Very disappointed! This is probably the 3rd time out of 4 that we've come to the restaurant to eat. I tried to call first to order, but no answer. We came in and were not able to order a beer to go with our pizza, no one old enough working. This place is being ran by KIDS! We were told last time we couldn't order the jalapeño garlic knots, because they were too busy. We were told no again tonight. They have 3 tables eating in. We're new to the area and have ordered take out pizza from the Hurricane location twice in the past 3 months. Both times I arrived to pick up my pizza near the end of the estimated ready time, which was 50 minutes yesterday, and each time the pizza was lukewarm when I arrived. The first time I ordered I stopped at the register to say I was there to pick up my carry out. The app says to be prepared to show your ID when picking up to verify your order - this is why I stopped at the register. The employee walked around flustered trying to find my order but didn't look at the warming station at the end of the counter. I had no idea I was supposed to look for my own order and was informed of this after the chaotic searching for my pizza. Yesterday when I arrived I walked directly to the warming/holding area and my pizza was nowhere in sight. It was 50 minutes after I placed my order. I asked an employee who was stacking pizzas at the station if my pizza was ready and she found it sitting on the counter. The pizza honestly tastes better when we reheat it at home the next day because it's at least hot. For the money and the frustration of two cold pizzas in a row - ordered weeks apart - and our only experience at this establishment I can't recommend it to others. read more

We went here for dinner while in St George for shooting competition and the server maybe the manager took amazing care of us! The pizza buffet is where it's all. You have to know the hours for it, because they're limited. The staff is super nice & the pizza is quite tasty. I appreciate the salad bar! If you're not ordering for the buffet, they are a bit spending for a pizza joint. Didn't see any options for drinks other than soda, which is a bummer for those of us who don't drink sodas. Been wanting to try this for awhile. Had lunch special for only $12.99 which included a basic salad bar and pizza. Unfortunately the pizza was disappointing, neither the crust or the toppings were anything to get me excited. Price for lunch was great, but for takeout pizzas it is very expensive. If the pizza was great, it would be worth it and a welcome addition to Hurricane,, but Pizza Factory is way better, less expensive, and worth the drive to St George. read more

Happy to have one of these by us, it was always a go to where we used to live. Friendly service and quick to bring out our food. Plenty of seating inside and a covered patio outside. Even though they were busy, it only took like 20 minutes to get our pizza! Seriously, sooo yummy! The pizza was loaded with toppings clear to the edges! This was literally The. Best. Pizza. I. Have. After reading all the reviews, we decided to give Mountain Mike's a try. We walked into a virtually empty restaurant. There was a family sitting at a table that were clearly done with their pizza and just chatting. There was another woman with her children waiting for a pizza to go. We ordered one large pizza, one small pizza and an order of garlic not-knots. We sat down to wait and listened as the cashier went to the back to chat with the pizza chef. 20 minutes rolled by, then 30, then 45. We were starving and sat patiently awaiting our pizza to go. I almost got up to ask if our order had been forgotten when I saw a small pizza and garlic knot box come out of the back of the kitchen. We knew that we were almost there! After almost an hour of wait, we took our pizzas and left for home, anxiously awaiting this moment that we could finally try Mountain Mike's Pizza. Needless to say, the crust of the pizza is definitely not hand rolled. My husband is a pizza connoisseur, as well as a pizza maker, and this pizza is definitely frozen, which made the whole experience that much more disappointing. Toppings were skimpy on the large, but on the small Pike's Peak, plentiful. We ate about half of the large pizza out of hunger. We won't be returning and it's too bad, because we generally become longtime customers to food establishments that we enjoy. Really good pizza in St. George. The garlic bread is extremely tasty. The servers are very friendly and accommodating even when the place is extremely busy. The establishment is clean and as far as the ambiance, it's a chain pizza joint, not the 4 Seasons. If you want good pizza while in St. George drop by Mountain Mike's. read more

The pizza was better than I expected. Loved the red sauce and the cup pepperoni. However it was over $30 for a large pizza which I thought was pretty pricey. The other snafu was the availability of beer. We looked online and it showed beer was available. Beer was not listed or advertised on the menu or interior of the restaurant when we arrived, so we just had water. That was a bit disappointing. Have to admit we didn't ask , because its Utah. Later my husband called the restaurant and was told that beer was available. So strange, unless they meant root beer! Why not on the menu??? We had never been in Hurricane, Ut, and certainly never heard of Mountain Mike's pizza. We ordered the Pike's Peak and it was fabulous-ingredients piled high, highlighted by their signature curly pepperoni, which are slightly crunchy and very flavorful. These folks take a little longer, but they are making your pizza with care-I watched while I waited. I saw a guy carrying out 2 slices of their pepperoni, and it was covered with pepperoni. I thought it was overpriced for what you get. The pizza is good, about what you would get most anywhere else. The pepperoni was really spicy, more than I would like. Salad bar well laid out with a good selection of items so no complaints there. This is truly worth a 1 (one) star. Incompetent work. My pizza did NOT at all resemble the restaurant's posted pictures. When I told the staff they looked at me, dumbfounded. They went back to correct the issue, and still, it came out wrong. The owner came to me with excuses as to why the pizza did not resemble the pictures of their pizza. This would be by far the worst dining experience I have ever by every metric you can measure a restaurant EXCEPT the staff was nice. Paid $21 plus tip (order at the counter service) for a medium pizza (12 inches advertised, didn't measure it but seemed like a personal sized pizza). Obviously the pizza was tiny and overpriced which I admit is not uncommon now... but I am not exaggerating, it was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. As a pizza connoisseur I took it personally... both my cousin and I agreed Costco pizza is far far better in both taste, quality of ingredients and execution. Costco take and bake pizza is f***ing awful. The dough was raw and even if it was cooked appropriately the quality of ingredient was very poor and just tasted gross. We each ate one slice and decided we were done although we were absolutely starving after a day at the lake. And we waited 20+ minutes even though there were two other small groups in the restaurant who had already receives their food.
