Excellent pizza. First time visit locally, but have enjoyed the chain's pizza for many years. Great reminder why - pepperoni and olive pizza pie was fantastic! Visited inside to get a pie to go. Only took a short time as I admired the nice salad bar, inviting seat options, several large TVs, and a classic video game standup. All hail Ms. Pac-man! The pizza was so fresh and the smell so inviting, the first sliced didn't make it back home. Ha ha. Check out this nice interior and enjoy a great pizza for a fair price. 1/5/26 update AGAIN ,see my previous review a year ago.. all of us from work came for the nationaly advertised (and even advertised on this very yelp page for this location) $9.99 buffet and all of us were told its "actually $17" and they wouldn't honor a nationally advertised ad. At this point we will begin contacting the franchise to Investigate this location. We have tecipts from precius times, and video and screen shots of this time. On November 24, I tried to place an order for Mountain Mike's using the app and apply a $50 reward from October for my son's birthday celebration. When the app didn't work, I called the restaurant and informed the representative about the reward, who mentioned a $21 discount. I didn't question the discrepancy, expecting to resolve it when I arrived. However, the reward was gone, it shows that it was used at that fulton location but after involving a manager, I was promised a credit if i was correct, I've since received a $10 reward, but the order only had a $21.99 discount, which doesn't align with the $50 reward I believe I should have received more. I've emailed the company with receipts and am still waiting for a response. Given this experience, I recommend considering other options to avoid any potential issues with rewards. read more

This was my first time here for about 30 years when I was in Oakley/brentwood. The gentlemen hisjad (forgive me for not knowing spelling) greeted us with a very warm smile and was willing to explain the different pizzas. I told him it's been about 30 years and that we were in town from Washington, he was excited to inform me that they are working on opening a couple of locations up north there. The ambiance is just what I remember, good ol' pizzeria. This gentlemen brought out our pizza about 10 minutes after ordering, then brought cheese and peppers. The smell was everything I remembered. The look was that of perfection, the taste of all of the ingredients was everything I had dreamt of. Been coming to this location for years but after today I will not be giving them my patronage. Order a few pizzas for a party over the phone and told the worker who I think is the owner/manager that I had a coupon for my order, and she said no problem bring it in. When I arrive to pick up my order I am told she cannot use the coupon even though I told her the exact coupon over the phone, and that I had to pay full price. Not to mention the coupon was given to me from the exact same location on my previous order from a few weeks ago. New management is money hungry and I have even been told by employees of poor habits by the new management. I stopped going here for myself in 2015. I went there today to pick up a door dash order for a customer. I had to wait 15 minutes as it wasn't ready and they couldn't understand me when I told them who the order was for. When I finally delivered the pizza, the customer lifted the box lid and said it wasn't his pizza. I've been coming here for years, and today I was really off-put with the girl who took my phone order, and the same girl who rang me up when I showed up to get my order. I don't know if she's had a rough day or if she has no customer service skills. Very short, dismissive, and it doesn't make me want to order with her again. A simple, "hello", "thank you", "how's your day", repeating my order back to me on the phone, eye contact when I showed up, anything would have been better than what she gave. I was in here a last month during the protest's. I came in right before they stopped taking orders during the curfew. The owner was in and greeted us with a warm friendly smile and talked to us while we waited for our pizza to be made. The staff was super sweet and friendly. That's what I like about this place. They were able to welcome us and keep their cool even with everything that was going on. We got a large pizza with italian sausage and pepperoni. We also got breadsticks and some wings. We had to take them home due to all of the chaos with covid/protests. The pizza was super fresh and yummy. You can tell that they made the whole meal with care. Have to give full stars! Last week I ordered a gf McKinley for my birthday. For reasons (I think someone new was working) it was missing bell peppers and onions. This was only a deal for me because I ordered this combo specifically for the crunch from veggies (I'm primarily a textural eater).
