I requested a copy of the invoice and was then informed I would be charged $50 to replace the studs and lug nuts -- despite this being damage caused during my previous visit. I was told the charge was due to the tires being removed for brake work. That explanation is incorrect. I replaced the brakes and rotors prior to your team performing front-end work on my Jeep in 2024, and the tires have not been removed since the last rotation. I even provided documentation to confirm this. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for any future service. A mistake was made, and instead of taking responsibility, I was asked to pay for repairs that resulted from your shop's error. He declined to let me know where it's at, kept me from being able to go to my RV to get my personal property, but he himself RV twice to get me personal property that he claimed that he could only get things not everything declined to let me even get my personal property from it said it was sold with the RV I would not trust this company.
