Been to these guys a few times in the last few years. Purchasing from their shop is a pretty average experience, impersonal, in an out most of the time. The helmet section was nice. The bouncer type security guard is kind of weird but w/e. 1 star review comes from the service I received from my bike and the changes to my bike after service which they did not tell me about, the lack of attention from sales team as my bike was being serviced and I was inquiring about the ducati line / trade in / purchasing a new ducati, and bad attitude from the shop this morning. My first experience with these guys was back in 2013 when I brought my Kawi ninja 650 in for service, I was told that I was second in line and it would take about 2 hours. Okay. I waited for over 5. I could have just grabbed a cab and came back. That was a -1 star. during the oil change, they also left oil all over the place, as I was riding I could smell oil burning off the external metal as well sit in a cloud of white smoke at every stop light. They also failed to tell me that they moved my clutch point from 2 to 4 on the shift lever, causing me to almost dump the bike while going around a corner because I couldnt get the gear to engage fast enough -1. At that same service, I went in and was asking about the ducati monster line. The sales rep asked me if I was interested in buying today. I said no, but I am interested in knowing what a trade in for my bike is worth if I were to buy a ducati today, he told me to come back when I'm ready to buy. uhh.. okay -1. Side note - Went to ducati soho NYC for some swag shortly after this experience, they asked me if I wanted to buy a new ducati, I said no, they asked me if I wanted to test ride one anyway. I did, 40 minutes later, signed the papers that day and rode a new monster home 3 days later. This morning I came back for the stupid reason that they are just so damn close to my apt. I had researched some rotor locks online through amazon and revzilla, but I wanted to purchase one and have it right away. MM had the same one that was on sale on amazon and revzilla, Amazon had it listed at 76. MM had it listed at 110. or 105. I asked if they price match, sales rep told me they did, then said oh no, we dont price match with amazon or ebay. or other auction sites. I was thinking amazon is not an auction site, and the item was being pulled from a motorcycle vendor, but.. okay, ill play your game, I pulled up the post from revzilla listed at 96. the sales rep in a smart condescending tone says, now add it to your cart and see what happens. I was thinking if you know something I don't then just tell me, and your trying to make me feel stupid over 10 bucks. (there was a 10 dollar manufacturer rebate). I get that they are trying to make money, thats fine and I respect that. I will never service with these guys however because I dont trust them. I would have continued to purchase from them because they were close, and I was even willing to pay higher price to get it today. But if I have to pay a higher price, these guys better make it up with some customer service, or at least not be so condescending. If the guy would have just told me, that there was a manufacturers rebate instead of making me feel stupid, I would have bought the lock for 105 + tax from them. instead i walked out, purchased from amazon for 76 with free 1 day delivery and I will get it by 9pm tonight. read more

Went here with my dog. Right as I walked in I asked if it was ok to have dog with me. Some guy, looked like a manager, told me I had to leave dog outside. I left dog with my girlfriend who stayed in car with her. Went back in, no one really helped me. Ended up buying elsewhere. read more

Scheduled service on the website. Got an email that I would get a confirmation call. Never got the call. Called the service department directly and got a "Sure bring it in today". Brought my bike in for an oil change and pre season safety check. Service was supposed to be done in 48 hours. I brought it in on a Tuesday. On Saturday I still had no phone call so I went in and the bike wasn't even assigned a tech yet. Got a "we'll follow up on this". It's now Friday and I had to call again because I hadn't heard anything. Now I get "it's next on the list". Horrible horrible service. read more

Ended up buying bike at another dealership. Came to this dealer to see what they can do for me on a 13' Kawasaki ZX6R, price they gave me first off was about on average $2,500 more than what most places were going for OTD. On top of that, they would not check my credit or tell me what the best they could do unless I put down a deposit. Not to mention, the amount of time I spent there just to hear they wanted a deposit was ridiculous. Of course, as I was walking out, one of the managers caught me on the way out and said all this stuff to me like he was reading straight off a script. THey call back 2 weeks later asking if I was still interested and told them that I had went to another dealer who gave me no BS and cut straight to the chase (ended up paying about $800 less OTD based off of what others payed on forums) and of course they said they could have beaten that.. why didn't they tell me right off the get go???! Cut to about a month later, I go back to check out their parts and accessories, I was in the market for a new summer riding jacket. Of course, I'm standing there, for atleast 30 minutes waiting to be helped while all their associates were busy talking to either friends or boyfriends/girlfriends, whatever. Finally when I got the attention of someone, they said they didn't have the size, which I would've been fine with had I known 20 minutes earlier. Great looking facility, it's too bad that dealing with them is 'sketchy' and that their parts/accessories department don't give you the time of day. read more

