The complaints against Crystal Rock are quite concerning actually, and CR does not have Spring water currently, only filtered. The lab TDS indicates ~300 and pH 8.1 (alkaline) however the Spring Water I have here appears to test at about 230 (calibrated) TDS which is not typical for e.g. Colorado mountain spring, but perhaps a mineral spring, perhaps as expected in the Northeast. Lower TDS values do not imply quality for Spring water as they do with purified water. The rest of the lab results are more important than TDS of course, for many reasons. Still evaluating and requesting more information on spring source but am quite happy so far. Rental coolers can be top or bottom mounted and heat water as well if switched on. At a reasonable $39/mo total for four 5-gal drums delivered including dispenser rental, I'm drinking far more high-quality water and avoiding copious amounts of chlorine or the Brita routine, despite formerly trying all the water bottles and hydration hacks known to man. Try em out.
