We have been eating at this establishment for about 3 months now. Here is what we have found out: 1. Online ordering very easy to use along with their coupons online. 2. Their online tracker is a bit tricky to work (have to refresh screen to see update of order) 3. We love the taste of their thin crust (not too doughy feel too). 4. Pick up in store saves money along with friendly staff and nice décor. 5. Delivery people are very friendly and have had no problems with food arrival conditions. 6. Their prices may be bit higher but their quality to us is better than those other companies. What we order: (1) Large Thin with Chicken, Beef, Olives, Light Sauce, and Extra Mozzarella Cheese. (Feeds at Least 4 Adults) (1) Mini Pizza with Pineapple, Light Sauce, and Extra Cheese. (Feeds our 2 kids - age 6 & 9) (1) Garlic Bread with Cheese. Only 4 slices but tastes yummy! * One week we ordered this 2 days in a row because it was really good! * We have ordered their Buffalo Chicken. We believe they oven bake the sauce with the chicken. To us this makes the sauce a bit dry. I prefer my Buffalo Chicken wet. We have also ordered their Pikes Peak Pizza. Great if you love Pork. Please be careful when eating here. I went to eat with a group of friends and we ordered 3 pizzas for 5 people. A few hours later I could not stand my stomach pain! I was in and out of the bathroom. I did not say anything to my friends out of embarrassment. Finally two of my friends who are a couple told me that they were having the same symptoms! I asked my other friend and he ended up having diarrhea! 4 out of 5 people had diarrhea! I hope the health department comes down on this place. Our office usually orders from here for office parties and birthdays. I ordered 3 large pizzas and some sides for a going away party for 2 of our employees. I called, they immediately told me they were short staffed and it would take about an hour to deliver. I said that was fine. Fast forward to the hour and 20 minute mark, I called them and asked about the status of the pizza. They told me that the pizza had just left and it should be there in the next 10 minutes, they're maybe a 5 minute drive from our office. I said okay. Fast forward another 20 minutes, and the pizza is still not there. I called again, asking where their delivery guy was because he still hadn't shown up. They apologized and said that the manager would personally deliver our pizza right away (even though I was told it had left already). I said okay. Another 20 minutes later we call again asking for another status. They said their delivery guy had left a while ago and they didn't know where they were. At this point, had received 3 different stories regarding the status of our order and we had been waiting over 2 hours. I called back, told them to cancel the order, picked up some similar pizzas from Round Table, and had them ready for the office in about 25 minutes, maximum. Beyond disappointing, will not be ordering from here again. read more

I had never heard of Mountain Mike's before, but we had a coupon and decided to give it a shot. The first slice was ok, but the more I ate the less I liked it. My wife said it tasted like something out of the freezer section and my daughter took one bite and wouldn't touch it again. I threw the leftovers away, because I knew no one would eat it. The garlic breadsticks tasted good, but as soon as they cooled they became hard as rocks. I've looked around online and read that the pizza tastes different at different locations. Having alot of toppings on a pizza doesn't matter if it doesn't taste good. We won't be getting pizza here again. read more

They get 2 stars because the food is good but that's it. Got there at 8:00 and ordered the buffet, they didn't even put out fresh food. Ordered a pitcher of beer and total was about $40 total for 2. Within about 30 minutes they were coming around asking if we were done with the salad bar and pressuring us to leave basically. We thought it closed at 10pm because that's what it says on the website. Nope, 9pm and they starting mopping the floors at 8:50 when we were still there finishing our beer. The mop smell was so bad we felt really uncomfortable. Just because you close at 9, I'd think you'd still wait til everyone left to start cleaning up. read more

Marisol took my order. i ordered medium pizza but she took my order as small. i noticed the mistake while i was waiting for the order by seeing the receipt. i took it back to her to change and they couldn't. Raul at the register stepped up and asked "why don't you order other items from menu." so i ordered chicken strips (5 pcs) with honey mustard. pizza tasted salty. pepperoni was too salty that i have to remove them from my pizza. cheese pizza was good but who would mess up cheese pizza. chicken strips came out much later. they gave me with bbq sauce which was another mistake. tasted AWFUL. tasted worse than 99 cents nuggets from fast food chain. white processed chicken meat... simply disgusting. service sucked. food was disgusting. I've been here twice for the pizza lunch Buffett and thought the pizza was quite deliscious. Tiny slices but had thick crusts. Great price too but did not include a drink. I went for the lunch buffet and it was great for the cost! There are a variety of pizzas at the bar and it's constantly being restocked with fresh pizza. I didn't really know what was what, but everything was pretty tasty so it didn't really matter. The only thing I would change is the fact that almost every single pizza I had that day had pepperoni. I like pepperoni, but I didn't want it on every single pizza. I also loved the salad bar! Everything there was fresh and their ranch was pretty tasty! But like others have stated, you need super long arms to get at everything in the back row. My face was practically smashed against the glass trying to reach the tomatoes in the back. You would think they'd let you in the back or have someone help you. There were employees right behind the salad bar preventing customers from going back there, but no one was willing to help when you couldn't reach something. I had seen Mountain Mike's in other parts of California so decided to try their Lake Forest location. I ordered a double pepperoni and olives on their regular crust. The toppings were average in amount especially given the extra cost for double amount. The crust was industrial tasting and overall the pizza was average. In fact it was a little bland. I don't think it is any better than you would get from the national chains. I will give them a bit of benefit of the doubt since it was their all you can eat buffet night and I bet the kitchen was a bit in the weeds so I imagine mine was just another one in thee assembly line. Another annoyance is the very small parking lot. I don't think I will go out of my way to return here, there are better places in the area. read more

I called for a pick-up and the staff personnel was very pleasant. I had never been there before, the atmosphere was very nice and clean. The counter person was very nice. The aromas that came from the box was overwhelming, delic. I was a little disappointed, whit the aroma and the presentation I was imagining that the dough would be exquisite, once again do not judge a book by its cover. The pie itself was mass produced in a factory. A big thumbs down. I guess I am still in the effortless search for the perfect pizza. I just wish it would have been the real thing read more