Where do i start. Never take the time to write good and even bad reviews but i'm tired already!! First it took like 4 days to get them to pick up my bike because it had no front brakes. I got tired of them telling me a driver wasn't available every time so i took it my self. Dropped of the bike 2 months and a half ago (mind you bike is not ready yet still). It took like 3 weeks just so my bike could be looked at and be put on a queue. You never hear from them other than those stupid automated messages which 2 weeks ago said my bike was ready and made me interrupt my work trip to Canada and had my company flight me back to the US to finally get my bike out of there. When i get there i waited 35 mins just so they could ask me: "what do you need?" they tell me i have to pay over 3 thousand to get my bike out so i tell them it was an insurance repair so i only had to pay my deductible. After telling me there is nothing they can do because the service advisor wasn't there i had once again go back and call the insurance and fix this up my self the next day. Up to this point the counter guy said bike was "supposed" to be ready. Next day i call my insurance and we go on a 3 way call and guess what, bike ain't ready. Every time i had to call them, then call my insurance for them and then call them back to confirm everything is good. Why i'm i doing their job?? why do i have to keep calling my insurance to make sure they get their check and make sure they're working on my bike which seems every time i call they remember my bike is there and order 1 part and only 1 part every single time until i call enough for all parts to get there. I don't even call every 2 or 3 days. i give them 1 or 2 weeks and every time advisor is not there and he will give you a call back at night or in the morning and guess what? no calls and no information of what's going on at all. Every time they're trying to get my bike out of there and only 1 or 2 parts are needed....communication sucks. you get no info and you don't know what's done to your bike and don't know if it's already being worked on or something. I also say communication sucks because they should be the ones dealing with my insurance not me. i shouldn't be doing all that for a simple repair. And i know for sure it ain't my insurance because every claim and problem i had with them it has been solved within 1 or 2 days max. They're fast and i like that and i will be sticking with them. but motorcycle mall?? Bought parts, done service and even bought a bike from them before (3 weeks to get a brand new bike out of there) and everyone told me to not go there for the repair and i still gave them a chance and now i'm 2 months and a half without my bike. should've went somewhere else.... read more

PLEASE BEWARE AND READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS!!! I purchased a 2013 SeaDoo RXT from here at MM. Very disappointed with the experience on sale and most importantly the service! At this dealer when you shake on a price keep in mind that you will walk out paying a lot more than what your agreed out the door price was said to be! I call the service department to find out how much a winterization would cost and they told me $220 and that they'll take care of me especially since i bought the unit off of them.. I asked if they keep it inside until its ready for pick up because I always have it garage kept and he said sure they have a huge place to keep it until they notify me its ready for me to come get it.. I get there after they notify me its ready and as I pull up to the lot I see that it was outside in these recent winter conditions.. I thought to myself maybe they just put it there recently because I told them I was going there at the time to pick it up. I park my truck and walked over to my wave runner and saw broken ice chunks frozen,stuck to the back whole rubber mat where you walk on along with both compartment sides(where your feet go as your riding) filled to the top(over a foot deep) with solid rock ice.. I look really close to see that the ice peeled the rubber mats on both sides! So I go in there and on top of that the service guy said it'd be $360 instead of $220! I complained about the sudden price raise along with the peeling of my rubber mats and he went to go talk to his manager and brought the price down to $307 which was still more than what was agreed. You figure they'd treat you better especially since you bought the unit from them but thats not the case at MM.. I paid the $307 and I'll never be going there again and if anybody mentions this dealer I'll warn them before they get screwed like most customers, especially the ones writing most of these reviews! read more

The only reason Motorcycle Mall got good reviews on Google, its because they tell you they will give an extra 10% off parts if you give them a good review right on their computer. I bought a quad from them, purchased an extended warranty, after signing all the paperwork, I received the official paperwork from the manufacturer, I bought a 3 year warranty, I got paperwork for a 12 month warranty.. After fighting for a few weeks, they fixed the problem. When it was time to do the first service, they got the nerves to tell me an oil change for my quad would cost me $300.00!!!! Come on, a BMW oil change costs $150.00!!!!!! My friend bought a brand new quad, after the first time he rode it, the transmission went. The quad has been there for 2 months now, 2 months!!!!!! Nobody gives him any explanation about whats going on. Horrible costumer service. Will not recommend, and will not go back to this scum bags!!!!! read more

