout the winter had stopped working at some point in February. During this month I took it out for a spin and got a flat tire because of a punctured nail. During the last week of March I went in and a spoke to a technician about doing repairs on my motorcycle. The technician was extremely kind and gave me the number of a wrecker company to call to get my bike in. I relayed to the technician that I killed my battery by leaving the lights on and needed a new one. I explained to him that the bike turned but when I measured the voltage on the battery it was basically gone. The Tech said ok we will replace the battery but before we do we will run a diagnostics on there. I said ok while you on in there I have an integrated tail light that I would like you to install as well they said ok we need a diagnostic fee for that as well. I don't know why I didn't change my mind when I got the uncomfortable feeling of two diagnostic fees but I said ok go ahead and when will I have the bike back. the tech said well it can take two weeks to complete a week to get in the shop and a week for the tech to do the repairs, keep in mind this is a battery change, tire change and an integrated late install. So let me get to the nutshell of this story so almost four full months later I go through an original quote of grand in repairs, then I get a call saying the bike will now cost 3500 to fix. Now keep in mind they finally get to my bike middle to end of may. When the call the cannot tell me what has been repaired yet. I said I'm coming into the shop I need to see what has been done, they feed my garbage that they tried to reach me but were unable to which isn't true because they called me twice on my work phone when I decided not to deal with them any longer to pick up my bike, I will get to the last phone call with them in a second. When we were going over the charges, they had the nerve to tell me because I no longer wanted their services that I had to pay them to put it back together when to be fair the took it apart and said they fixed it called me said it was ready and then called again because they said there was an issue tore it apart again and left it in pieces and wanted me to pay them another diagnostic fee and a put together fee. In the end these goons said that the bike would take a week to put together, they called me on Thursday as promised to say he it was done. I am a training NCO for a reserve Marine unit because of some last minute changes I was unable to go to them on that day, they called me the following Monday in a threatening tone telling me to get their bike out of their shop and they want to be rid of it, so I laughed payed them over the phone and sent a wrecker for it. So because I didn't allow you to swindle me out of money this is how you treat people, absolutely disgusting. All veterans should think twice about bringing their bikes to this shop. Please find another shop to take your bike to also you will love this, the integrated tail light that they claim to have fixed my left blinker is now my right and my right is my left amazing right. No one should take their bike here but more importantly Vets, they have a flag in their shop but that flag does not represent commodore or brother hood please save yourself time money and your sanity and do not take your bike here, they also returned my bike without any coolant after saying they flushed the system. I will continue to update this if I find more issues. read more

This is the worst Suzuki dealer around,I took my 2017 king quad 400 ,with only 97 miles on it,my quad was leaning to the right side by 1/4 inch,so Austin in the service dept,was there when I dropped it off,I showed him what I was talking about and asked his opinion,he said it LOOKS like the frame is bent but he said he could tell it has NEVER been flipped because there were NO scratches on the racks or handle bars,but he is not sure,HINT I told him. This is my quad and I guarantee it hasn't been flipped.. so the moral of the storie is 2 days later AUSTIN calls me and says my frame is bent because it has been flipped,I advised him No it hasn't been and I SERIOUSLY doubt my frame is bent ,I FORGOT TO MENTION I WORK ON CARS FOR A LIVING,I told the dealer I'm pretty sure the rear swing arm is bent,they wouldn't listen,so I picked it up ,and ordered a Suzuki swing arm $190 and after waiting a week got it myself,installed it and GUESS WHAT,MY PROBLEM WAS FIXED FOR $190 NOT A 1300$ FRAME...... VERY BIG MISDIAGNOSED read more

I can only speak for the service department - I have been bringing my Honda lawn mower here for years. The staff is terrific and impressively honest. On several occasions, they have found less expensive fixes for problems and have even told me, after checking the mower, that some preventative maintenance services I had requested were not necessary. They easily could have done the work and charged me and I'd have been none the wiser. Much appreciated and highly recommended. read more
