I chose Motorwitch for a clutch replacement, brake service, and fluid changes after the manufacturer recommended them for my application. At the start, the experience was positive--Katie was polite and professional when I dropped off my bike. However, once the work was completed, I was told the clutch cable installed by another shop was incorrect. The mechanic, Danny, adjusted it and assured me it would hold until it could be replaced after their upcoming trip. Unfortunately, as soon as I returned home to Tucson, the clutch began slipping again, leaving me in the same position I was before bringing the bike in. When I called to discuss the issue, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional communication. I was told they would never let a bike leave with an issue, contradicting what I was originally told. Attempts to coordinate a time to bring the bike back were met with curt responses, repeated reminders they were "out of town," and eventually, I was told if I couldn't make their timing work, I should "find another shop." The situation escalated further when I was called directly and told I was a "bug" for following up on my repair. The call ended with the shop refusing to work on my bike altogether. A text reply afterward was unprofessional and sarcastic. In the end, I am out several hundred dollars, my bike's clutch still slips as it did before, and the level of customer service I received was unacceptable. Overall, while my initial interaction was positive, the lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect in follow-up communication makes it impossible for me to recommend Motorwitch. read more

So I'm not sure their is enough that can be said about Danny and his crew. I left Id on my maiden retirement trip my bike took a shit on me in Flagstaff Az. After some some calls I was directed to contact Danny. After working all day Danny come to Flagstaff from Phoenix to pick up bike and myself a 5 hour trip, he damn sure didn't have to do this. He also helped me get set up in a motel close to his shop. The following morning Danny, Mike & Jax ( hope i didn't spell that wrong ) jumped on my bike first thing to get me back on the road. They found that the clutch hub bearing went out and grenaded the clutch pack. they got the parts and had it back together that same day, the following morning it was put on the dyno to make sure everything was good. Danny had another appt to go to and Mike finished it up and i was back on the road by 10:00 that morning. Having just moved to PHX I wanted to find a motorcycle shop to work on my Harley Sportster and my XG 500. After checking out a few shops and taking to some friends I went to the Collective shop. It's downtown in the Arts District located next to a brewery. The shop is a bit hidden, but they share the building with Torch Industries and FXR Division. Once I made it through the shop door I was greeted by two guys. They listened to my needs and told me to bring my bikes anytime. I came back a couple of days later and got new tires and an oil change. The price was good and the bike was only there overnight. I was so impressed with the work on the XG that I brought the other bike in for a 10-thousand mile service. I am going to go back for a pipe and dump tune shortly. This shop made me feel welcome, didn't talk down to me backside I am female, and did a great job doing the work and explaining to me what was done. read more
