I've been here a few times without giving this place a review. It's just everytime Ive grabbed a pizza, I just dive in and forget. Pictured above is the chicken bacon, and it's great. I don't know if they do thick or thin crust(I never asked) but they have a decently sized menu, everything ranging from veggie to BBQ to Pep. They also have other foods but I've yet to try. Also a fridge of soda. This place is really good. I'd go here before Mountain Mike's or Little Caesars. Not that those places are bad, but this place is a local hit and ITS GOOD. I'm told 15min but the pizzas out in 10, Now I'd love to give it a 5, but it's just a safe, good pizza place. You can't eat the pizza here, there is some basic custom options but nothing crazy. They have a house special but I would argue that this place doesn't really have anything stand out or signature to make you go out of your way to visit and try . But don't let that discourage you. If it's pizza night, it's royal pizza or nothing. read more

Probably the best pizza and wings I've ever had in my lifetime. I called for a pickup order cause the fam was hungry and was met with a very sweet man letting me know the pick up time. Once I ordered I forgot to say I wanted them extra toasted and when I called back he was happy to accommodate. The seasonings are fresh. The dough is DOUGH and not frozen crap. And they put sauces in and don't charge you extra. The ambiance is extremely clean but also authentic and cozy. The man that handed me my order was so patient and kind as I struggled with Apple Pay. For such a tiny little place it packs a giant flavor filled punch. Never EVER go to little ceasars down the street cause this place is 1,000X better for basically the same price. I used to pick up a few pies at least once a month, but a few years ago I noticed the pizza was not as good. Last night my usual place was closed, so I decided to try Royal Fresh again, my kids weren't pleased. I ordered two pizzas, two toppings, and a 2 liter. They said 40 minutes, the pizza came an hour later. My son went to the gate of our apartments, he didn't have permission to sign the CC receipt or a pen, the delivery guy said he didn't want to come to the door and have me sign. So needless to say, no tip! I realized when my son came through the door, no 2 liter either! And the pizza was too chewy, not enough cheese or toppings. My girlfriend and I have been getting pizza here since we moved here two years ago, and never once have we considered going back to some bland pizza chain. We normally get either the chicken garlic pizza or the Greek pizza, with white garlic sauce and artichoke hearts. Tonight we noticed on the menu that they offer thick crust for only a dollar extra. This made a world of difference! Their normal thin crust is also very good, but is thin enough that the cheese and toppings account for most of the taste and substance of the pizza. By ordering the thick crust, it makes the pizza twice as substantial! The crust is thick all the way through the pizza, not just at the edges where you hold it. We can normally polish off 3/4 of a thin crust pizza, but tonight we barely made it halfway through! Definitely worth the extra dollar. Be sure to grab a flyer from the box in front of their counter - there are coupons on the backside of it that will save you a few bucks off this already reasonably-priced pizza. read more

After being asked for our address repeatedly after the information was given, even spelled out for them, they still couldn't comprehend the simple street name, "Walnut" and rang back to her to tell at her and basically force her to cancel the order. She was so flustered by the idiocy plundering about, actually answering the phones to take orders, that she simply had to cancel the order. I called, and just ordered breadsticks 10 minutes to closing, and they said be there before they closed. I got there five minutes before they closed, and the owner and his wife were driving away in their car. He rolls down his window and starts yelling at me out his widow about how I can't order that close to closing, and they already turned off their ovens, and a lot of other things that were hard to understand due to his accent. I repeatedly asked him to quit yelling at me and procceded to ask why they took my order and told me to be there before they closed if they had no intention of completing my order; towhich his response was "not my problem". I myself work in pizza and know how customers can be, so I tried very hard to not raise my voice and instead was met with a screaming Russian man. This pizza place lies amongst the run down strip malls which represents Rancho Cordova. I decided to try a pizza from Royal Fresh Pizza after driving past it many times and was pleasantly suprised. I just got the large combo pizza which cost $15.00. The crust was good and pizza had just enough sauce and toppings on it to make it my style of pizza. They do deliver and the hours listed are from 11am-closing and says it is open late. Not sure what that means but I am definitely calling them first late at night when I am craving a pizza.