They have a huge selection and that is the only reason to shop here. If you looking for good service in sales, go somewhere else. I bought a new ninja 650 , they did not have it in stock and had to order it. I was told it would take 1 week, no one ever calls you back from that place. at some point I called and spoke with sales person who told me he would call me back, but he never did. It took 2 weeks to get the bike and no one even knew when it was coming. every time i call they would say its on its way but we don't have the delivery date. So the bike finally arrives and no one calls me. I called them in the morning and they said the manager will look into it, then I had to call back 6 hours later(since no one called me back) and they told me that it was there. SoI go to pick it up. I had an appointment at 2pm to sign all the paperwork with finance people. The sales person made it clear that I should come on time because they try to adhere to a schedule. Well I was siting there for an hour and didn't even get to the finance person until 3pm. They will never call you even when they tell you that they will. very poor customer service. I want to point out that I bought two bikes here over the 3 year period and will never shop here again. read more

I never write Yelp reviews, but this "business" calls for one. Very simple: bought a brand new bike from here because of the discounts they offered. They handed me a bike and sent me out with a completely messed up clutch lever and a punctured tire (the latter issue I had already told them about and requested that they fix it when I saw the bike on the floor; they ended up just filling it with air right before they gave it to me and not switching the tire--very dangerous). They were able to offer me a free initial inspection--how? Easy, they didn't perform the initial inspection at all. Then they try to nickel and dime you on all repairs. This shop is a nightmare. DO NOT go here for your own sake. Update: Having seen their response to this comment, I corrected a sentence that dealt with the registration after several miscommunications regarding registration. However, they also clearly don't have no issue with blatantly lying regarding service on the bike. I did not wait a month. They picked up the bike from my home literally the day I picked it up from the shop due to the problems I detailed above. They know it. I know it. Do not trust these people. read more

This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my 52 years of living. The rear bearing on my 2010 Victory Vision went out after riding from Milwaukee, WI. My bike was towed to the dealership on Sunday night. I called them first thing on Monday morning and made contact with service advisor "Brian". His main concern was to receive a copy of my drivers license so that he could service my bike. I called him several times between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm; he called me back and stated that he did not receive the copy of my driver's license attached to the email. When I asked about the status of the bike, he replied that he was too busy to check with the technicians. Knowing that MM closed at 8:00 pm, I called every 30 minutes, still inquiring about the status and was told that Brian was too busy to come to the phone. At 8:00 pm, the store closed and I never did receive a phone call. This situation was a full day wasted. The following day, I went to the dealership at 11:00 am and met with Brian and John Resciniti (owner's son) who told me that my bike was in 'bad shape' and he tried to sell me parts that I did not need. He stated that the rotor and caliper needed to be replaced. I informed them that I only needed bearings installed to ride my bike back to Milwaukee. They stated that they would order ALL of the parts and it would be a 3 to 4 day wait for arrival; however, they could not promise me that my bike would be ready by Saturday (keep in mind, my bike had been there since Monday morning). When I told them that I had a dealership in Milwaukee who had the parts in stock and would ship them to me overnight, Brian said they would not do this because this would involve two dealerships. The other option was to pay an additional $200 to have the parts shipped overnight from Polaris. By this time, my confidence in this dealership was zero! I asked them to remove my bike from their shop area and I had it towed to the hotel and ended up shipping it home. Stay away from this place! They are not people-friendly, take advantage of one's misfortune, and could care less about your personal situation. read more

I towed my bike to the Motorcycle mall due to the immobilizer coming on. They kept my bike for a month and a half and absolutely nothing was done to it. The service is terrible, they make up some dumb excuses not to call you back. They always say the guy working on it is either on vacation or out that day. I am now spending more money towing the bike back to my usual shop which has never let me down. I should have just done that in the first place, this place is terrible. Choose a better area to service your bike, unless you need a place to store it for a month and a half without anything being done to it. - Correction from my previous message, bike was kept inside, however that does not justify keeping a bike in the shop for so long. read more

