Let me just say that every time I make a phone order no matter who it is answering the line they are always so pleasant. Not only do I already enjoy the pizza, their customer service is great! I had placed an order back on Valentines Day of this year for my team at Kay Jewelers and noticed a couple of days later that there was a confusion on my charge. I called the restaurant right away to dispute the charge and Nicole the manager was so helpful and prompt in taking care of the matter. She had to research the matter and when she found the problem she apologized and owned up to mistake. She fixed the problem within an hour. She promptly followed up with me through the process and because of her honesty and integrity I continue to place my orders at this location. I have been buying pizza from THIS store for 20 years. They have always produced the SAME EXACT PERFECTION! It must be the ingredients. I buy the Large, combination with an EXTRA topping of BELL PEPPER. Trust me, you will never buy any other pizza. I have to discipline myself to NOT eat the entire box. As always these poor guys seemed swamped and when our pizza was a bit behind I called and spoke to a lady whom was so professional and really kind. Ordered my pizza over the phone for pick up. Was told 35 min. I was there in 30. Waited and waited to be helped while one of the girls walked past me many times before finally acknowledging me. She took my pizza out of the warmer and placed it on the counter behind the register and said that the other girl would ring me out, the other girl was somewhere in back, after waiting a few minutes she finally rang me out and walked away without handing me the pizza. I usually always order delivery from this location. Tonight I had the worst service possible. I ordered online and was quoted a 45 min wait. My pizza was supposed to arrive at 715. I called at 740, the girl that I talked to said they are extremely busy and it would be a TWO AND A HALF HOUR wait. My pizza hadn't even been made and it was past the time it was supposed to be delivered. She said she would give me a free 2 liter for the inconvenience but the delivery guy never brought it. My pizza finally arrived at 9. This was horrible customer service to me. Fix your online ordering quote times or don't use that service. This is the second time I have had my pizza delivered WAY after the quoted time. I think it's definitely time to take my business elsewhere. read more

Every establishment has a moment where the unexpected happens and tonight was one of those moments. This place was running with one oven and backed up about an hour from normal wait time. The only thing that would make a difference is not only the quality of the food you are paying for but also the service you receive. I have to hand it to the staff here tonight and the management for providing outstanding service for customers to be able to overlook the long wait. They never stopped smiling even when there was 20 people or so waiting and I showed up with a party of 30 with about 20 kids running around the whole place. This is the best example of getting what you pay for we got great service and some delicious pizza! Two thumbs up! I am a single mother who needs to save a few dollars sometimes and the coupons help. I was traveling and stopped at this Mountain Mike's to feed my children. This was the worst experience I have ever had at Mountain Mike's Pizza. The cashier Becky was so rude and I felt she was racist against me. She would not accept my coupon from my phone or help with any discount. I have seen them give discounts without the print out many times before. I was told my $50 pizza order will be ready in 20 minutes.I had to wait almost 40 minutes. People ordered after me and received their orders quick. My wife ordered pizza for her staff today, with a coupon, which I went to pick up. She text me a screenshot of the coupon, which had one of the iPhone scan things. Her order total was around $30 with the coupon. When I got there, they told me they could not accept the coupon via phone, so they charged me over $50 for the order! I argued with them a bit, obviously if my wife could screenshot it she had the coupon in her possession, and obviously a piece of paper shouldn't cut the price nearly in half! But they continued to refuse to give me the coupon price because I didn't physically have the coupon. I paid full price and was handed the pizzas...and what do you think was on the top of one of the boxes? A NEW COPY OF THE SAME COUPON. I asked if I could use it. "Sorry, you can't use it until next time." If that is not a huge middle finger to a paying customer, I don't know what is. Never going back. read more

I have recently moved to this area. I loved the Mountain Mikes from where I lived before great staff great service. This Mountain Mike's however is terrible, I have ordered a couple of time now and on both times the staff and Manager are very very rude and the pizzas I ordered were not right. A Saturday night, great for pizza after working a long, hard work day, right? Well, somewhat, ok, no, mostly no...... Spent 20 minutes in line to order, there wasn't even 4 people in line. Bought 2 of their mountain pizzas, $35 each, an order of cheese sticks, and sodas. In total, over $90 spent. All the sodas were flat, they took their time in changing out CO2 bottle, that was probably 20 minutes. Call in orders seemed to fly out the door. Almost an hour later, we got the cheese sticks, 6 of the most pathetic looking things I've ever seen. We were told at 45 minutes, our pizzas were being built. At 1 hour, they were in the oven. 20 minutes later, they were just put in the oven. At 90 minutes, they were almost done. All of those times were per the manager that we kept talking to and asking about where our food was. At 1:45, we were 100% refunded and the pizzas arrived in another 20 minutes. The couple who had ordered right in front of us had their pizzas at around 90 minutes and were done by the time we got ours. Another 2 customers were refunded and left, 2 others also waited close to 2 hours for much smaller pizzas. Their pizza was actually very good, I like Mountain Mike's, but this location was just absolutely overwhelmed and frankly, it wasn't really even that busy. Won't be going to that location again. Sorry, but that night was an absolute disaster in every possible way. read more

We buy A LOT of pizza from this place. I seriously do not know what's going on with this location. I have never called without being put on hold...today was ridiculous, I was literally on hold for TEN minutes. I thought they had forgotten about me. I was about to gang up and call back when she came to the phone. I let the girl know I had been waiting for 10 minutes and she told me they were crazy busy. I went ahead and ordered but when I arrived and saw only TWO tables with people eating and one table with people waiting for a to go order I was so irritated. It seems like they have a lot of people working at one time so why can't the staff manage a little better? This location would receive negative stars if that was possible! Let me start by saying I LOVE me some Mountain Mikes pizza. However, the customer service at this location is absolutely atrocious. I called in a pizza on a Friday night and assumed it would take some time so when the lady told me 45 min I didn't think twice about it. However, an hour and a half later when I called to see if maybe there had been some mix up I was informed that "i had given the wrong address and phone number." Yeah. I'm sure I did. Because I don't know that sort of personal information right? Ok ok. I'm not gonna get mad because I'm hungry and I just want to receive a pizza with no spit so I said oh yeah no problem just send it my way still (assuming that I would get some sort of discount or something.) Maybe an apology? Nope. Rudest shift manager I've ever encountered. Thank you Adrien for being such a ray of sunshine. "Yeah I'm on my break I can't help you." I get it. I worked in food service for quite awhile. I know that it can be horrible. Which is why I was being nice when I called. I know how these things worked. In all my years of living I have never seen customer service this perfect. They came on time as I requested them for delivery. The delivery driver was very kind and very professional. The store is very clean and they made sure my pizza was perfect. The manager is very friendly and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. We need more people like them.
