    Clutch mechanism BEFORE
    Sian G.

Had a unique problem with a clunky clutch lever on my 2003 Suzuki SV650 that was cramping up my left hand... Marcus examined the bigger picture and ended up deep cleaning and reassembling the clutch mechanism... resulting in a lighter touch on the clutch lever and saving my hand so I can go on longer trips. Exceptional customer service... set and met expectations on timeline/cost... friendly and knowledgeable, tried and true, creative and results oriented neighborhood shop with good vibes. Couldn't be happier!

I am an absolute motorcycle noob trying to learn how to ride. I signed up for a training course & need a few things for the class. They are currently by apmt only. I texted the number & made an apmt for the next day with Marcus. I had also sent him the check list of everything I needed. When I got there he had already known everything I needed. He was super helpful & patient. Being a biking newbie I was really nervous to learn but he answered all the questions I had & definitely calmed my nerves. He gave great pointers & input of what to expect in the course. Marcus is extremely knowledgeable & honest. He could have easily up charged/ripped me off or convinced me to buy something else that I didn't need for the class which unfortunately happens a lot to females when they go to buy something they have no idea about but he didn't. The shop was really clean & they had a lot of biking merch. I highly recommend going here if you are new to riding or even just need something new or fixed. Hoping to eventually buy a bike here when that time comes. Overall great experience & I'm now even more excited for my course! I will be back! Thanks Marcus!

    2000 Suzuki SV650 - (in excellent shape)

As much as I hate to admit it, I have been visiting this place for over 15+/- years with multiple bikes and multiple services (seems like yesterday). I have never been let down and will continue to go there as long as I'm riding. I just met up with Marcus to get my 'new to me' 2000 SV650 inspected. He took the time to give it a good look through, take it out for a ride and give me his honest opinion. I know I can always go here without worrying about being told there is unnecessary work needed. He gave his thumbs up with a couple of tips that I can do myself giving me peace of mind. If your looking for good, honest work on your bike, this is the place to go to in this area.

This place is amazing!! I just bought a 2005 Harley 883 from them and I couldn't be happier. The bike is beautiful. It made every other bike I looked at it just seem like second tier. They tuned it and made sure everything was ready to go. Everybody was so friendly and accommodating. I couldn't have come up with a better buying experience if I tried. I will definitely be going back to them for tuning and accessories. Thank you all so much. It's perfect. I loved buying from you and I love my bike. I rode it home grinning from ear to ear the whole way.

Took my Ninja here to get resurrected from the dead and M.M. did just that. My bike had been sitting in my garage for 1.5 years and the gasoline had gone bad and actually clumped up everything in my carbs. It was safe to say that my bike was beyond the good old YouTube DIY fix and required professional help. Jeff was my main point of contact and had kept me updated though out the whole process. Very friendly and informative. Thanks man. These guys did a full service to my bike + drained/replaced my fuel with new + carburetor rebuild + detailed it. They were even friendly enough to replace my right turn signal free of cost. That is the definition of customer service. Price of everything was reasonable and fair. Every replacement was OEM so there's no question on integrity. Thanks you guys I really appreciate it and will recommend to others. Will stop by again!

While I was riding, I lost a bolt that was holding my exhaust and another bolt for my clutch. I coasted into Motorcycle Madness, and they set me up with what I needed. They were super quick, and made some other recommendations for my bike. Thanks guys.

Rule #1: I do not review a place based on my first-time experiences with the business. There are very few exceptions to this rule; excellent customer service is one of them. Motorcycle Madness has perfected the art! I took my friend's bike (my future bike) in at 5:30PM on a Wednesday for what I thought was a necessary oil change. Motorcycle Madness was the first highly rated place I found on yelp so I called to see if they had room. Even though they close at 6PM, they said they had some time so I went in. I was greeted by a very nice young lady who took care of all the paperwork and answered a lot of my questions. Marcus, the owner, came to greet me as well and asked some questions of his own. After assessing/inspecting the bike, Marcus pointed out that the tires were balding and showed me. He had me sit on another bike to feel the difference between the two, and explained how much danger I'm putting myself into by not taking care of this sooner. I don't know much about bike maintenance but I'm pretty avid on the car knowledge end of the automobile spectrum, so I was pretty shocked to learn all the things I'd missed. He checked the bike out further and determined that the tire was priority #1, so I postponed to oil change. He grabbed a tire from the back and quoted me an AWESOME price deal. I asked when I should come back because it was 6PM already. Even though it was time for them to close, Marcus STILL made the time to fix my tire, which took about an hour or so, simply because he did not want me compromising my safety on the road. Once the bike was almost done, he took me around to the garage to show me all the things he noticed about the bike like how much life was left on the brakes and the rear wheel in terms of time and miles, and explained which are important to address first. He gave me very affordable price quotes for the parts and labor. He wiped down the bike and made it nice and shiny before he test drove it. After he got a feel for the bike he found a couple more things he wanted to tune up (like the freeplay on the throttle, at NO charge!) so that the bike would perform at its best. I don't know about you, but people who genuinely care about the well-being of vehicles AND their drivers are hard to come by. I'm not sure what the one-star goobers on this page were thinking writing their lame reviews, but my first experience here was great enough to warrant an immediate review. I wish all places took this much care and consideration for their customers and this much pride in their business. I'm so happy to have found a place that I could trust and rely upon to provide honest and genuine service. PS - Cleanest bathroom in a repair shop/tattoo parlor I have ever had the pleasure of using in my entire life. You can tell a lot about a business based on how well they maintain areas outside of the main work zone. BRAVO!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! SEE YOU ALL SOON!!

