I usually love this place and have never had issues before. The other day I placed an order today from DoorDash and got the wrong pizza delivered. I didn't open it and went back to work. I offered a someone a piece so they opened it and ate a slice. The driver came back later and said the store wanted to swap the pizza out for my right one so they could give the correct one to the other customer. Why have coupons if you only honor them when it's convenient? Was told that the coupon was only available for dine in yet the coupon clearly said it was not, and those that had dine in specifically said that under the coupon. Also, why do you hire stoners who require you to repeat your order to them 20 times then ask them to repeat the order only so when it arrives, it's an entirely different pizza than what you ordered. Literally, I repeated about every single word at least 3 times then was put on hold by the employee who had to ask someone else how to process the order. Their salads are pretty good too. Two crispy and fresh. Customer service goes along way with all of the chain pizza joints that are running around but we choose a small business over the only day you could tell that there was some thought put into opening this business any day we can support were there they burned it five stars no doubt if you're looking for some great pizza definitely hit these guys up. So glad they made a mountain mikes here in Oceanside really good pizza, ordered 2 large pizzas and a side of wings. The price is a little steep, but comparable to other pizza places in the area definitely worth it! Fed all 6 of us and had almost a whole large to take home. The staff here was very friendly! We tried the pizza lunch buffet. $7.99 per person for all you can eat pizza, bread sticks and salad bar. You can get the salad bar (all you can eat) for $5.99. This is Monday through Friday. Atmosphere: Lots of big TVs all with sports on them. The volumes were low yet audible when you sit next to a particular TV. The place is very comfortable and clean. It was quiet even with about twenty people in here. Selection on Pizza buffet and Salad Bar was really good. Lots of combination and specialty pizzas. The slices are small yet filling. The price point and quality are amazing. We have eaten here many times now and never been disappointed. The ingredients are high quality and filling. The absolute worst. Pizza arrived lukewarm and stiff! It was exceptionally late and clearly not delivered in a pizza warmer. Not only was the pizza terrible, the customer service was atrocious for this location. They did not apologize or refund, only wanted to negotiate a credit to be used at another time. Not happening. The main reason I want to go to a pizza place is to get great pizza. The pizza they delivered was really good. It was exceptional. The ingredients were cut up just right and perfectly disbursed. We chose the thin crust and it was more like a regular crust and it was cooked perfectly. The pizzas we had were the McKinley and The Pineapple Chicken Luau. Three of us shared the pizzas and everyone thought they were great. Now the part that was not right to the point it was comical. Ordering the pizza for delivery was very difficult. First of all their website doesn't have discounts like most sites, they have coupons that you have to sign up for. You sign up and then there is an option to sign in. The sign-in asked for a password but they haven't given you any password. So here is a hint I learned by mistake. When you go for the coupons and they asked your email you can enter anything and it will give you the coupons so just put pizza at Pizza.com and then you can see the coupons. I found that out after I typoed my email address. That would be about the fourth time I had to reload the coupons. Because of course you cannot look at the coupons and look at the menu at the same time unless you open up two browser tabs. OK so after all that and ordering the website told me that they would not deliver to my house which I knew made no sense because I am very close to them. So next I called them and they also could not tell me if they could deliver to my house but she said she could after she took my information. OK so I gave her my address. No that was not enough. She basically had to take my complete order including my credit card before she could tell me if they could deliver to me. OK this is getting a little bit weird and ridiculous but I do that and they still cannot tell me if they can deliver to me. So they're having a conversation about whether they can do it and they sort of just decide that they can deliver it. So apparently their computer system has no way to tell them where anything is to know if you can be delivered to. That said, they were extremely nice and extremely patient and I stuck with it for as long as it took to finally order a pizza. Two pizzas. And the guy who delivered it was extremely nice and explained that not only do they have the all you can eat lunch they have a special on Wednesday nights also. And I could tell he really cared about his business. So they make great pizza and they really care about doing a good job. The pizza is about as expensive as pizza can get but seriously I will eat there again because I really liked the pizza with the "thin" crust. After reading the other comments I don't want to try the thick crust until I go to the buffet as I really don't like thick crust pizza anyway. So five stars because the pizza is great. I assume the rest will get better because it seems like a company that is trying to do the right thing. read more
