First of all, the pizza here is 4 stars even though they were stingy with the sausage. For the price I paid for one pizza, I felt like I was kind of ripped off. As for the wings, skip them here as it was two stars at best. I knew that I'd like the pizza here as I had it a few times at my meetup group at another location. Anyways, the pizza is good, but a little on the pricey side with toppings. I think the guy on the phone said it was $12 w/o toppings and $2.50 for each topping when I asked him about the prices. I also got a six piece order of wings. The wings that I had at the other location were much better even if they were a little on the soggy side. The wings at this location tasted a little old, yuck! And they were small too. As for the pizza, it was good and fresh! They put a lot of cheese on the pizza, but they were stingy with the sausage, boo! It was still good though. It was hard to limit myself to just two slices! So for the pizza with three toppings, a liter of diet Pepsi, and a 6 piece order of wings, my total came out to a little over $38. This place has the best all you can eat lunch ever! (11-2pm) I just started coming to this spot with my boyfriend (since it's near my school) the past month and let me tell you it never fails me! The lunch special includes all you can eat pizza (they have different pizzas made for you & you just walk up and grab as much as you like or as much as you can eat!), they also have a great variety of fresh vegetables you could choose from for your salad (baby corn, beets, potato salad, macaroni salad, etc...) For two people it was only $15 & some change. What a deal! This is also a great place to watch the games cause almost every where I turn there's a nice T.V right in my face. BAM! I like! This place has gone down the tubes. Total shit pizza place. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and 6 wings and given how busy they were they said about 20 minutes. I grab a set and about 25 minutes later I was told it would be a few minutes longer. I sit and wait and instead of calling my name when my order was ready it goes in their finished order oven. After 45 minutes total I go and ask about my order and low and behold it's been ready and it's all dried out. The cheese is no longer hot and my wings are dry. To top it off, one pizza was made incorrectly. So i ask them to make it right and granted I receive an apology, that's all I get. I'm told 7 minutes so now it's been 10. Ugh...I hate this place and will NEVER EVER, EVER come back here. They have great deals but they need to get their act together. At least I have a trustworthy microwave that will have my food hot and ready when it says it will. I say to my microwave, 30 seconds, and it complies. It even beeps at me when it's ready. I was very impressed with Alexis, the lady in charge because of her friendliness and enthusiasm! The service is great and the food is fresh and delicious, but it is a little pricey and you expect to be wow'd, but only come out very satisfied. hehe. The tipping point was the chicken garlic. I'm used to Via Mia's or Triple Seven where you get strips of chicken breast, and this looked like they sprinkled enough on to hit each piece, but then took a little back to save money. Just went here tonight as I had a hunger for pizza. And I also happened to have coupons for this place via Val Pak. Ordered a large bacon cheeseburger pizza. I ordered the large, even though I knew that I would not finish it all and would have to end boxing up what was left over (which happened, of course). The pizza comes out fresh, the salad bar is actually pretty good, free refills on the drinks, and big TV's playing live sports (the big screen had the Giants game, which was a nice treat). The pizza was not bad at all; the right amount of cheese, not too much sauce, crunchy-on-the-outside-chewy-on-the-inside crust, and good, well-distributed toppings. I had the choice of supreme, pepperoni, Chicken Bacon Club, a few others I don't remember, and cheesy breadsticks. The point is, there's a good selection of freshly-made pizzas to choose from, and during lunch, they're always making new ones. The salad bar is not bad either. Alright. Not to brag or anything, but I believe I've come up with the most amazing pizza ever. Bacon, Spinach, and Garlic on top of a white sauce pizza. Then again, Mountain Mikes carried out my concoction, so I guess that makes them even more amazing. The pizza itself was topped off with a good amount of bacon (because that's what's important - the BACON) and spinach with enough garlic to notice that it's there. The crust was soft and I enjoyed every bite. The service was awesome! I called back about three times and every time I was helped, they were friendly... However, they could probably make use of a new phone because I probably repeated myself 3-4 times every time I spoke. The delivery was pretty quick, therefore the pizza was still warm. Thank based god! The price was reasonable - after the use of my coupon, for two large pizzas (I also ordered a spinach and pineapple pizza for a homie that I didn't try) it was $25. Alright, Covid has been the struggle... We've ALL had to deal with it. Somewhere, somehow the delivery driver screwed up and we didn't get our pizza by 8pm.... But wait, there's more.... The OWNER caught this and hand delivered our pie (maybe a bit late, but it got here piping hot and delicious). Mad props to the ownership for making this experience, maybe not terrific, but absolutely salvaged. BTW, still our family's go-to for pizza because it's fresh, well sourced, and never skimps. There was a girl who was was at the cash register on Tuesday 1/5/2020 in between 4pm-10pm. It seemed as if she was a manager since she was yelling at some fellow co-workers in front of customers and other employees, making a scene and embarrassing the young kid taking orders on the phone. She was very unprofessional and rude to say the least. I will say it. She's a straight up bitch and should get fired. I don't give a f*** if this is profane because she deserves the hate. Last Friday, I needed an easy dinner for the kids so I called this establishment and ordered a large pepperoni pizza for pick-up. I realized upon hanging up that this simple order might possibly be made less expensive by using a coupon. Not surprisingly, there was a large one topping coupon that brought the price down by $4, if I remember correctly. The coupon read that you must print it out and present it, so I printed it and brought it with me. Upon entering the restaurant. I was almost greeted by two people who both grumpily told me they would be with me in a minute. I know buying a pizza doesn't make me own the joint, but a little friendliness goes a long way, there was none. I wasn't in a rush so I stood there and patiently waited while they finished up what they were doing. I tried to ignore the long fake fingernails digging in the change