Where's the 6-stars button? Really. It never ceases to amaze me how great the service I get at Motorcycle Madness is. Marcus and Michael are stupendous. They're so professional, and efficient. I came to Marcus months ago, looking for a motorcycle, after having sold my last one in late 2015. He's been so great about contacting me whenever a bike came through that matched my preferences and specifications. He made the purchase process for this beautiful '08 Suzuki GSX-R600 so simple for me, a first time used-motorcycle buyer. He's so friendly and knowledgeable, like a walking encyclopedia of bike knowledge. He himself, aside from his skilled mechanic Mike, even works on bikes. This is not a useless business owner - HE PUTS IN WORK! It's awesome. This is not the case at Motorcycle Madness. It's great. I love this place. I used to have my bike serviced here, and I've honestly been a customer for over a year. I'll keep coming back as long as Marcus keeps his shop's doors open! Thank you Marcus for your continued service!! Twenty thumbs up.

Nini at the front desk was absolutely perfect for the job imo: compassionate, reassuring, and exactly what a first-timer needs before throwing a leg over a bike for the first time for real. Freddie and Henry were great too, really easy dudes to talk to and very helpful with sharing tips and other pointers for me. I'll be honest, I dropped the bike an equal number of times on both sides over the weekend, all at zero mph (embarassing af). Symmetrically bruised ego, perfectly balanced. Returning it felt intimidating, but the whole team handled it with zero judgment and genuine professionalism. I didn't try to hide anything and they made the whole process painless, albeit with some monetary penalties caused by my inexperience (I own up to this though). I'm leaving with my wallet lighter but with my heart genuinely fuller for the experience. The environment this shop creates for nervous beginners like me is genuinely rare, and it made me feel supported and motivated to come back and do better next time. Will absolutely be back for my next rental and keep getting ride time in, because real experience gained like I did is priceless. The human element of the shop is just cherry on top, and makes me feel good I'm supporting a local business. Shoutout to Nini, Freddie, and Henry. You made a squid feel welcome.

I could have bought another bike for around $4,000-$6,000 but this one had sentimental value, so I decided to invest in restoring it. I dropped the bike off and asked them to make it "cherry"--fix it up properly and make it ride like it should. Make it look like new and reaooy aprae no expesnse its sentimental bike. They had the bike for about a year. During that time, I called regularly and was repeatedly told, "It'll be done this week." That went on for months. I stayed patient because I assumed the long wait and roughly $7,000-$8,000 cost meant they were doing a thorough, high-quality job. When I finally picked it up, things immediately felt off: They tried to charge a 3.5% fee for using a credit card. Ok, so I used Zelle, I attempted to pay via Zelle, but due to limits and delays, they refused to release my bike unless I paid in full immediately. I ended up paying theCC fee just to get my bike back after a year. Then the real issues started. The gas tank was completely empty when I picked it up. It happens, could but it could hsve been a shitty tming thing BUT After putting $20 of gas in, it them tank, started leaking immediately. Since then: The bike is still hard to start Parts are loose (a handle knob fell off the next morning and I ran it over and smashed it on accident Overall, it feels like very little mechanical work was actually done. At this point, it honestly feels like I paid $7k+ for a paint job and a basic tune-up. The bike is still in poor condition and nowhere near what I expected after a year in the shop. The staff was really (the son) polite, and I don't have anything personal against them--but from a service standpoint, I feel completely ripped off. I wanted to support a local business, but I would not bring my bike back here under any circumstances.
