As a former east coaster I believe that no pizza place on the west coast will get a 5 star review from me. But mountain mikes came pretty darn close. Very tasty just enough cheese, not too much sauce. The crust was a little too thick for my liking but still good. crunchy outside chewy inside. We love this place. The buffets is the best and the main reason for going, but we have ordered our own pizzas from time to time and that as awesome, too. The buffet includes pizza, salad and drink and you will eat way too much if you are not careful. Unlike many other pizza buffets, this place will NOT skimp on the pizza. Not only do they keep the pizza coming, but they make all kinds of pizza. There will be at least 6 or 7 types of pizza to choose from including a few of the "high end" pizzas with chicken and white sauce. They even made Mac and Cheese pizza once which was a hit with my daughter. There is usually a dessert pizza as well. Best Service of any Mountain Mike's I've been to. The food is super fresh--- the salad bar and pizzas get replenished regularly. The manager,Jeff is a gem. Some members of my family are vegetarian and he offered to prepare some veggie pizzas for us. They came out, cheesy and piping hot and he even provided us our own tongs to serve ourselves so that we wouldn't have to share them with others who would use them on the meat pizzas. He is so considerate and always smiling, as are all the staff at this location. Technically they are supposed to end the buffet at 2 pm, but they continued to put fresh pizzas out past 2:15, for the customers that continued to come in. Really great establishment. As a side note, I live literally 5 minutes from the Mountain Mike's in Argonaut Plaza in Saratoga, but the service there is terrible---rude staff and the food is never fresh. They stop replenishing the buffet before 2 pm even if customers are still arriving. It's worth the 20 minute drive to East Hamilton to enjoy fresh food and great service at the Campbell location of Mountain Mike's. read more

The people at Mountain Mike's at this location are always friendly and helpful. We have a social group that comes here often after nearby activities. We also have hosted small-ish fundraisers here, and the management is easy to work with and accommodating. The Creamy Garlic Veggie pizza is beyond delicious!! And the buffet nights can't really be beaten: all you can eat pizza, salad bar, and fountain drink for 9!! And every game you can think of is on their many televisions. read more

Done with delivery from here. Love the pizza, but they can't seem to get it together with bringing it to our house in any consistent way. A couple of months ago, a "new" driver charged an exorbitant amount for a tip when my teenager was home with a credit card ($25 on a $40 order). Last month, they only brought half of my order. And tonight the driver went to a place they don't even deliver and called to say he couldn't find our house. Hard when you're 10 miles away. I have been ordering pizza from this place for YEARS....but tonight? The WORST service I have ever received anywhere!! Do not eat here!!! I had pre paid for my pizza, received delivery and everything was ok until my roommate informed me that their card was charged instead of mine, which is the one I told them to use. I thought no big deal I'll call and they will easily fix it. I was far from wrong. After calling and being informed that they would have to make another charge I said "no, forget it, just take my card off please." Then somehow my roommate gets ANOTHER charge, forcing me to call AGAIN. So I call back to try and explain to the guy but he keeps interrupting to ask stupid obvious questions that I've already answered, trying to tell him that the issue is there is now 2 charges. Not only did they not seem to understand me telling them their simple mistake, they got angry at me for their stupidity, after asking me dumb questions like "so this card didn't get charged" yes at this point I've said it like 5 times that the issue is a double charge at this point, then he starts yelling and cussing at me out of nowhere saying listen here you punk ass little shit, hangs up, I call back and he starts threatening me saying he has my address and that he is going to come to my house, telling me to come to the store threatening to fight me. According to him he is the manager yet he wouldn't give me his name, how he is the manager there I seriously don't know and I honestly doubt he actually is, if he is he's the worst manager I've ever seen, highly incompetent for his job that should have been a simple fix. I hope they are happy they just lost a good customer. Get some anger management dude! Take a management class as well! read more

This pizza place is underrated. The same owner owns four other Mountain Mikes establishment in the Bay Area as well. Although I have no experience ordering from them over the phone, I will say their lunch buffet is extraordinary pleasant. They also have dinner buffets on Mondays and Wednesdays with a price that is hard to beat ($9 w/ a drink). Sometimes, their pizzas are too doughy, but most often times, they're cheesy and chewy. With their newly renovated interior, and their small gaming room, this is the ideal place for any family gathering. read more

I'm pretty sure our order was not put in when I paid for it. It was just one small pizza and 12 chicken wings. After 30 minutes of me asking several people, someone came over and asked what our order was. The kids working there were rude, and had zero communication skills. It was like they were Zombies. Finally after an hour I asked for a refund and we got up to go. The girl gave me the pizza finally and with a poker face expression she said I'm refunding your money. Surprisingly m and m pizza on hamilton is pretty darn good. My girlfriend is a vegatarian so we've been having the creamy garlic vegatarian pizza with the roasted broccoli. It's good! Service in the store is high. They have been very willing to accomodate. Bringing cups of ranch or whatever. There are many monitors to watch your favorite sport. I had the lunch buffet. The pizza is very low quality, mostly flavorless with low quality tasting ingredients and bad texture. I was happy they offered Pepsi though as so many offer Coca Cola, yuck! I hate to bash this place because their pizza is good and I like the half price deal on Tuesdays but when I went online to check prices and figure out what I wanted and then decided to order the spaghetti with meatballs for $5.59 I got a rude awakening when I called and the price was $3.50 higher than the advertised price. While the manager was sympathetic and explained that they were a franchise and that was the cause of the disparity in price, to me it felt like a bait and switch or minimally false advertising. I really like Mountain Mike's Pizza, just not this Mountain Mike's. I called there last night to order a pizza, and I told them I had the half off coupon (up to $8) from the Entertainment book. The employee pauses for a second and says that they don't take that coupon for delivery. "Really?" I say, because the back of the coupon clearly shows this specific location as accepting this coupon and states all of the offer conditions, and nowhere does it say that it cannot be used on delivery. In fact, it states, "$15 Delivery Minimum." So, I continue to question why I cannot use this coupon. Then I am put on hold and another employee proceeds to tell me I cannot use this on delivery. I again question this. He says that the owner of this specific franchise does not accept this coupon on delivery orders, and the owner did not write the coupon, so it's not his fault. WHAT? Is it the customer's fault that the owner does not know how to proofread the coupons he clearly agreed to be a part of? Error or not, he should honor his coupons, it's the ethical thing to do. So now he saved his $8, but he lost a customer, and I'm sure he'll lose every other customer who calls trying to use this coupon. I did email the corporate office and they wrote back right away and were very apologetic. That's nice, and I'll definitely go to other Mountain Mike's in the future, but I would never go back to this one. read more

I've been coming to this location for years- since Middle school when they would give out free pizza vouchers for student of the week...and ever since my family came to dine here on their delicious pizzas. Now that I have a family of my own, I come here with my kids who love their Hawaiian pizza and me and my husband can kick back drinking our pitcher of beer with our choice of pizza. I highly recommend coming here on Tuesdays for the 50% off of any pizza night and advise you to come early because it gets packed! Why would you not take advantage??! I've been going to this Mountain Mike's for years. The pizza hasn't changed much, and it's still good pizza, but good pizza is not hard to find. The problem with this Mountain Mike's is that they are now guilting people into tipping them ... when all we're doing is picking up our own pizza! We're not eating there; we're not asking for delivery. I know, if you don't want to tip then don't tip. Fine, but my wife felt guilty when the screen was turned to her and they said, "Let me turn this to you so you can leave a tip."