drawer (Yuck! Long nails are generally frowned upon in the food service industry because they are a place for all sorts of germs to live and breed). The grumpy guy was taking a phone order and I heard him say, "...it's ok, I have the coupon here". Odd, the coupon says it must be printed and presented, but cool, he wasn't being a stickler. When both servers were free, the grumpy girl server says to the grumpy guy server, that he should help us. So far, off to a great start. After asking what my order was, he pulled over his dirty, beat up looking tablet and gives me the total as we started the payment process. At that point I slid the coupon over the counter. The guy huffs and puffs and pretty much rolls his eyes as he explains that I HAVE to mention that coupon when I am ordering. He walks away as he tells me, "it's going to be a couple minutes." I was shocked by his candor. I could not believe his tone and surely did not feel I deserved it. He walked away, leaving me at the counter, wide eyed in disbelief, and speechless. He returned and emphasized that I should have mentioned the coupon when I called and that he had to do the whole thing over. I had no idea what he was referring to, as I am not familiar with his operating system or order protocol, but I do know I have never been treated like this for presenting a coupon at a pizzeria. It came to mind that I passed about 12 pizza places on my way there and any other one of those places, I'm sure, would have been happy to have my business. I told him to keep his pizza, he nonchalantly said "OK" as I walked away. I still don't understand why this guy reacted the way he did. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable. His attitude was uncalled for and confusing. Especially after I heard him tell someone to not bother presenting an actual coupon. I will never go back. Attempting to use a coupon is not a crime as far as I know. I called Pizza My Heart and placed the same order. I drove there and gladly paid more money to their friendly cashier who made me feel welcome in their restaurant. They gave me placemats and crayons to bring home to the kids too! Nightmare situation. I had a consulting project to complete, so I ordered online from mountainmikes.com. I wanted to send in the order, pick it up, and continue working on my project. I waited for about 15 minutes, and then went to the ATM to get money. When I arrived at Mountain Mike's, I gave the person at the counter my name and told him I had made an Internet order. AT THAT POINT, AND ONLY AT THAT POINT, did he reach down to the printer and pick up a printout with my order. I had saved no time whatsoever in placing the Internet order. So I was given a receipt and a number as though I had just placed the order. Even then, no move had been made to expedite my order. I waited about 10 more minutes and then checked on my order, explaining that I needed it quickly. The person at the counter told me that it was all my fault and that I should have called when I hadn't heard from them after 15 minutes. Hello? The customer service at this location is extremely poor. We tried the online ordering tonight - ordered a large pep and a large chop salad. First trip in was made by my wife and she was told there was no order placed. Upon calling in I was told the order got lost and it would be 20 minutes for a new pizza. I asked for a refund as I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for a pizza and was told that a pep pizza was already done and ready for pick up if we came back in right away. Amazing how the story changed in 30 seconds!! My wife had only gone back to the car to call me so upon returning she was greeted with an extremely rude attitude. No apologies. My wife asked to get some sodas which two cans of coke and a juice totaled over $5.00 - this is absurd pricing for soda. Upon returning to our work site approx 1 mile from the restaurant the pizza was cold and dry. Also, the salad produced for the order was a dinner salad and not the chop as ordered. ($2.00 difference) I can understand the lost order but definitely don't understand why employees here make the extra effort to be rude especially with multiple errors on their part. My family, friends and I have been having our Tuesday night dinner here for a while. The staff and food is always great. Last month I noticed one of the gals that works the counter "cleaning" the side of her shoe with her bare hand...and didn't wash her hands before pulling a pizza from the kitchen and delivering it to a customer. This week when we went on Tuesday, a different gal that works the counter was brushing her hair and cleaning her hair brush in between ringing customers. They were ready upon pick up time. They helped carry them to the car. Jeff was very nice. The students enjoyed the pizza. The gluten free pizza was good, too - similar to another pizza parlor without all the oily residue. We were very pleased with the service and the product. I could see us using them again. This review is based on the lunch buffet. Honestly, most Mountain Mike's pizza buffets suck. There are usually only a couple of stale ass pizzas sitting out, and fresh ones won't be brought out until the old ones are gone, but not here. They usually have a good 5 pizzas including all the specialty pizzas along with cheesy bread. Always hot and fresh. I rarely have to wait for a new pizza because they keep them coming. The salad selection is also very fresh, and I constantly see them monitoring it to make sure everything is stocked. The service is also top notch. Jeff, the owner I believe, is a really cool guy and makes sure everyone is ok. He's even asked me if I wanted a special pizza made for the buffet. Now that is cool. The rest of the employees are also very friendly and attentive with the buffet. This is the only Mountain Mike's buffet worth going to. They actually care about having a selection versus having pizza go to waste. To top it all off, you get all of this plus a drink for about $7. Well played. read more

Don't use the online order option. Maybe the was because it was a Friday or something but we ordered a simple 1 medium, 1 small pizza order with a salad. The site informed that it would be ready in 15 min. We head over to find no one checked their online orders and it would take an additional 15 min. I ordered before the dinner rush at 4:45pm. It wasn't until after they charged us they said it would be an additional 15 min. We had a bit of a time issue so we asked to just cancel since they hadn't made it and void our transaction. We were told they couldn't void it or refund us without a general manager who conveniently wasn't on premisis. With the only option to have tge employee 'text the gm', we had to go. So we left with no pizza and short $45. Having worked in the food industry before I understand things get missed and accidents happen but there was no attempt to compensate in any fashion.
