After receiving the wrong Pizza for our movie night, I called the store only to be cussed out by the employee who would only identify as JOE. Joe was the absolute worst individual in a customer service roll I have ever dealt with (this all over 7 slices of pizza.) He told me I could take my business elsewhere for all he cared, it was my fault according to his ticket and then he hung up on me. I have been a customer of this location for 15 years and would never have returned if not for the Manager Ronnie, Ronnie called back and said he was sorry for the situation and said the other half of our pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. The night was saved and the pizza was great. My advice steer clear of JOE and if you ever have an issue ask for Ronnie. read more

I was expecting a nice hot delicious pizza included with everything I ordered and to be on time but I guess I can't call in here anymore because they've completely lost their minds. The woman who answered the phone couldn't have been more rude to me, she kept forgetting everything I said, did not know prices of the side ranch, and did not include plates/napkins like I asked for 3 times. I opened my box of pizza and it was cold. Cold pizza....cold greasy greasy pizza. I decided to call back and this time the owner answered and he could not give me the time of day. He kept arguing with me saying he cut it himself and their pizza is never cold. Well buddy, you're pizza was cold, greasy, 20 minutes LATE, and I received the worst service from an employee and the owner. Thanks a lot ! Made my night fantastic. A refund or a redeliver was never offered, sympathy was never given, and the companies patience in preparing my order did not exist. read more

I love Mountain Mike's Pizza! My family has always ordered from them since I was a little girl. My favorites are the pepperoni, snowy alps, and chicken club. I also really like the pizza cookie they recently introduced. Salad bar has a lot of variety, beer/ wine variety, etc. Definitely worth trying! read more

If I could give zero stars I would! I'm appalled by the service of this restaurant. We ordered a family size Everest pizza with WHITE sauce because my mother is highly allergic to red sauce. When the pizza was delivered it had red sauce on it so my mother called to get the order remade and have it sent back out with the correct order. The manager or owner was so beyond disrespectful! It's funny, Yelp says they don't delete reviews. Yet they deleted mine from a few months ago. They said I didn't detail my experience. Decided to repost and add more detail: If you lost a phone at Mountain Mike's Pizza on Greenback, good luck getting it back. Owner and workers found it and were talking right in front of me about keeping it. Telling all workers "If someone comes in saying they lost it say it wasn't found here. I want it." Found the staff to be inappropriate and rude. Later the owner somehow hunted my phone number down and repeatedly called me until I told him I'd report him for harassment if he didn't stop. Well, I've always enjoyed the employees here and I hate to leave a review like this but this location has gotten our order wrong twice in a row now. Also the last time we ordered through this location my entire family got sick for the next day. Now I lead a very busy lifestyle and frankly felt bad about making the call but I went ahead and made a call A few days later to let them know what happened. Not only did they get my order wrong but their food made me sick. I asked to speak to a manager who was frankly argumentative with me. When I tried to describe to him how the order was wrongly executed he argued with me. Well shame on you. I'm rather surprised I wasn't offered compensation for the wrong order. He also admonished me for not letting them know that we had gotten sick because they would've sent us to the hospital which frankly when you have that kind of stomach illness getting to the hospital is rather difficult when you're stuck on the toilet. Idiot. Customer service is increasingly becoming a thing of the past. It's with a heavy heart that I leave this negative review. Oh baby! Mountain Mike's has a new (new to me, but maybe not new-new) GLUTEN FREE CRUST! Ok, most people might not be jumping for joy over this, but for people like me who have gluten allergies, it's a big score. I haven't had pizza or a pizza like thing for about 4 years since finding out about my food allergies...I just went cold turkey, if I couldn't have the "real" deal, it was none at all. It was really cool tonight to let down my guard and have a slice...it's s actually really good! More memorable was the look on the manager's face when I asked him if he had packets of oregano as he was passing out the peppers and the Parmesan...LOL! I went there for my daughter's birthday party to pick up two extra large pizzas. They were very rude to me during this covid-19 everyone's dealing with. But I'm mostly mad because I was charged $89. On my receipt it says $71 but when I got home and checked my bank records they charged me $89. This is the second time in a row that I have to go in to this restaurant and get my money back. Ok. I love mountain mikes pizza and the reason i go to pizza chains is for some level of consistency in their food. Not the case at this location i called and asked if they had any specials and the girl said the best she could do was take $3 off a large...i said never mind and proceeded to order a medium double pepperoni, mushroom, and bell pepper. $23 and she told me 25 minutes for carry out. I get there exactly 25 minutes later, pizza had been sitting for at least 10 minutes and i was the only person in there - whatever. I look at the pizza and it's like less pepperoni than a normal pizza wtf!! I asked the girl this is double pepperoni?? And she made up some bs excuse about it not having much because it was a medium and the larger they are the more they put on it...so what did i pay extra for? Curious. I am very disappointed in the store. I guarantee I will never order anything from this company let alone this one store. On the company website they brag about their drivers in their contactless service. they brag about the contactless service in relation to the coronavirus that's currently plaguing the entire globe. However, the driver showed up with no gloves on and when I questioned him why he didn't have gloves on he had no idea what I was talking about. And then I called the owner of the store and asked him if his drivers wear gloves when they deliver. He lied and said of course his drivers wore gloves.I wipe down the package but then I just felt really uncomfortable and I ended up throwing it all away. What set me off was the fact that the owner lied that his people wear gloves when they deliver their product. If he wouldn't of lied and asked whether or not the guy had gloves or didn't lie for him it wouldn't of upset me but he did lie. Had a year-end soccer party here; waitress gave kids soda cups and the owner was upset because he said soda was not paid for -- that they were water cups -- and made a scene in front of the parents and kids. Really disappointed in there lunch buffet. To start the sign on the window, there is 2 of them, say $5.99 lunch buffet, it's actually 7.99, which is fine, but do something about the advertisement on the windows. So I get in and I am the only one here, but I notice first that 8 of the tables have garbage on them and plates. Again Noone is in the restaurant, so what are the employees doing in the back? So I order and of course pizza is definitely old, but it's fine, there's no one here. I sit here and eat my salad and pizza and while I'm here 3 more parties come in, in the hour I'm here (trying to kill time) and still not one table is cleared off! I will say they did put out another pizza finally after 2 other parties came, and it was much better than the first! BEWARE! My family and I just went on April 29th for my nephew's 4th birthday, and for the moment we walked in the doors we recieved terrible service. The product is good but the service was the worst I have ever experienced (I have had waitors' spit in food). My brother-in-law went into before the rest of us got out of the car to make sure they were doing their special discounted Tuesday night deal, the lady at the counter said they were; therefore, he came out and told us to get all the kids out of the carseats and inside. Once we all came to the front counter the SAME lady then decided to say we needed a coupon to recieve the deal, but she did end up giving us the deal. Then my sister ordered the endless salad bar for $5.99 (it is on the menu as unliimited), but when she went to go get seconds the manager stopped her and said she was NOT ALLOWED SECONDS. When the pizza came we asked for ranch and the waitor told us that we had to PAY EXTRA for the ranch. After we finished my sister went and spoke to the manager because she as a business owner would want feedback for customers. He completely blew her off so she turned around to walk out, but what he did not realize is that I was still watching him. I watched him throw his hands up in the air and a mouth a not-so-professional statement. Do not go here. Round Table is right up the street and they have 50% off Mondays.
