Tried Mountain Mike's today and went with the Pikes Peak all-meat pizza -- absolutely loaded and full of flavor. I also grabbed the cinnamon dessert pizza, which was the perfect sweet finish. Both were delicious! The staff here made the experience even better. The woman at the counter was super welcoming and recommended some extras I ended up loving, and the cook came out and was just as friendly. You can tell they care about their customers. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had with any Mountain Mikes. I ordered pizza at 6 PM and was told 45 minutes for delivery. I told them that's fine. I called back a little before 7 PM to ask for an ETA since it was about to be 1 hour since we ordered the pizza. I was told there is one delivery driver and he should be there any minute now. At 7:15 PM I called back and asked the guy on the phone for his name and he mentioned it was Daniel. I asked Daniel can you please contact your delivery driver to get an ETA and give us a call back. Daniel agreed. At 7:20 I called Mountain Mikes for a 4th time and asked to speak to a manager, the lady that answered the phone said she was the manager and if I could please hold. I told her that's fine. 8 minutes late Daniel answers the phone again and I told him I was on hold for the manager, Daniel stated the manager has left, I told Daniel I was on hold for the manager for 8 minutes what do you mean she left, he stated I don't know. I asked for the managers name and he stated it was Noor. I also mentioned to Daniel that I asked for a call back with the delivery drivers ETA his response was he didn't answer his phone. At this point I told him to cancel my order. At 7:42 PM I received a phone call from an individual asking for my address and that they were trying to deliver pizza to us. We told the delivery guy we cancelled that order 20 minutes ago. We have just recently moved to Fairfield, the distance from my house and this Mountain Mikes location is 3 miles. You can't make this shit up! read more