Spent 30 minutes wandering around, even told a desk jockey what bike I want, Honda VFR800, but still no one comes over. Absolutely the worst service I ever dealt with!!! Monthssss of just waitingggg for warranty work with an Absolutely brand new 20 plus k bike. Returned bike multiple times multiple! With more problems and original issues not resolved. Clearly the service department is not competent. Clearly this establishment focuses on pushing quantity not quality. Owners should be ashamed in what's going on but when your making as much as they are they could clearly care less I get brand new bikes every other year and I will not buy from them ever again. Made the mistake once and it was the most stressful experience I ever had. Sleepness nights over the frustration of having brand new bike with with couple hundred miles fail me but in all reality it was the dealer "service department" that completely failed me. If you like broken promises and machines that is the "tri state premium dealer" then this is the goto spot! Be very careful. We went to purchase our bike and paid the down payment and the salesman advised- sorry it will take us two hours to get bike ready, we have just been slammed. Four hours later- gosh really sorry but we found a recall that we have to fix before we can let you take delivery, don't worry we will deliver it to your door Tuesday. Tuesday we call - oh sorry taking a bit longer, without fail we will deliver Saturday, Friday we call to get a time - oh we don't have a driver we can't deliver it Saturday. Meantime we find that another gentlemen has been waiting over a month with this "nonsense". They won't let you out of the contract as it states "delays in delivery aren't a reason for termination and they will keep your several thousand dollar deposit" which they conveniently took Before they told you the bike wouldn't be ready. Clearly they knew- is this a game? They don't deliver for weeks. I hate calling someone dishonest but they are either dishonest or really don't care and don't confirm or Check anything when they make commitments. This is my second experience here. First time the sales part was good but the pick up process left much to be desired. This left a less stellar impression. Decided to try a second time. My sales rep Emilio was good, responsive to what features I was looking for. Didn't feel like I was being up sold, being forced to look at models I had no interest in or like my time was being rushed or wasted. As a newish female rider, this was an important consideration in with whom I wanted to do business. So far so good! Unfortunately I can't put 0 stars. Out the door they wanted 8400 for a left over bike. They said that's the best they could do, went to another dealer and got it for 7400! $1000 cheaper. I called my salesman back(not mentioning names) he didn't seem to care, he said yeah wow go pick it up. I wouldn't buy it from them even if they offered to drop it to 7000 even. This place is a rip off. Also the last bike my cousin bought from them we found out after a 2 hour ride that his handle bars were not even tighten down. They could've killed him. My experience was a positive one from start to finish. It was the time in between that impressed me the most. I was not sure of which scooter I wanted. I finally decided on a Honda PCX150. This would not have happened without the help of my S.A. Josh B. The frequent emails, phone calls and pics worked out good in my situation. I would never send anyone or advice anyone to go this dealership. My friend bought a 2018 Honda cbr 1000 there he took it to get worked in it took the three months to fix his bike the. Again they don't call u text you email you nothing. I put my bike 2017 Suzuki gsxr 1000 in the shop to get a tire change and service. It's been two months now no texts no call no email nothing about my bike they didn't even know where my friend bike was they lost his bike in the shop. Two months and counting it's like it takes them two to three months to fix your bike. The service guys are disgusting, no manners whatever when I ask to speak to the manager they told me the manager is not talking to anyone. I paid for my bike to get a dyno test when I ask for the paperwork for the dyno test no paperwork they didn't do it. This place is a damn joke worst bike place ever I paid for tire package in my agreement they gonna tell me I don't have tire package they full of shit don't buy no bike and service your bike from these people they will waste your time and your take your money garbage deal. Also they only installed the parts never tuned and flashed my bike as discussed when I ordered my parts from them found out a year later they didn't do a thing. read more

It took them three days to do it, whereas they had promised to give it back to me the same day. Plus they charge you so much. Horrible customer serive . Very Disorganized Store . I am furious . You do not treat customers this way . they have been ignoring us & not attending to the service we asked for . Since they are down the street from my house I end up popping in there for small items from time to time (plugs, gaskets, etc). My friend ended up having their typical bike hostage situation with zero work and demanded money last summer. Meh, I still got my DRZ tire swapped here. Ended up taking 4+ hours when quoted 1 hr, whatever...would have been nice to walk home instead of sitting in their service dept. This on par with pretty much every experience I've heard about. The situation that kinda blows my mind is a few weeks ago I went here as usual to look at the Victory I was eyeing up. I did the usual stand around for 30 mins until someone cared to help (I did ask around but nobody could help me with that particular bike). Told the guy I have cash and pretty much blew me off after I asked him what the out the door price was. When buying anything cash this is critical because...I have to get the cash. Well he pretty much told me, "MSRP+Tax+fees, you gunna buy?". Then he walked off when I said I need a minuet to think about it... I ended up going to Indian Motorcycle in Wayne and got a way better experience. When dropping $15k+ cash I want to feel at least a bit cared about. I'll probably go look for anther dealer when I am ready in a few months to get the Ducati I wanted. Sucks for them because I am so close and probably their biggest target market (single dude ready to spend). read more

