Still today new fuel pump installed isn't working properly. I blew a valve. Yes I know it's expensive but he charged me $4k to fix it. Well over the price of the car. He also was rude and thought I wouldn't pay him, chain up my tires upon interaction hahaha Anyway. I get people may have done him wrong. But this time he did me wrong. Me being desperate and working 14 hours days 7 days a a week. I paid him and got it done. With the oil all over my car, fuel pump not working, and your trying to steal/keep my old parts when I said I wanted them. Thanks for the work done. We decided to go through Tesla Insurance instead of our own insurance for the damage repair so we wouldn't have to deal with needing to pay our deductible upfront and waiting for Tesla to reimburse us, which someone had warned me could take weeks / months. Tesla Insurance referred us to Fix Auto Tustin for our car repair. Adrian was the team member responsible for our repair process. He advised me that it would take Tesla about 1-2 weeks, sometimes longer, before they approve a repair estimate for the auto shop to have the green light to bring the repair process. After repair starts, it would be at least another week for the bumper repair to cure. I was worried because we would be out of the country for 3 weeks for an upcoming trip, during which the car repair would be completed and wouldn't be in town to pick up the car when ready (auto shop said they can't keep our car in shop for that long after repair is done). Adrian was incredible! He offered to drive our car home when ready and drop off the car key through our door mail-drop slot. Because I wouldn't get regular mobile reception while abroad, he even was kind enough to share his iPhone # so I could keep in communication through iMessage. He just messaged me this morning and shared photos of my husband's car being in our driveway and the key being dropped into our mail-drop slot! The repair job was so bad Hagerty had to have Phil at Autobahn start the project all over again. Phil stripped the car of the recently done paint job. He did an awesome job stripping the car and preparing the car for paint. They painted the car and put all back together. Phil and Autobahn did an outstanding job painting my car and restoring it. They were able to do all this work in a reasonable time period. I highly recommend them to do body and paint work on your car. I'm elated with the way my car turned out and how it looks.

I was…read morescheduled for a Monday to drop my vehicle off for repair repairs, believing that that Time works for the company to be able to start working on my vehicle. I only had this vehicle so to be without it I let them know was kind of an issue so I was hoping for a quick turn on process. After my vehicle sat with them for nearly 4 days I found out that they had done nothing except assessed the damage. I also had to request updates from them or I didn't hear anything. They submitted multiple claims to my insurance told me they couldn't work on my car until they were approved. The next week work on my car started it needed a fender replaced, and the collision center received three ones that were unusable before getting the fourth one. At this point, my truck was still not even near completion nearly 2 weeks after dropping it off at an appointment that they provided me with.. nearly 3 weeks after dropping my truck off with them. I was told it's ready to pick up and I had a friend collected due to my work hours and their business hours. After having my truck home for a day, I realize something was wrong. One of the main issues was the passenger side front door and now it sounded like it came off of a tin can sounded completely different than the other three doors on the vehicle. I sent them videos, they claimed that they didn't know the sound of my door because they didn't drive it all the time and it was an issue of them not putting enough material in the door to make it match the sound of any other door on the vehicle. Luckily I was able to have them come to my work pick up the vehicle fix it and bring it back to me.. Maybe my expectations are high , but nothing about this experience was what I expected. The communication was very bad. I wasn't told anything until I asked about it, the timeframe for work to be completed was horribly slow granted some of that may have been out of their control, and then the best part they returned my vehicle to me and it wasn't completed properly after nearly three weeks on being without my only vehicle. Sadly, I would not recommend this company to anybody who does not have the patience or time to let them go as slow as they do or let them take away. What might be your only vehicle for weeks on end depending on the work needed .
