I'm really not sure anyone could have had an experience that was anything close to what I've experienced here and give a good rating. In the bar side, the waitresses are inattentive...and like they are in a hurry and when you flag them down to order or ask for something they act annoyed. To add insult to injury...the food is low quality tastes like they pulled out of the freezer to heat up a pre-made meal...then they literally just toss it in your table and walk off... Very average bar food with hit or miss service. Next to Holiday Inn Express so convenience was extraordinary; however, our second attempt at their menu for takeout to our room produced food in takeout cartons without any utensils for our use to eat. Our first stop heading north we tried calling repeatedly to order but nobody answered the phone. We told them of our dilemma when I had to walk into a very local's bar to order. We decided on the very average chicken fettuccine Alfredo and a house entree salad. On the way back south we stopped in the hotel again, but drove around a bit beforehand. We had the dog and cat with us so the short walk across the parking area had us ordering here again. This time we ordered the, again very average, chicken Marsala, some decent onion rings and a child's small cheese pizza. Again, not much excitement here except the fact that I had returned to our room without any utensils. I was assured they were in the bag as it was dropped off to me while I sat and waited (already 20 minutes) an extra 10 minutes for my meal to be prepared. While I waited I paid and I asked the service person to please bring it out to me when complete, and to please ensure their is utensils, ketchup and ranch dressing. I didn't check the bag as I left because I had to pee. When the wife opened the bag, there was one 2oz ranch, 23 ketchup packs and "NO UTENSILS!!!" I heard that while in the bathroom. The wife stormed out of the room and had someone's a** in the restaurant portion of the establishment. That's my babe. She was pissed. Perhaps ensuring staff pays closer attention to the non-local patrons from the hotel next door, since we are the ones writing the reviews. Perhaps have someone tending to the greeting stand inside the front door to aid in getting things consistently correct from the bar or the dining room. I guess this is the place to be if you are a local, because the service is obviously not the same for the travelers passing through. There is a restaurant on one side and a bar on the other. The Might as Well Lounge is a great party spot! Full bar, you don't have to buy food but they do offer a menu. The sliders are my absolute favorite!! KARAOKE on Saturday nights is so much fun! read more

Went for dinner last night and the restaurant was almost empty. Our server took our drink orders and appetizer order. It took an hour to get drinks and had to ask for our drinks multiple times. Then our server disappeared again for another 30 minutes before taking our food order which took another hour to be served and had to ask both the server and Ed from the Washington Chamber to check on our food order and drink order. When the food was finally served it was awful! 3 hours for dinner in an empty restaurant! Save yourself don't bother going! The food and service are awful!!!!! I'm pretty sure Thursday nights is weekly karaoke nights.... first time I was there there was 3 servers and the man who gave us the service was fabulous! Two tiny slices of Roma tomatoes. No condiments offered, hunted them down myself. I wanted 1/2 order chili fries. Absolute disaster. Big, really big basket of dried up fries and cold chili. The fries had been microwaved (never microwave fries). Use fresh frozen fries, deep fry them, have the chili hot and ready, pull fries from basket, put just enough chili to cover, put under broiler for 20 seconds if you want melted cheese. Done. I wouldn't even give this place a one star. There was cooked cling wrap plastic on our chicken Marsala. And guess what? The chef tried to charge us because we returned it at the almost last bite. I only discovered that wrinkly cooked cling wrap at my last bite. I was already googling the department of health to make a complaint when the chef came out to explain that he will charge us for the food and give us free dessert instead. Hoping to go for their Friday Prime Rib as it gets great reviews. Went for late lunch last Saturday. Had French dip and the wife had the Chicken Parm sandwich. Tots and fries as our sides. It took a Long time for food and only two other parties there. Waitress was awesome. Food was not very good. Tots overdone and not hot. Fries were cold and not good. Great find. Lovely little Italian restaurant between St. George and Hurricane, there is a restaurant side and a bar side . When we arrived, the restaurant was almost completely empty, so they walked us right in. Service was friendly and efficient. Even the chef came by to ask us how our meal was. Over time it filled up a little bit. It was a little on the pricier side (chicken dishes ~$18-22), but good quality and a lot of food. Pollo alla milanese came with a pasta with a lovely white wine sauce. Pollo al carciofi was great with some vegetables. We also got the caprese salad (good but similar to a lot we've seen) and the caesar salad, which was quite good. Also came with complimentary bread. Great for dates or dinners with family. Not a great experience. Called for a reservation on Thursday night. They laughed and said it wouldn't be needed. Walked in to find a note at the front desk, advising us to go to the bar for seating. In fairness, the bar area looked somewhat busy. There was one family at another table, but the entire restaurant was otherwise empty. Service was terrible. Food was mediocre, at best. My hubby and I have had a second home in Coral Canyon for 7 years and have been praying for some place close to eat. We were so excited to see this open in our community. We used to own and run our own restaurants and so I hate to write this review. The owners have divided this establishment into to places. One side is a sports bar- So happy to have more sport bars in Washington. Disclaimer: I have no review of the bar side because we did not enter that part. The other side of the building is a Italian restaurant and that is where we chose to dine. We brought a nice bottle of Merlot to drink, as we always do, just in case the wine menu is lacking. In this case, the wine choices were awful and poor. What I heard next was disappointing. The bus-girl and waitress informed us that the owners do not allow their customers to bring their own quality wines in to drink, (common in Utah) and you cannot pay them a they a corkage fee to open your wine. Once in a while, fine restaurants, do say this when they offer 500+ bottle extensive wine menu. However, here there were only a few wines by the glass to choose from and none of them were of the quality I would drink with a $30+ entree. The reason the waitress told us the owners would not allow us to drink our quality wine was absolutely shocking to me... "The owners don't find it worth it for them!!!!" WHAT? In any business isn't your mission to bring your customers a great quality experience? And by not allowing a customer to enjoy quality wine with their dining experience just because you don't make enough profit is ridiculous. Corkage fees are nothing but profit, which makes no sense to me. Regardless, we were put on guard a bit since the owners did not care about our experience and only ordered an appetizer of mussels to see if the food, without a nice glass of wine, justified the cost. Sadly, 1/3 of the mussels did not open, the rest were grainy and salty. We did not order anything else and left in utter disappointment. Disclaimer: Our waitress was very pleasant and kind but did not know that one should not eat mussels that do not open naturally. Praying we do not get seafood sickness tonight. Disclaimer: If you are gluten free there are very few options for you here and the menu posted on Yelp is outdated and they have removed several of the options I was hoping to have for dinner. I hope you will improve your menu for your gluten free customers and allow wine corkage or improve your wine menu. It appears you love beer because that far exceeds your wine choices. Oh my goodness - what a MAJOR score! We were staying at the KOA down the road for the night. After a week on the road, we were feeling rather road weary. We did not want to eat at one more roadside burger joint. So what a pure delight to find this place! Homemade, delicious Italian food. We ordered the Caprisi salad, the beef ravioli, and the Capellini pasta with added shrimp. It was incredible!! Fresh, strong garlic and basil flavors. Rich sauces. Fresh mozzarella.