Contacted them prior to financing, told them my credit situation, lower credit in the 580-595. Contacted later in the day that I would need to put 3500 down payment on a used bike that cost 6,000. Asked what the APR and financing terms were. APR 22.99% with monthy payments at 250 for 5 years. That's 18,500 for a used bike that cost 6k is just stupid. I've financed a car with 9 percent APR and even that is high with no down payment. Just seems like robbery read more

I tried to buy a bike from these people and got only excuses why their advertised price is not the selling price. They advertised a used bike that was perfect for my needs. It was advertised on line for $5999.00. When I asked about the price I was told the out the door cost would be over $7100! When I asked for details I was told there was a $450 bike prep fee . I was fine paying the asked price of $5999 plus the 6.7% sales tax and even the high $250 fee for their registering the bike but why a prep fee for a bike that's clean and already prepped. My questioning this charge got a response that $7100 is still a good deal and I should appreciate there transparency and need to make a profit. I'm sorry but if you can't sell an item at that price don't advertise it! To me this is disreputable and a typical baited hook to bring customers in. I will not patronize these types of dealers who add hidden costs and charges. read more

I had the WORSE experience shopping today while trying to make a first time purchase from this establishment while being assisted by Ricardo Silva. For starters he never introduced himself, I didn't get a name from him through the whole process. He made me aware that the Can-Am SELLS IT SELF so I shouldn't waste his time unless I was serious about buying. I ignored how rude he was being because I really wanted to get the numbers on that item seeing as though it wasn't marked. I informed him that I would be cashing out on the item. On the way to his deck he repeated numerous times "I hope you not wasting my time and have cash in your pocket" I also asked him does this establishment provide any discounts. After fumbling over his words he said "not on that item" I then asked him "which items if not this one" he replied "none, no items in here". Granted I only asked because not only am I a First Responder I am also a Military Veteran. I'm still going to purchase myself a Can-Am but thanks to Ricardo Silva it won't be here. I took my bike here to get dyno tuned I get there at 9:30 in the morning my appointment was for 10am the service advisor was a very nice guy he takes me in we do paperwork and I wait for the bike I'm watching the bike as nobody has touched the bike the tech take the bike in dyno room and bike sits there till about 10:45 he start doing something on bike then I get a call that bike has a misfire and can't go on the dyno till it's fix and the tech has to look at the bike to see what wrong well the whole time I'm watching the bike from outside tech work on bike no more then 45 min tops I stay waiting at around 3:00 pm I went inside asked a different advisor because the advisor I Dealing with was not there he looks at me and tells me that for the diag it was going to be 270 dollars for something that took the tech 45 mins they want to charge me 2 hours and tells me the bike had bad spark plugs witch is bull because I had changed the plugs the day before see they didn't know that I'm a Certified technician for 20 years I just needed the bike Dyno so I get home take the bike apart to find that there tech didn't plug my rear injector in also never put rubber grommets back into the power commander so now I'm getting charged $270 for So-called professional work but tech leave injector unplugged and leaves grommets out so I ended up getting upset because there service advisor want me to sign there paperwork starting I had ok all of there charges witch I never did so at the end off all of this the service manager comes out talks to me and takes one hour off the bill and only charges me for one hour diag but still Wasted my whole day then I get home and things were unplugged and Gromit were missing i understand I'm at a dealer but by all means I would have never thought that factory trained tech would leave things unplugged leave gromits out sell me spark plug when I didn't need then wack me for 2 hours diag at 120 an hour so I would never go back to motorcycle Mall not even to purchase an oil filter I'll just take my business elsewhere read more

If you want honesty and transparency DO NOT go to motorcycle mall. I was home getting dressed to go there and buy gear & bike but stayed home after numerous attempts to find out how much the BS dealer fees would be failed, oh they replied to my emails and my live chat but they kept trying to talk about other things. The guy that replies for them on this yelp forum is full of it, trying to defend shaddy tactics. When i order a sandwich the cashier doesn't try to add on a previously undisclosed refrigeration and carving fee. When i buy a steak there isn't an environmental methane gas offset charge. Has any one ever bought wool socks and had taxes and sheep shaving fee added at the check out. They use a low price to draw you to the crap they sell, attempt to make you fall in love with said trash slowly and than they play coy when they drop a 15-20% ("fee") price increase on you. They will defend there Douche-baggery by saying that people can always say no and not buy, yea but not until you've wasted how much of there time. read more
