Was the worst pizza place I've been to. It was dirty employees was taking pizza from the buffet. Went specifically for the buffet and nothing came out the whole time I was there. Waited for 30 minutes until I had to ask if any pizza was coming out. The owner said there is ham and pineapple with garlic bread out. I replied That I don't like pineapple and ham. I'm only giving 4 stars because of my negative experience today with the cashier. I called and ordered a pizza and the person who took my order was kind and very professional. As a matter of fact the 1st time I ordered on a different day, the person who took my order was nice.. However, my 2nd visit when I went in to pick up my pizza, a man WITH NO MASK ON. He was an Indian man (only mentioning his ethnicity so that they will know who I am complaining about). This man had no mask on and it bothered me enough to post this and to not return if the behavior continues. I ordered another pizza the same day and guess who answered the phone to take my order?! The same no mask wearing cashier and he rushed my order. When I picked up my 2nd Pizza, the same man with NO MASK was at the register. Basedbon his attitude he may be the owner and if he is, he needs to put a mask on and keep it on just like the sign on the front door tells the customers to! I was really hoping that things were going to stay good at this location. I ordered a pizza and was quoted a pickup time of 15-20 mins. When I came to pick it up about 25 minutes later I paid and then was told it was still in the oven and to have a seat. After about 30 minutes of sitting right in front of the employee I finally decided to ask what the holdup was. She then scrambled around and notified me that the order was never entered and that it would be another 20 minutes. This was now over an hour after I placed the order and 30 minutes after I arrived and paid for a order that was never placed. I opted for a refund due to the fact that I didn't have 1 1/2 to wait for a small pizza. We ordered delivery directly from Mountain Mike's and it took over an hour to get to us but when I called about it the girl on the phone was very nice and was happy to check on it for us. Our order was initially scheduled to take 50 minutes - I called at 65 minutes and it arrived maybe 5 minutes after I called. Their pizza is pretty good for a chain in general but I'm especially happy with their gluten free crust. It's not too crackery and doesn't taste like chemicals at all (the way Round Table's GF crust does.) The cheese could be of higher quality but again - they're a chain and I'm not expecting a Michelin Star or anything. It's a solid choice if you don't want to spend a ton of money but I suggest you go pick it up if you don't want to wait a long time for it to arrive. read more

I called in my order and was told 20-30 minutes. For a large pizza and wings. When I went to pick up my order the guy took his time to bring his ass out from the kitchen. We ordered a pizza called the Everest which comes like a combination type thing, you know, mushrooms sausage pepperoni salami red peppers etc. etc. we get home and we chose not to open the box which is our mistake and it's a full pepperoni pizza. But we also didn't realize not only was the pizza at the completely wrong type, but it was burnt to a Crisp to the point there was no red sauce. It was completely cooked out. So before we had noticed that I called the manager and he's like sure use my name and have a free pizza next time, but once we realized how burnt it was and that there was to sauce on it I demanded a second pizza but he did not have the authority to give that to me. So, in summary wrong pizza given to us, and the pizza that was given to us was burnt to black. On 8/26/21 I ordered a pizza with the following instructions. "Comment: Pepperoni pineapple on one side jalapeños and banana peppers on the other. ALLERGY". I got the pizza and it had pepperoni all over it, one side banana peppers, one side jalapeños. I went back in to let them know there was a mistake at which point I talked to Brianne. She walked away to the back of the restaurant after letting her know the pizza was wrong and going over the order again, wasn't sure what she was doing so we stayed standing at the front counter at which point she starts talking to the other employees about how we "were just standing there". We received the pizza and left again. Only to realize this time they had put pepperoni and banana peppers on the whole thing and jalapeños on one side. Ordered pizza from here and my husband and I got extremely sick. I called and explained the situation and a female employee said well I dont know what you want me to do. So I asked for a manager and I explained to him the situation. I asked for a partial refund because it made us sick. Not a full refund just partial. His response was that they served 200 pizzas and havent had a complaint before or yet. He also said they havent had a complaint in 2 years. I highly doubt that given their low yelp rating. I told him that I would have to go to corporate for his poor attitude towards the situation and the way he handled it. He said go right ahead. I am not a person that complains unless something is really really bad, but tonight i have never ever experienced an issue of this severity in my entire life. I used to be a manager at a pizza place for years and i wld never have ever treated anyone this way. My husband ordered our pizzas online. Got me Gluten free small and him a regular small. I got there to pick it up and the girl didnt read the order and didnt give me a receipt. It wasnt even made so i had to wait. Whatever no big deal. When its ready they hand it to me dont open it or nothing. I left. Got home, we opened it, its not gluten free. He insists that it didnt print that way and we had to have ordered it wrong. I said ok well i need to get the right pizza, i cant eat wheat, so he goes ok whatever ill make it. We ordered a Medium, Pepperoni Pizza tonight 5/15/14 and when we got it, it was not only cold, and rubbery, but it was so full of Grease, I could have squeezed it out. I didn't have to because it just oozed out all on its own. I am so dissatisfied I will never order from you again. You used to be our favorite, but not anymore. I'm surprised at the bad reviews for this location. My fiance and I noticed that the window for this store advertised a great selection for draft beer, so we decided to try it. The service was very friendly, the set up and seating is very comfortable. The quality of the food is very good. The pitcher of beer was served with icy mugs (nice touch).
