Delish pizza is slowly becoming my go to for pizza. It's located next to a massage parlor and Baskin- Robbins. This shopping center has quite a few businesses but has ample parking. There's a Round Table across the street, that never seems too busy. I've been to this location a few times now. It seems like there's a few locations but this is the closest to me. I usually build my own pizza with vegan cheese and vegan pepperoni. Theres an option of vegan sausage as well. They offer wings, pasta dishes, calzones, salads, and even desserts. The workers here are so nice! If you place an order in person, the wait time they tell you seems to be pretty accurate. I don't mind the wait since the pizza is amazing. Best of all, there are 5 locations to serve you; Gold River (which is the one I am reviewing), College Greens/Rosemont, North Highlands, Midtown, and Woodland. This place delivers within a certain radius but if you take advantage of their "online only" pick-up deals, you can save a ton of money. Since my pizza cravings were kicking in over the weekend, I decided to place an order of a large 1-topping pizza which was an amazingly affordable $13.99 + tax. I simply requested pepperoni and a pick-up time of 6:30pm. After making the 15 minute drive from my home to the restaurant, my pizza was ready and piping hot. They included lots of packets of parmesan cheese, chili flakes, paper plates, napkins, and even ranch dipping sauce at no extra charge. After making the drive home, my pizza looked and smelled amazing. I must say that the abundance of pepperoni was apparent as this thing was loaded with it. The crust was perfectly golden while there was a ton of melted mozzarella oozing from every slice. I think the real winner here is their marinara tomato sauce they use as it was seasoned to perfection with hint of oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Overall one of the better pizzas I've had and undoubtedly tops in the Sacramento area. As I mentioned, definitely take full advantage of their online specials. Everything can be ordered exclusively on their website and if you pre-pay your meal, all you need to do is pick it up and you're good to go.
