Ordered Saturday night and the large pizza was the smallest "large" pizza I've seen. I would have guessed it was a medium. The $25 large cheese pizza had barely any cheese was quite frankly just not good. None of the kids at the event we went to ate it, it was as if the cheese disappeared while in the oven. We ordered 2 "large" pizzas and the churros and it came out to $65. Way too overpriced, not good, not enough food for the price. Last time we'll spend our money at mountain mikes after years of picking up pizza for parties. read more

My husband has been ordering from Mountain Mike's for the last several years. We always order the same pizza: pepperoni, artichokes, mushrooms, sausage, jalapeños, & chicken on a thin crust with garlic white sauce. Tonight he accidentally submitted the order without white sauce or thin crust being checked. So he immediately called and spoke to the girl working there who assured him she corrected the order to thin crust with white garlic sauce. My husband always picks up the pizzas. The cost for this pizza $51. I share all this because of what happened next - and the delivery man's extremely rude behavior. Frankly he never should have answered the phone nor gotten involved. But since he did his extremely unprofessional attitude should be reprimanded if not get him fired. My husband normally doesn't have to double check the order before taking it home - but apparently the staff can't be trusted to do what they assure the customer they've handled. When we got home we started eating the pizza but I kept saying there's something really different about it. I kept tasting fennel which is not in their garlic white sauce, then my tongue began to blister, and I knew they gave us the red sauce which I am allergic to. My husband immediately called up and said you mistakenly gave us the wrong sauce on the pizza after assuring me it's going to be corrected. This is when their delivery driver gets involved by answering the phone. His response was I'll give you 10% off next time. Well as you probably guessed this didn't sit well with me especially as my tongue was now really festering due to the red sauce and I required medication. First anyone on Yelp can get 10% off - but most importantly it was never this jerk's place to get involved. After I called back and found out the jerk was the delivery driver and not a manager I asked to speak to the manager, to which he replied I could call back tomorrow. I told him the pizza was wrong and I couldn't eat it the way it was "oh so sorry ma'am we're closing and I'm not making you another one" but you took my $51 didn't you and now I have nothing to eat. Salad bar is $7.50 after tax for a small plate 1 serving only, bad croutons, few items, poor quality salad bar which wouldn't be the worst if it was an All You Can Eat Salad Bar. Come on man. This is one reason why this Mt. Mikes failed and closed before. Looks like nothing has changed. My brother wanted to try it out since we hadn't been here in years. 0 star review for the salad bar. Let's talk pizza. Ordered lg. Pepperoni and bacon which was ok good. I poorer ranch dressing on it to make it better. Ordered a xlg combo and veggie which was ok good as well. Generous on the ingredients so that was a plus. 3 star for the pizzas. Price 2 star. For the price I expect better pizza and all you can eat salad. So we had left over pizza and asked for a box. The box they gave us was used and filthy. When I brought it to the cashier her face was in shock but I felt she wasn't surprised by the mistake. -5 star for that mistake. Was going to give a 2 star average but let's be honest. There's a reason the place is empty. Oh, the bathroom stinks and is dirty. I took a pic of their party room which the whole time I was here there was no party going on. Every table is dirty and not cleared off from being used. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. If I could give this location no stars, I would. I call 90 minutes after my order (estimated time 50min). They state they were attempting to deliver and couldnt reach me. Apparently their online system failed and the location they received was the previous address. I had input new address manually. They had my phone number off by one digit. I give them my correct address, again, and they say it will be there in 10-15 min. THIRTY minutes later they call and have to ask for correct address AGAIN. I login to delete old address from my profile and low and behold there is my correct phone number. Curious how it gave them my old address and an incorrect phone number.... Over 2 hours later I recieved a pizza. The same pizza they made hours ago. Cold. Gelatinous cheese. I call to complain..I'm put on hold twice and am told a manager will call me back in 5 minutes. I am offered 40% off my next order. SERIOUSLY?! I say I know it's not her fault, but this is ridiculous. My three hungry children have been waiting on pizza for TWO hours! I ask for the managers name, she can't give me that info. I ask for her name, she can't give me that info. I do get a call 5 minutes later. But not from manager. She introduces herself as Hailey and tells me the managers will be in tomorrow and to call around Noon and gives me their names. Oh really? Now we are allowed to give out such information? read more

Their food is great and prices, too. However, I have a limited lunch schedule, and they are SLOOOOOWWWWW! Today, we ordered the lunch buffet because of time. We waited ONE HOUR for them to put a pepperoni pizza on the buffet.... a PEPPERONI PIZZA!!! That is just unacceptable. We tried to ask SEVERAL times, but there was no one behind the counter.
