I have mixed feelings about this place. I mean the pizza is good (that is the only thing I order from this place) and I always get delivery. I never have eaten at this place so I wouldn't be able to tell you how clean or dirty it is or how good or crappy the service was at the register. Every time I call to order for delivery, the cashier knows what I'm talking about. She gets my order correct and that's that. Ordering/delivery time takes a total of 1 hour or 1 hour and half at the most. So keep that in mind when you are ordering for delivery. Not down for the wait? Order online to pick up. As far as the pizza - it's good. Better quality than the mountain mikes in Martinez but not better than the mountain mikes in el sobrante! That one is by far #1! read more

Price - $31 for a large Hawaiian Pizza. Wait time - 5 minutes past the 45 minute delivery time. Service - Delivery guy was nice but looked chronically confused like 'why am I delivering pizza?' Have been trying to find a good pizza place which will deliver to Pinole. I was excited to see that their was another option besides Xtreme, Neto's, Me and Ed's and the other usual chain pizza places. I called them up on a Friday night and even let them know that I was excited to have another option besides the other not very good pizza places. They guy answering the phone had a hard time hearing what I was saying and kept on asking me to repeat myself (no problem it was loud on his end), he let me know it would take an hour for delivery (no problem, I understood it was a Friday night), he said he wouldn't be able to use my coupon due to us getting a half Margaritte/half meat lover's (No problem). We ordered the pizza, chicken wings and bread sticks.... When we received the pizza (PROBLEM!!!!)- it was a pepperoni pizza and we got cheese sticks. Forget it! We were hungry and we ate it. It was only so-so. Too much dough. Oh and no parmessan or crushed peppers with the pizza- even though I asked if that was in the box-- WTF?! does it really cost that much more to throw that in? I just don't know what to do since there is no good/dependable pizza place in this area!!! I've given up and will just have to go to Berkely or SF for good pizza. read more

Very unhappy with this location . More then once we have ordered pizza and have been told 45 minutes and it's taken every bit of an hour and a half . The last time we ordered we looked online picked a specialty pizza (sizzling bacon) and a pepperoni and phone in . The pizza took close to 2 hours to show up . The delivery guy had no parmesan or peppers . I payed him and even tipped him anyway . When we opened the boxes we were very disappointed that the pizzas were cold and naked of the toppings . Came here at 1020pm on April 23rd, 2016 to order pizza, that was about 20 minutes ago on and was told they were closed. On YELP and on their own website it states they close at 11pm. I live around the corner from this place and I KNOW they close at 11pm. I gave them a chance and asked "Are you sure you close at 10pm? Because I'm certain you close at 11pm." The guy said nope! We closed at 10pm. I took my business to Roundtable on Sycamore and spent my $80 there. We found mountain mikes pizza on Yelp and it looked really good (plus they opened earlier than a lot of pizza places in the area). We ordered a large McKinley and buffalo wings. This place was so good! I think it's a chain and I wish we had them in LA. Definitely use the check-in offer to get a 10% discount on the pizza. Preet was one of the workers who really "wowed" us with his excellent customer service and kindness. Always on the look out for pizza, and based on my recent experiences in Hercules I need a new joint. I have not had Mountain Mike's Pizza before, but based on other location's reviews it did not sound bad. Got the buffet lunch, price is great at $5.99 for the lunch and $1.50+ more for the soda. The staff was super nice and looking to do their best to be customer oriented. They even asked what pizza we would like out on the buffet. The salad bar was not the freshest, the lettuce was a little wilted. Not the biggest fan of the pizza, a little under cooked and the dough was way too thick. I will let this slide if there is enough cheese to balance the thickness of the crust. Mike's add more cheese. Today was day 4 of their opening. I will give them a pass as they are still working out the kinks and had good customer service. That is why they are a 3 star and not a 2. read more

We ate here recently for their all you can eat pizza and salad bar. The food was decent and we didn't have any complaints with it but the place itself was messy. There was soda spilled all over the floor in front of the salad bar and when we told employees about it, they didn't go a good job of cleaning it so that every time we went back up for more salad or pizza, the floor was still all wet. read more

I will most likely never eat here again. They have a small arcade, which is cool, but that's where it ends. The salad bar was pretty much empty when I went in and the worst part of all was the under cooked sausage on my pizza. I bit into a piece of pizza and the texture felt like raw meat. I delicately (I am a lady after all) spit the mouthful into a napkin and spotted sausage that was raw on the inside. All of a sudden I had a stomachache, even though I knew it was all in my head. My husband went to tell the girl at the front counter and she said "so, what do you want me to do?" UMM... how about a brand new pizza or my money back?? Gave them 3 different chances to get my order right, and each time was a bigger let down than before. The staff seemed kind over the phone, and the delivery drivers are prompt and courteous. But, that doesn't make up for an inferior pie, I suppose. And although my request for crispier crust and lighter cheese may complicate things, it shouldn't be impossible to achieve after 3 tries, with a reminder of how it didn't come to fruition the time before, during each order. Walked in and staff was sitting idle. I ordered a salad bar and took one bite and discovered a very prominent mildew odor. Two bites of salad gave my lunch date the runs. Proof of their sickening food hygiene. Several salad bar items looked spoiled. The delivery time was supposed be by 2:00-2:10. 2:30 came I'm still waiting on my pizza so I call the restaurant they said they never receive my order that was paid for already so they took my order told me I had wait another 45-50 minutes. Ordered a 12 piece of wings and got two different sauces. One bbq and the other franks red hot as the advertisement said. I got 6 plain and 6 covered in bbq when I called back to let them know they told me 15 min and they would have new ones made and to bring the plain wings back to exchange them. When I arrived she said the she told me she said they would inspect them then make me new ones... so why did I wait the 15 min??? After that they continued to tell me I was wrong and that they marinate the Franks red hot wings instead of tossing them in the sauce after they are cooked.
