4 stars for the food. 5 stars for the service. 5 stars for the nature photography around the place. 1 star for the mixed messages. I'm pretty sure Jesus wasn't down with war or cops. Unquestioned support and loyalty to either of the latter is about as Christian as an electric chair. Is it peace and love or violent control and heaps of brown bodies? As an Indigenous person in an unfamiliar town and a peaceful man I felt unwelcome and deeply uncomfortable. If I'd really noticed before I ordered I would have left.

We were sooo happy we found this little spot on a pit stop through Boulder! Their curly fries were perfectly crisp, the burger was juicy, and the huckleberry milkshake was delicious. The cherry on top was the service; Cheri, our waitress, was probably the best waitress I have ever had. She was so hospitable and made us feel so welcome! She was servicing the whole diner by herself and was doing an incredible job doing so and keeping everyone happy. Will def recommend this place to others passing through the area!

This place is OK as long as you like neon lights and a serious Christian theme when you are eating. The owners are friendly, but if it gets busy, their grille is small and you will be stuck waiting for your food. Love eating there at the bar though when it isn't busy.

We're full. Good food. Good prices. Nice little restaurant.

Quant little dinner. Good service, fast. Great food. The mushroom Swiss burger on special was yummy. Killer good apple pie ala mode. Worth the stop. I'd come back next trip through. Quite a nice little town.

When we came in at around 4pm, there seemed to be plenty of tables available but after an hour, the place quickly filled up. Vibes/Service: Parking lot in the back and it seemed there was some street parking available as well. Many, many tables available with bar seating as well. It can certainly fit a larger group. Great service from our server. Checked on us often and filled up our waters. Food: Because it was our first meal here, we wanted to try out their staple dishes. -Bison Potstickers ($16): 5 pieces topped with mango and garlic chili sauce and served with some coleslaw. Rich and filling, paired well with the sauce. Would order this again! -Bison Patty Melt ($22): it was my first time eating Bison, the waiter suggested medium rare. It looked more red than I usually like but it actually was juicy and tasty-- I guess this is the difference between a regular beef patty. I'd also order this again. -Served with pepper parmesan fries which was so uniquely food. Fries were fresh. -Huckleberry Cream Ale ($8/pint) paired well with my meal.

My server knew the special menu, regular menu and drinks very well. I ordered the bison patty melt and tots for the meal and the Bridger Hazy IPA for the drink. The bartender recommended the IPA and it was excellent. The homemade tots were great. A shredded potato in the middle, nice and creamy and crunchy exterior. Feedback was there were only 5 on the plate. Definitely could use more. The bison patty met was perfectly cooked. A lot of folks overcook and dry out the bison. It was perfectly medium and juicy. Feedback would be a little char on the patty would be great. The service really tailed off in the end, it was not super busy and they had about 5 servers behind the bar. I sat there for at least 15 min until another bar tender asked if I wanted another brew and my server came about 5 to 10 later to attend to things.

I ended up getting the three egg breakfast, with linked sausage, hash browns and a couple lemon ricotta pancakes. My friend got two eggs, the huckleberry French toast and pork linked sausage. First, let's start with the positive notes. The place was clean, there dining room was big with plenty of open tables, our server was super nice and we were seated right away, the food was good for the most part. My over medium eggs were perfectly done, my lemon ricotta pancakes were delicious but the entire experience was ruined when the server brought out the bottle of TABLE SYRUP instead of maple syrup! I realize this is a small business but I haven't eaten Mrs Butterworth syrup since I was like a child. Anyway, the pancakes were fluffy, delicious and perfectly done, the sausage however had a soft mildly off-putting texture and the hash browns seemed old and had no flavor. I would come here again but not for the hash browns or table syrup.

We liked that they had both breakfast/brunch options but also lunch options. I got the Ore Cart and it was pretty straightforward - you can pick either pancakes or french toast, 2 eggs how you like, and either bacon or sausage. I chose the french toast over the pancakes at the recommendation of the server, and I definitely think it was a good rec. The toast was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Very yummy! We noticed that there's a lot of Indian influence on the menu and learned that one of the owners is from India! Very neat and unique to offer items like the Masala Spice omelette. The food did take quite a while to come out. Our server had noted that the kitchen was waiting for our chicken patty to defrost. I think normally the food comes out faster, but unfortunately for us this was not the case. The Cooper Plate is located in a casino and is not it's own building. It felt healthy and bountiful, and my server was friendly. However, the ambiance was very strange. The casino in the same building is a little uncomfortable and the high ceilings, mirrors, and low lighting make it feel utterly like a dinner restaurant. It was disquieting to eat breakfast in there. Also, I didn't like their choice of ceramic plates, the silverware made abrasive, awful noises scraping the plate. In conclusion, great food, odd vibes.
