I ask him how long it was there as I was just in front of them waiting. Cheese pizza was super dry. Tasted similar to a 'hot n ready' type pizza that they made a few days ago and reheated. The potato wedges were soggy as if microwaved and weren't seasoned. I recently ate at Mountain Mike's for the first time ever! We just got a pepperoni pizza and a salad. It did not disappoint. I was surprised actually at the thoughtfulness of the take out order. The bag included ranch so I didn't even have to ask! The salad was in a Tupperware container so I was actually able to save the leftovers and eat it the next day and it still was fresh. Decided to give Mountain Mikes a try after moving to the area recently. I ordered a large 2 topping pizza and some boneless wings. The service was friendly and good. My first impression when opening both the pizza and wings was it looked tasty. I tried the pizza and it was just okay. I was not a fan of the pepperoni and could barely taste the mushrooms. I wasn't too impressed on the quality of ingredients. I did enjoy the crust though. Next I went for the wings. Now the wings outshined the pizza. Well what can you say. The restaurant was empty and the employees where sitting around on their phones. As a Chef and former restaurant owner I'm a firm believer in the old adage "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean". Anyway the interior was very nice with football and hockey games on the big screens. The tables were set only with napkins with the salt pepper and other accoutrement on the counter. I went in with the intention of trying a slice or two with some kind of italian sandwich, but to no avail the menu listed pizza and appetizers only. So I ordered a pie with pepperoni and mushrooms and six buffalo wings with bleu cheese. I set my table appropriately and got my soda and waited for my food. The pie came first. The aroma was pleasant and it looked like a typical California pizza. I did notice that the toppings were set on top of the cheese. I do prefer the traditional a sprinkling of cheese on top of everything to keep it from falling off the pie, but I digress. Next came the wings, they looked good, but lacked that sharp and vinegary "buffalo" aroma. The pie tasted as I expected, like a typical California pizza that you would find at any of the popular fast food or delivery places. The wings where cook thoroughly but had no kick at all. The bleu cheese was Ken's steakhouse from a jar, but delicious. I took most of the pie home and gave it to my son, "California Boy", who said he thought it was ok. So lesson learned. For me Mountain Mike's "cool name", wont be my goto pizza place. But I had a nice visit. read more

Just ok. The only offer GF crust comes in a 10" pie which is 1" or so smaller than a dinner plate. That will not do for a family of 4. Especially with how expensive it was. For one 10" GF pizza with tax would have been $16. The girl who took my order gave me a % off to make it worth my while. The pizza itself was ok. Toppings were generous. The pepperoni they use is very thin almost too thin to taste it. I will look around before getting pizza from here again. I need my buck to go a long way when it comes to food. read more

So, I called and the guy on the phone said for first time orders there was a 40% off coupon. He starts to take my order, we get through to the check out portion, and he can't find the coupon. I hear him ask someone in the background about it and apparently it is only for pick ups. so instead of the 40% off coupon I was gonna get 8 dollars off the pizza. I understand that coupons have limitations, and I do not have a problem with that. But hearing at the very end of my order that I wasn't going to get it was not pleasant, especially when I stated delivery at the beginning of the call. I ended up ordering from Domino's instead. We ordered off of a food delivery app which showed they made a Margherita Pizza. I ordered a small for myself. The crust is pretty good, I'll give them that, but I did NOT get a Margherita. I got cheesy bread at best. The pizza had no sauce. At all. When I say I got cheesy bread I mean it was literally just cheese on pizza dough with a lot of basil on it. Overall I wasn't impressed in the least, I ate a few slices because I was starving, but I don't think I'll be eating the rest. Damn good pizza!! The crust isn't too thin and it isn't too thick. The sauce has a nice, slightly sweet flavor and the toppings are generous. The pizza kinda reminds me of an old school 80's pizza parlor style. To put it in perspective, if you were around in Southern California in the 80's, remember how Round Table USED to be? Remember Straw Hat Pizza? Kinda like that. It is a little on the pricey side, though. My wife LOVED the pizza. Will be back for sure. read more

Their website had a gluten free section and even listed the ingredients in the GF crust, and it was also vegan. Score! I have come to find that if a place shows knowledge of gluten free ingredients, that usually means that knowledge relates to all ingredients in all their offerings. That couldn't have been further from the truth! When we arrived nothing was noted on any menus or signs as vegan options so we could figure out what might be vegan and what wasn't as far as sauces and other ingredients go. We asked. The order taker said she didn't know and just stared at us. I asked her if anyone there might know. She said her supervisor might and again just stared at us. I said "can you ask them?". Finally she did. He didn't know but at least looked at labels and ingredients were read to us. We found one thing we could order. The pizza was thin, hard, and tasteless (think dense saltine cracker consistency). It also was SUPER expensive. This review probably should be one star, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt for at least offering a gluten free crust. But I wouldn't come back. Veganism has increased by 600% in the past few years, it might be a good idea to have some information readily available to your customers about what they can eat since vegan pizza really isn't that hard to achieve. Heck, get a bag of vegan cheese (Follow Your Heart brand, please, not Daiya) and keep it in your refrigerator and you might develop a whole following of vegans. I honestly really love this place. Every time I want pizza, I order from here. Today I got Mountain Mikes, still as delicious as always. Unfortunately, there were two hairs on one slice of my pizza. I know it wasn't mine or my husbands because the hair was black, and we have brown and blonde hair. While this issue was upsetting, it happens, and I will still continue to get pizza from here, because again, it's absolutely delicious, and I have ordered from Mountain Mikes many times, and never had this happen before. They are only human, and regardless of this one time incident, I still highly recommend Mikes. My husband got a small pizza and there was absolutely nothing wrong with his. The pizza is the perfect portion, I typically get the mini size and it fills me up without being overly full. The crust is very crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. The pepperoni is probably my favorite part! Crispy edges, and super flavorful. The sauce is wonderful as well. The ranch cups they have are the best, and are unbeatable when paired with their pizza. I was winded, it was hot and I mentioned a beer sounded great. The bike shop recommended Mountain Mike's. First time here, walked in, clean space, plenty of flat screens. Ordered a beer and a small pie. The girl working gave me a discount because she said I was nice. The pizza was great! Obviously Pizza is always great fresh out of the oven. I had to catch an Uber to get back home, forgot my face covering to ride. I asked the kind girl working and she provided me a disposable mask. Very positive experience.
